Naina's POV
I'm getting ready in the closet as I'll be going office today.
It's been a month from that incident that happened there.
Today is Karan's 30th b'day, also he'll officially be the CEO of the Sanghi hotel group in front of the whole media today.
Dad will become the chairperson and I will be made as the COO of the group, also the highest shareholder.
Yup...dad got to the hospital at time and so did Deepak. They both were operated and stitched up. It was Deepak who called police beforehand and so Nakul was caught by them when he ran away.
Gagan uncle and Nic testified against him and both accepted their crimes. As we got the proofs, Nakul and Pradeep were arrested and all these four were sentenced a lifetime imprisonment.
Everything is coming back to normal and now we all can be a family again without any threats or fears.
"Hey Miss Loud!!"
Karan came and kissed my neck snaking his arms tightly on my waist.
"Hey CEO! Is everyone ready?"
"Yes... they're waiting for us."
"Then let's go..."
"Before that I want my bday gift."
I kissed his lips softly and marched out of the room before he could say something.
"That's not what I wanted! Come back here Naina!"
"We're getting late...let's go!"
I told him and we both got in the car to reach office.
Karanveer's POV
Everything is going to be fine...but this is what is wanted from the start.
But getting Naina... that was unexpected. But now I know what is love exactly, and now I've my son too.
I wanted mother to stay here, but she said she's having a life in New York and besides...she knows how much dad loves mom now.
She can't stay here anymore, but this life which I have is because of her. Even I owe Deepak too...he took a bullet for me, I offered him the COO position but he also said he is fine in Goa with his family.
But his shares belongs to him also he's a passive member of the board.
I think I'll become a good CEO...won't I?
"Nervous?"
Naina held my hand as we were proceeding in the open garden were the media was waiting for our announcement and signing.
"No...you?"
"When you're beside me I don't feel nervous."
We both shared a smile and I pecked her forehead before settling on our seats placed on the built small stage. A podium was set up where dad would make the announcements.
Deepak sat beside Naina and winked to Shreya who was sitting in the audience with both the kids beside her. I could see mother talking and enjoying Daksheeja's company.
Mom was sitting beside me and signaled dad to start his speech.
"Thank you everyone who came here. All the media persons, journalist and everyone, thanks for coming on this auspicious ceremony for the Sanghi hotel group. It's my honor that I'll be doing all the announcement, but before that I want to tell you something."
Well this is not expected. Dad looked to of us and gave a smile.
Even we all went confused, what is he doing now?
"I know that in the last few years and past days were difficult for the group, we faced so much suffering, got to know the loyalty of people, revealed all truth and lies, got to know who should be trusted or not. But even after all this madness, we got to know what is family."
He paused and looked at us giving a prideful smile. Naina held my hand confidentially.
"We fight, we cry, we tease each other, we play, we guide, we part ways...but in the end of the day, we come together as a family. And today is the beginning of that day after all those dark years and days we wanted to end. I am happy to announce that I not only have one son, but I got two more children now...with beautiful grandchildren. Family is all about taking forward your legacy...so I'm proud to announce the new future of the Sanghi hotel group...the CEO, Karanveer Sanghi and the COO, Naina Sharma Sanghi."
We both got up with the thunders of clap encouraging us to take the future. We both signed the papers kept on the table and stood near the podium.
It was time to give a surprise to all of them.
Naina was going to announce our little gift we are going to give our family.
"We would like to give a surprise to all of you and to our family."
A pin drop silence covered the whole garden, even dad was amused to hear the news.
"For the starters...we are not pregnant. So everyone please come back to normal." I said and everyone laughed loudly.
Even Naina was blushing on this news.
"Okay...so we want to announce the new chairperson of the Sanghi hotel group, none other than Mr Abhiman Sanghi with our newest board members...Meeta Sanghi, Anika Sanghi, Shreya Sharma and my brother Deepak Sharma."
All of them were shocked...but this the gift we all wanted to give them.
Our family, together. Dad came and hugged me with the sound of claps echoing the whole atmosphere and Naina bought my shocked mother and Shreya on stage to sign the papers with dad , Deepak and mom.
This is the beginning... our happy family, our future with my loved ones.
Third person's POV
It's was dinner happening in the Sanghi mansion. All were celebrating today for the company and for Karan's b'day.
They cut cake, were eating food and enjoying. Kids were blabbering with each other which made everyone laugh.
But then suddenly Karan made everyone listen to him by grabbing their attention.
He stood up and kept his hand in his pocket and started.
"So...now everything is back to normal, I want to ask a gift from Naina. "
Everyone saw him in interest as what will he demand from her next.
"I now in what circumstances we got married, but I want to have this in a normal style and again start a life with you so... will you marry me Naina...again?"
He bent on his knees and placed a ring in front of her, making her gasp and everyone saw each other in amusement.
They all were waiting for Naina's answer, but she was still registering the moment in her mind.
"Yes...I will marry you. Again!"

I can't believe that this story is coming to an endð. Can you feel it too? Only the epilogue left.
I didn't thought that one day I will come this far. I thought this story like 6 months ago but never had courage to write it, but now it's ending. I feel like I'm a part of it...I never thought I would complete it.
