"Ishu ek baat bata...teri choti maa sochti hai mujhe nahi pata ki vo niche mere liye cake bana rahi hai...or jab usse pata hi hai ki mujhe sab kuch pata hia to bhi apn dono ko yaha kamre me band karne ka kya mtlb hia bata " said akash to Abhishi who definately not understand even a thing what her chote papa is saying
"Mujhe pata hai tu nahi smjh skti me kya kh raha hu....lekin kya kare ab bata tu hi " said akash to abhishi as just then the door of the room opened and here comes Sakshi
"Chaliye birthday boy ji " said sakshi as akash got up and moved downstairs as abhishi is already taken by her mother who is whispering something in her ear making akash confused
As soon as akash reached downstairs he heard a loud collective voice of "Happy Birthday " as his whole family is here smiling singing birthday song for him making him smile
"Let's cut the cake akash " said abhimanyu as he put the cake on the table as akash cut the cake as everyone again sang happy birthday
Akash first fed the cake to his bade papa saa & badi maa saa...then his maa saa & papa saa , then his bhai saa & bhabhi maa , then shivangi and at last to his dear wife who is smiling at him
"Who made this cake...it's yummy " said akash eating one more bite of the cake
"Your dear wife " said sakshi giving a teasing smile to akash who gave an impressive look to his wife
"It's delicious" said akash praising his wife
Akash lastly took a little cake frosting and moved towards his princess who is in abhimanyu's arms as he moved near her and started feeding her ... Abhimanyu whispered something in her ear making akash confused but soon his confusion turned into shock at what he heard next
"Pa pa " said abhishi in her babyish voice making akash shocked as he looked towards his elder brother who is smiling widely at him
"Sachi " said akash in shock
"Ishu say who is he " said abhimanyu to abhishi indicating towards akash
"Pa pa " said abhishi again bringing tears to Akash's eyes as he hugged both abhishi and abhimanyu together making everyone smile
"Isne papa bolna kab sikha....i know kuch kuch awaze nikhalne lag gai thi yh lekin I didn't knew about papa " said akash
"Kuch dino se manyu sikha Rahe the isse papa bolna so that he can surprise you on your birthday" said sakshi smiling towards her dear devar saa
"Papa ka haq aapka hai bhai saa " said akash
"Meri bachi bas 11 mahine ki hi hai abhi....chote papa pura nahi bol skti vo....kuch mahine wait kar pura chote papa bhi bol lengi....tab tak I can share my papa tag with you " said abhimanyu smiling making akash also smile as he again hugged his elder brother
"Chalo bacho so jao ab...nahi to subeh nahi uthoge tum sab " said Raghav as after again wishing Happy Birthday to akash and good night to everyone elders moved back to their rooms leaving only youngsters
"Guys kal ka kya plan hai " asked akash excitedly
"Office chalna hia kal ....koi chutti nahi hai tere liye.....ek important meeting aa gai kal ki....bhale se din tak aa jana tu office...lekin aana to padenga " said abhimanyu
"Seriously bhai saa " asked akash in disbelief
"Are bas ek choti si meeting hai vo karke aa jayenge....or vese bhi kal tere liye hi sabne chutti li hai kaam se....so saade mat....thodi si der ki baat hai " said abhimanyu
"Chalo ab so jate hai....vese bhi kal pura din bohot bhagana hia tene hum sabko " said sakshi as after exchanging greetings everyone moved towards their respective rooms
"Happy Birthday rathore ji " said naina hugging akash making him Chuckle at his wife's excitement
"Thank you sweetu " said akash smiling as he kissed her head
As they both sleeped in each other's embrace

It's morning as akash is getting ready looking really handsome on his birthday
Just then his wife came out of closet with a small box in her hands making him confused as he raised his bows
"Your birthday gift " said naina extending the box to him
"I told you na naina....gift mat Lana....koi jarurat nahi thi " said akash
"Aap bohot kuch bakwas bolte ho...me nahi manti aapki saari baate....leo na akash " said naina in last whinning making him Chuckle as accepted the gift and opened the box to see a very beautiful and classy platinum bracelet band
"Do the honours mam " said akash as naina smiled and made him wear the band as he took her in hug
"Thank you...bohot acha hai " said akash as naina just smiled and took her husband in a soft kiss making him smile
"Aap aa jana ab taiyar hokar....me chali...mujhe niche kaam bhi hai " said naina as she moved downstairs
After sometime attending some birthday wishes calls akash also moved downstairs as he saw abhimanyu already standing near dinning table talking to someone on call
After hanging up the call abhimanyu hugged his younger brother making him grin
