Chapter 59 The promise She shouted at Gideon.

“You know she has to sleep at night, and I know you didn’t let her, because you don’t like her.”

Seth laughed at his daughter.

I took a deep breath, then I smiled. I squatted down to her.

“Awa, he never told me I can’t talk to you. I just didn’t know how long I would stay, and if I’d have made friends with you, I’d have missed you very much when I was gone.

What I told her was part of the truth, but she was too little yet to understand.

“And do you know now how long you are going to stay?”

“Of course she knows. She is going to stay by with us forever. I won’t let her leave, not even if she wants to,” said Gideon.

I had a meaningful glance at him, but he only grinned back at me. Little Ava skated to him, and she looked at him, holding the plank, “Will you promise?

She laughed angelically and nodded. Gideon kissed her cheek again, then he put her down on the ground.

“Okay ladies, our time is up.”

Gideon said and had a look at me. I moved to the plank door, and I left the ice. We changed nur shoes, and we walked out together.

“Are you two join us for dinner?” Seth asked, but Gideon shook his head. I didn’t mind at all. All I really wanted was to have a hot bath and lay down.

“Have you got something to do?” Awa asked.

“Yes, princess. I promised something to Alice, and I have to keep it.

I fromed. He didn’t promise me anything. Little Ava looked satisfied with the answer, and she bid farewell before her dad helped her to get into the car. After they left we walked to Gideon’s car “Are you in pain?” le asked while he gently caressed my light, ending on my butt.

“No, it isn’t too bad.

He helped me get into the Ст and he sat in too. He ju just started the engine when I turned to him.

“Gideon, what were you talking about? What did you mean, you promised me something?

He grinned “You forgot it, don’t you?”

“Inld you there will be consequences if you fall.”

Chapter 59 The promise He said that with an obvious satisfaction in his voice, but 1 froze for a second.

“What do you want to do to me?”

“You’ll see.” He said, still grinning, and he drove back home. When we arrived, he walked to my side of the car with quick steps to help me out. Instead of giving me a helping hand, he lifted me up into his arms and walked with me into the house, straight into the bedroom.

He didn’t scare me. I knew that by now he wouldn’t hurt me, but I was curious about what was on his mind. He put me down on the bed and went to the bathroom. I could hear him let the water run. He came back in a minute.

He walked to me, and he held the hem of my long–sleeved top. He pulled it off of me.

“Gideon, I can strip myself.”

“I know, but I want to do that. You are in pain eventually.”

It fell on the floor. He kissed my neck while he pulled my thong down. I stepped out of it, and he lifted me up again. He put me into the water. The bath was huge, and the water was perfect.

He stripped as well, and he slipped into the water. He sat behind me and he laid me on his chest. I could feel he was hard already, but it seemed like he didn’t rush at all. He just hugged me. I loved that, I felt completely calm.

I laughed as I had a thought.

He asked me while he frowned.

“I just thought about what you said. You said you would punish me, but if this is the punishment that you have for me, then I want you to punish me ev He looked at me seriously.

“Who said that this is your punishment? Obviously it isn’t I took a deep breath, but I kept my smile. He didn’t like that.

“Do you seriously think I won’t do anything to you?”

He said, then he remained quiet. He embraced me tightly, but he was weird somehow. Since I fell, he couldn’t let me go. That made me smile again. I took his behaviour as provement of he truly loved me.

When we left the bath, I dried myself using a towel, which didn’t cover my body completely. From the corner of my eyes, I noticed he stopped and just watched my thigh.

I looked at him with a frown.
