Today is the birthday of our Princess Abhishi abhimanyu rathore as everyone is busy from the last 10 days to make the day special for Their little one
Whole garden is beautifully decorated in unicorn-carnival theme looking gorgeous as the kids were playing and enjoying while others are just enjoying the whole theme
As the guests have already arrived and everyone is now waiting for the birthday girl and her parents
"Akash impressive work.... decoration sach me bohot acha hai " said dev ( sakshi's father )
"Thank you uncle" said akash
"Lag hi nahi raha hum Ghar me hai....it's looking like a actual carnival" said hitesh (naina's father)
"Credit goes to your son in law only hitesh ji....it's his idea and creatively only " said Adhiraj making akash smile
As just then the song started taking everyone's attention as here comes abhimanyu-sakshi bhi abhishi in abhimanyu's arms

As everyone moved towards them as and started wishing abhishi making her giggle
"Happy Birthday mera betu " said akash taking Ishu in his arms as naina beside him
"Happy Birthday baby " said naina pinching her cheeks lightly

"Maa maa " said abhishi extending his hands to naina who took her in her arms
As everyone wanted to wish Ishu at night only but she is asleep so they all dropped the plan
"Tum dono sambhalo Ishu ko ...hum thode guests attend kar lete hai " said abhimanyu taking sakshi with him after getting positive nod from akash & naina
"Aaj to hamari princess actually me Princess jesi dikh rahi hai " said akash in babyish voice kissing Ishu's cheeks making her giggle and clap her hands
Just then harsh & ansh (sakshi's brothers) came there
"Hello babyyy" said ansh in babyish voice to abhishi making her smile
"Akash can I take her for some time " asked harsh
"Harsh bhai saa isme puchne ki kya baat hai... ofcourse le ja skte ho ....you don't need anyone's permission for this " said akash ansh took abhishi in his arms as akash & naina moved where naina's family is standing
"Wahh didi-jiju.... matching and all Haan " said Amit in teasing tone making naina blush while Amit getting some light slaps on his bicep from his mother
"Akash arrangements are fantastic" said Meera (naina's mother )
"Thank you mumma " said akash side hugging her
As they all are talking when akash excused himself as he has to attend some guests
"Ishu calls you and akash maa - papa " asked Meera smiling
"Yess... actually it's choti maa -chote papa...but ab vo itna bada bol nahi pati abhi se hi isliye maa-papa " said naina smiling seeing Abhishi who is playing with her maternal family
As hitesh - Meera also excused themself to join elders group leaving both siblings behind
"To fhir...mujhe kab mama banne ka moka mil raha hai " asked amit with teasing smile
"Thoda sabr kar....2-3 saal to kuch nahi...you tell me....mujhe kab kisi ki nanad banne ka moka mil raha hai " said naina giving Amit a teasing smile
"I am only 22 now " said Amit rolling his eyes at his sister
"So what... girlfriend bhi nahi hai kya koi " asked naina with a huff
"Nope...koi mere type ki nahi mili mujhe abhi tak " said Amit making naina roll her eyes
"Tujhe mil jay vahi bohot badi baat hongi " said naina making Amit sulk
As naina was admiring Akash who was playing with abhishi just then abhimanyu came towards her
"Naina...cake " said abhimanyu taking naina's attention
"Me lekar aati hu...andar fridge me rakha hai " said naina
"Chal... I'll help you " said abhimanyu as they both moved inside and bring out the cake with the help of house helps as it's very heavy cake
As they all cut the cake with clapping and hooting as abhishi tries to destroy the cake with her hands but before that she got pulled by Akash
"No baby...cake nahi bigadte...me khila Raha hu tujhe " said akash softly as he feed her a little frosting of cake from his own hand making her giggle
As after sometime sakshi , naina & shivangi took abhishi with them to games area to let little one enjoy
As both brothers is admiring their women's
"Thank you.... arrangements sach me bohot ache hai " said abhimanyu to akash
"Meri bhi kuch lgti hai Ishu....meri beti ke liye kiya mene yh sab....isme thank you vali koi baat nahi hai " said akash totally disappointed by his elder brother for the thankyou thing
"Acha chide mat....I know what Ishu matters to you " said abhimanyu snaking his hands around his younger brother as they both stand there in silence admiring their loved ones
"Aapko nahi lgta 1 saal bohot jldi ho gaya....abhi kuch din phle to ishu aai thi hamari life me...ek saal ho bhi Gaya " said akash with smile
