âCâmonâ I said to Damien as we walked towards my car.
âWhere are we going to mummy?â he asked curiously as I placed his small bag in the car with my bag.
âWe are going to Derrickâs place to spend a few daysâ I said and he screamed excitedly.
âYeah! you are the best mummyâ he said k*ssing my cheeks repeatedly.
He got into the passenger seat as he played with his iPad, I focused on driving towards Xavierâs pack. We got to his pack pretty late and immediately the guard noticed it was me, he let us in.
âHey sweetheartâ Xavier said welcoming us immediately we got down from the car.
âRachel !â
âDamien Derrick said in excitement as he engulfed him in a hug.
âItâs good to have the both of you aroundâ Aunt Maggie said as she hugged me and then Derrick.
âI missed my girlfriendâ he said and my heart sk ipped a beat.
âAnd you did not border to check up on me?â I asked and he sighed.

Lina did not know exactly what to feel at that point, Jayden is an abuser and a manipulative man, she knew these things about him but how could she leave this man. who had sacrificed a lot for her the in the past. He didnât mean those hurtful things he said to her, Lina thought trying to reassure herself. She was very sure he was just trying to pour out his anger on someone or something. He is trying to make her share his pain and she is going to be her to share his burden as his woman, always.
Even if it meant assisting him with his evil intentions towards the pack, after all he would become the packâs Alpha one day and she was going to rule along with him as his Luna.
âIf revealing her true identity doesnât help with the plan, I believe killing her wouldâ Jayden said and Lina nodded her head as she hugged him and he rubbed her back to calm her down.
Aunt Maggie stared at the lovebirds from a distant with a smirk on her face, her son did not need to do anything to make things happen in his favor.
Jayden and Lina would do all the hard work, all they had to do was to appear when itâs necessary and take over as the real owners of the pack. These fools can go ahead and stress themselves for all she cared.

He was still buried deep inside of her when they heard a loud noise from behind them, Blake turned in horror as his eyes met with his daughter who stood at front of the door.