"Good morning birthday boy " said abhimanyu making him Chuckle as he greeted him good morning back
"Yh le " said abhimanyu taking out a long sleek box from his pocket
"Mana Kara tha mene aapko ki kuch nahi cahiye mujhe " said akash
"Teri bakwas pr dhyan nahi deta me " said abhimanyu as akash opened the box to see a beautiful platinum chain
"Pehna bhi do ab " said akash as abhimanyu made him wear the chain around his neck
"Thank you....Bohot badhiya hai " said akash as just then sakshi came downstairs with abhishi
"Good morning betu " said sakshi cutely making both brothers Chuckle
"Yh le...tera gift " said sakshi extending another box
"Yr mene sabko mana kiya tha fhir bhi aap sab gift le aay....itne ache kab Bane aap sab " said akash dramatically
"Chup...khol isse " said sakshi as akash opened the box to again see a platinum bracelet chain
"Aap sab kya saath me lene gay the kya gifts " asked akash chuckling
"Actually yes....same designer se banvay hai isliye same design hi banva liya taki tu sab kuch saath me phn sake " said abhimanyu as sakshi made akash wear his bracelet chain
"Thank you....mast hai" said akash
"Pa pa" comes voice of Ishu who is in Sakshi's arms making everyone smile at her babyish voice
"Beta konse vale papa....do do hai tere liye to " said abhimanyu making everyone Chuckle
"Ofcourse chote papa....she knows who is better " said akash smiling sheepishly as sakshi gave Abhishi to Akash who smiled as sakshi moved towards kitchen
"Aapko pata hai yh ab khudse khade hone lag gai....kal bed ka support lekar khadi ho rahi thi yh " said akash smiling to his elder brother
"I know...yr yh abhi kuch time phle to itni chotu si thi....or ab yh khade bhi hone lag gai...thoda thoda bolne bhi lag gai" said abhimanyu smiling fondly admiring his daughter who is busy playing with her chote Papa's brand new chain gifted by her father
Just then both sakshi & naina entered the dinning area with breakfast
"Akash...manyu aajo breakfast" said sakshi as both brothers moved towards dinning area
"Baki sab kaha hai aaj " asked akash
"Actually bade to sab shaadi ke liye gay hai kisi ki...or shivu shyd kuch kaam se bhr gai hai " said sakshi to which everyone nodded in understanding
"Yr bhai saa sham ko meeting jaruri hai kya " said akash whinning
"Beta bas 1 ghante ki baat chal le....uske baad chalenge apn tera birthday manane kahi " said abhimanyu making akash nodded

It's almost 5 pm in evening when akash is whinning about going to office as whole day both couples , shivu and abhishi enjoyed very much with each other
"Akash 1-2 ghante ki hi to baat hai....or bhai saa ne kaha na ki apn sab chalenge kahi aap dono free ho jao uske baad " said naina making her husband understand
Akash nodded and moved downstairs where Abhimanyu is already waiting for him
"Saade mat...thodi der ki hi baat hai " said abhimanyu to his younger brother as they both moved towards their car as they both moved towards Their office sitting in abhimanyu's car

It's almost 7 pm when the meeting got ended
"Akash yh le tere kapde ...change kar " said abhimanyu giving akash his clothes making him confused
"Apn ghr nahi ja rahe kya " asked akash confused
"Nahi...tere liye ek surprise hai...taiyar ho jldi " said abhimanyu making akash confused but he didn't asked further knowing he'll not get to know what it is
After 20 minutes akash came out of his office room changing into new clothes
"Batao na bhai saa kya hai " asked akash excited as they both are in abhimanyu's car right now as abhimanyu is driving in opposite direction to their home making akash confused
"Sabr rakh beta...jo bhi hia bohot acha hai " said abhimanyu making akash huff in defeat
"Yh to apne hi hotel ki side hai na " said akash as he noticed the car entering in hotel owned by Rathore's
As soon as the car stopped Akash's eyes widened in shock and disbelief
"Don't tell me this is what I am thinking" said akash still in shock only to find abhimanyu smiling
"Mujhe kya pata....ja tu khud dekh le kya hai or kya nahi " said abhimanyu still smiling as akash hugged him tightly
"If you want raat me Ghar aane ki bhi koi jarurat nahi hai aaj " said abhimanyu smiling making akash Chuckle
"Ja beta...tera hi wait ho raha hai " said abhimanyu
"All the best....and happy birthday again " said Abhimanyu as he kissed Akash's head as akash moved out of the car after taking a long deep breath
Abhimanyu turned his car and moved back outside Akash's view as akash admired the setup in front of him smiling slightly understanding the meaning of all the setup
As he was admiring the view he felt someone's hold on his arms as he moved his gaze to his side to see his wife standing smiling looking very beautiful
He hugged his wife