"Han yr...esa lgta hai kuch din phle ki to baat thi ki doctor ne choti si Ishu hamare haath me di thi ...she is growing too fast " said abhimanyu as till now both brothers have happy tears in their eyes seeing their little one growing too fast
"Thank you for letting me being her chote papa " said akash only to get a slap on his head from his elder brother
"Pagal hai tu...tera haq hai uska chote papa hona....idhar aa yr " said Abhimanyu as he took his younger brother in his arms seeing tears in his eyes as both brothers hugged with happiness and emotions high as abhimanyu kissed Akash's crown
As they both broke the hug hearing sakshi's voice as they both quickly wipped their tears and smiled at her
"Kya hua aap dono ko " asked sakshi tensed seeing their slightly red eyes
"Kuch nahi" said akash as he took sakshi in his arms and kisses her crown knowing she'll get tensed othervise
"Tu bol kya hua...kuch kaam " asked abhimanyu
"Manyu i want to go in that bouncing castle" said sakshi with a Pout making both brothers Chuckle
"Beta vo bacho ke liye hai na " said abhimanyu softly
"Me bhi to choti bachi hi hu na to aapke liye" said sakshi with a pout totally on the verge of melting abhimanyu with her cuteness
"Bhabhi maa aapki khudki ek bachi hai...aap kese bache ho skte ho "said akash
"Naina ko bhi Jana hai us bouncing castle me " said sakshi with grin
"Usse nahi jana hai bhabhi maa " said akash
"Hoo...kisne kaha mujhe nahi jana...Mujhe Jana hai .... please " comes voice of naina making both brother sight in defeat
"Me too..me tooo " said shivangi coming towards them with a huge grin
"Jaane dete hai nahi to jeevan bhar sunna padenga apn dono ko is karan " said akash only for abhimanyu to hear
"Are you sure " asked abhimanyu
"Han Bhai sa...vese bhi abhi tak almost guests ja chuke hai....bas apn gharwale hi hai...jaane dete hai ....let them enjoy also " said akash as abhimanyu nodded his head defeated
"Jao " said abhimanyu as all three womens grin and ran towards the castle enjoying themselves with abhishi
As both brothers are busy admiring their women's who is fully enjoying without any care making brothers heart fluff in happiness and satisfaction
"Bhai sa apn bhi chalte hai na...yaha bore hi ho rahe hai.... please" said akash making abhimanyu shake his head but he did agreed as both brothers also move inside the castle and enjoyed the best time of their life with family
As they all enjoyed whole heartedly as after sometime naina moved towards akash who was standing outside the castle after playing with his princess
As naina Directly just hugged akash tiredly making him smile as he wrapped his arms around her and kissed her crown making her smile a little
"Bas ....itni jldi thak bhi gai tu " said akash teasingly
"Me subeh se kaam kar rahi hu...and this castle game is hell tirering" said naina keeping her head on Akash's chest comfortablely
"Akash why are you so hot " asked naina
"Baby it's the result of my gym " said akash with a smirk
"Pagl insaan vese hot nahi....your body temperature is very high....you are burning akash " said naina concerned as she felt his whole body hot due to the fever he got
"Sweetu kuch nahi hai....i think weather ke karan tujhe lag raha hai " said akash trying to dismiss the situation
"I am doctor akash.... don't lie to me on this matter " said naina strictly
"Kya ho gaya " comes voice of Abhimanyu
"He is having fever bhai saa " said naina making abhimanyu tensed as he checked his temperature by putting his hand on his forehead
"Tu room me chal or aram kar...you are burning akash " said abhimanyu concerned
"Bhai saa me priscription likh kar deti hu.... please kisi se khkar vo mangva do " said naina tensed
"Sweetu itni tension mat le beta...kuch nahi hua " said akash
" Shup up akash" yelled both naina & abhimanyu making akash silent
"Naina take him to your room....me mangva raha hu davai " said abhimanyu as naina nodded and took akash inside their room
"Beta jyada kuch nahi hai " said akash entering their room trying to make his wife calm
"Akash just lay down on bed...you are burning....aapne kisi ko bataya kyu nahi ki aapko fever hai " said naina making akash lay down on bed properly as she covered him with blanket properly
"Sweetu are you crying" said akash seeing tears in her eyes
"Aapne bataya kyu nahi aapko bukhar tha to....aap ek to subeh se kam kar rahe ho " said naina with tears as she put thermometer in his mouth making him shut
As after 5 minutes when naina checked the thermometer she got shocked seeing 101°f temperature and give a hard glare to akash making him gulp seeing his angry doctor wife
As just then Abhimanyu & sakshi entered with medicines in abhi's hands