"Don't tell me it's what I am thinking" said akash
"Mujhe kya pata aap kya soch rahe ho....it's just dinner...of us alone " said naina with mistevious smile
"Sirfh dinner....or kuch nahi " asked akash with a teasing smile
"Sirfh dinner " said naina with same teasing smile as his
"As you say " said akash with same teasing smile
"Chale...dinner " said naina as akash Chuckle as they both moved towards the table where dinner is already arranged
"You are looking hell gorgeous or I must say hot in Black " said akash admiring his wife whose cheeks got red due to the compliment
They both did their dinner with lots of talking whole one only one thing going on both of their heads as they know what this setup is for
"So chale ab ghar...ho gaya bas dinner to " said akash with teasing smile
"Han...chalo " said naina matching his smile as they both started walking as after some steps akash felt a tug on his hand as he moved his gaze on side to see that they both are now standing in the heart made up of rose making him smile
As naina goes down on her knees making akash little shocked
"Naina don't....not on knees " said akash trying to make naina stand
"Please akash....Aaj karne do " said naina smiling
"You are someone whom I never knew I wanted in my life.....but now I can't even imagine my life without you......You know If I am an angel then you are the one who created heaven for me to live..... people say that I feel butterflies when you are around me....they are wrong....I feel fucking whole zoo when you are around me ....if I am peace then you are my peacemaker ....you are a treasure in my life which I'll always protect from everyone....if I am happy with myself...then I am happiest with you....now I am not scared to fall because I know you are here to catch me and will not let me fall...you remember when we first meet and i said to you that I can give myself princess treatment...i am taking my words back....now you have to give me princess treatment for your whole life because no one can do it better than you...not even me myself....aap 4 mahine phle meri life me achanak se aay...or ab aap hi iss life ka sabse beautiful hissa ho...I love you rathore ji...i love you very very much" confessed naina as till now happy tears has came to Akash's eyes as he grabbed naina hands and made her stand and hugged her tightly
"I love you too meri doctor sahiba...I love you " said akash as naina hugged him more tightly as akash swapped her feets from floor and twirl her in his arms making her giggle
He put her down on her feet Naina moved back and extended an open ring box with a shining ring in it
"You know na yh sab kaam mera hai " said akash chuckling
"I can also give you some prince treatment " said naina making him smile as naina slipped ring in his finger making him smile as he hugged her back
"Akash... let's take our Marriage to the next step "said naina still in hug
"Are you sure naina....I can wait even if you are slightly unsure " said akash
"I am sure akash.... please....let's take the next step " said naina as akash smiled and picked naina in hugging position only as they both moved towards the hotel room which is attached to this open area setup only
As just like this they both took the next step in their marriage making love to each other....completing each other

It's a next morning when peeking sunlight disturbed naina's sleep as she snuggled more into her husband's chest
After sometime she opened her eyes to see her husband sleeping peacefully wearing a hoodie and pant as she is in his shirt as she smiling thinking about the last night
(Of course naina did bring their clothes before only)
She doesn't wanted to sleep so she started playing to Akash's hair as she has no mood to wake him up but she also can't resist
After sometime akash also opened his eyes and saw his wife's smiling face who is playing with his hairs with Atmost focus
"Good morning rathore ji " wished naina when she noticed he awaken
"Good morning....what are you doing with my hairs " asked akash with raised bows
"I am just doing nothing with your hair.....i don't want to wake you up ...but I also can't resist" said naina with cute little pout which akash soon pecked
"I always find you beautiful in my shirt ...lekin aaj to alag hi kehr dha rahi hai madam aap meri shirt me " said akash with smirk only to get a light slap on his chest by his wife making him Chuckle
"You know I was planning to propose you after my birthday....but you did it before me only " said akash
"Because I am faster and smarter then you " said naina with a proud smile making him Chuckle
"Thank you so much for yesterday....it's the best birthday gift ever for me " said akash with a smile making her smile also