"Le naina....what's the temperature" asked abhimanyu giving the paper bag to naina
"101°f " said naina making abhimanyu & sakshi also shocked
"Akash tene bataya kyu nahi kisi ko....tu pgl hia kya....itna tej bukhar hai tujhe or subeh se kaam kar raha hai " yelled sakshi sitting beside him as akash put her head on sakshi's lap and indicated towards his head as understanding his direction sakshi stared massaging his head
As naina took a injection from the paper bag and injected on Akash's hand tears still beeming in her eyes
"Naina" called abhimanyu taking naina's attention as seeing her tears abhimanyu took her in his arms
"Koi baat nahi beta....apn sab hai na...ho jayenga yh thodi der me sahi " said abhimanyu softly to console her
"He should have told any of us na...agr yh phle hi bata deta to Inka temperature itna nahi badhta " said naina still in hug
"Isse bas ek baar sahi ho jane de...uske baad pitenga yh mere haatho se...isse itne dino se kh raha hu me ki thoda kam kaam kar lekin yh Manta hi nahi hai meri " said abhimanyu to which naina nodded her head cutely making abhimanyu smile as he kissed her crown
"Tene kuch khaya ya nahi " asked sakshi to akash to which he shook his head negatively
"Me soup banati hu aapke liye.... it'll help you " said naina
"Me bhi aati hu tere saath " said sakshi knowing she needed to console naina as they both moved downstairs
As abhimanyu took sakshi position making a small smile come to Akash's face as he put his head in his elder brother's lap and hugged his waist
"Tujhe mana kar raha tha na me itne dino se ki mat kar sara kaam akele....lekin tu sunn nahi skta na meri " said abhimanyu concerned
"Bhai sa jyada kuch nahi hai....kal tak thik bhi ho jaunga me....aap sab fhaltu me itni tension le rahe ho " said akash
"Tujhe to har baat hi fhaltu lgti hai....tere iss chote se dimag me itni si baat thodi jati hongi ki tu hum sabki life me sabse Jayda important hai or hume chinta hai teri" said abhimanyu making akash smile a little
"Mere Karan Ishu ki party khrb ho gai na....aap jakar uske saath enjoy Karo na bhai saa " said akash only to get a slap on his head
"Chup chap leta rh....teri vjh se kuch nahi hua.....ulta or tene uska birthday sabse special banaya hai....or rahi baat Ishu ke saath time spend karne ki to firstly vo so chuki hia shivu ke pass....or secondly abhi mere phle bache ko meri jyada jarurat hai " said abhimanyu kissing his younger brother's head
"Bhai saa are you.... crying" said akash seeing the unsheded tears in his elder brother's eyes
"Tujhe pata hai na me nahi dekh skta tujhe dard me....fhir bhi tu khudka dhyan kyu nahi rakhta yr...tu sabki sochta hai pura time kabhi khudki bhi socha kar.....tu Jayda important hai hum sabke liye kisi bhi or chiz se....tu thik hai to sab kuch thik hai " said abhimanyu with tears as akash hugged his elder brother tightly
"Bhai saa me rakhunga khudka dhyan ....bas aap mat rou yr....me aapko rote hue nahi dekh skta please " said akash as abhimanyu wipped his tears and kissed his younger brother's crown
As just then naina & sakshi entered inside the room with soup tray in naina's hand
"Dhyan rakhna....or dawai lekar so ja...hum jate hai....rest kar tu " said sakshi as she kissed Akash's forehead and moved outside the room
"Iss pagal ke saath saath tu khudka bhi dhyan rakhna...or Rona mat....agr yh sahi nahi hua na kal raat to me maar maar kar sahi karunga isse " said abhimanyu to naina making her Chuckle at his last line as he kissed her crown
"Sahi cahiye mujhe tu sham tak....dhyan rakhna" said abhimanyu kissing Akash's forehead as he moved outside the room
As naina took the soup bowl and settled beside akash and started feeding him soup with her own hands without saying any word
"Sweetu....kuch to bol yr " said akash
"Aap mante kaha ho mera kuch kaha jo me kuch bolu " said naina as she finished feeding him soup and took out the medicines and gave it to him which he gulped without any word knowing his strict doctor wife
"Betu sun to sahi yr " said akash as he pulled naina into his arms
"Me rakhunga ab se khudka dhyan....tu jo kahengi vo bhi sununga....teri sari baate manunga....bas ese chup chup mat rh yr tu " said akash
"I can't see you in pain akash " said naina with tears which akash wipped with his hands as he kissed her forehead and hugged her more
"I know betu....i promise to be better " said akash making naina smile a little
"Aap so jao ab....aapko rest ki jrurat hai " said naina
"Sleep with me....i need cuddles more than medicines " said akash making naina smile as she hugged him properly as they both sleeped cuddling each other
