I came back to the hospital when I realized I was pack Alpha and there was no way I would hide myself in the dark, when I have a responsibility towards my pack and it’s members.

Hearing her say hurtful things to me only infuriated me further and increased the hate in my heart for her.

We stayed at the hospital till the morning and although we did not talk to each other, I can feel her stealing glances at till the morning.

“Good morning Alpha Xavier and Miss Rachel the kids are awake if you want to meet them” The doctor said and Rachel stood up immediately.

“Of course” I said and they led us in. Damien seem to be in good shape even as he has a bandage on. Derrick looked more bruised and tired, I felt so emotional seeing my kids in that condition.

“How are you my babies” Rachel asked as she k*ssed their foreheads while tears was rolling out her eyes.

“We are fine mummy” Damien said and I just watched them calmly, and I wondered how I would have coped if I really lossed them to the cold hands of death. I was quiet the whole time as I thought of different things and the reasons why any one would come after my sons.

“Have you been crying mummy?” Derrick asked worriedly.

“No baby… mummy has just been worried about the both of you” she said as tears. rolled out of her eyes uncontrollably, she ended up crying like a baby due to the relief of seeing them alive and even talking to us.

“Stop crying mummy” Damien said and I laid my hand on her back as I rubbed her softly.

“It is okay” I muttured under my breath, even though I was pissed off at her for everything, the heart wants what it wants.

“You are whipped” Rolfe my wolf mocked and I bit my lower l*p.

“We are both whipped, since we are basically the same person” I said with a smirk on

my face. Rachel stood up and I knew she was trying to reject the comfort I was trying to give her, so I didn’t want to pressurize her.

Chapter 74

“When are we going home daddy?” Derrick asked curiously.

“Immediately the doctor says it’s fine to leave” I said and they gave a nod.

I stayed with them for a while before informing Jax to keep his eyes on them

personally. I could have asked Jayden to do it, but deep down I couldn’t bring myself to trust anyone around me anymore.

“How are the kids doing now?” Aunt Maggie asked immediately I made my way into the pack house.

The kids are fine aunt” I said and she gasped in shock.

“Is everything okay aunt?” I asked and she gave a nod.

“Yes of course, everything is fine. I’m glad nothing happened to them son” she said and I looked away.

“Nothing will happen to my sons on my watch. I’m going to make sure all those who have an hand in this pay dearly for it” I said and she stared at me in suprise.

“Exactly they have to pay for it. What do you intend to do son?” Aunt asked as I scrolled through my phone.

“There’s no need to know about it” I said and she stared at me in shock.

“But son…” she trailed.

“You worry too much about me which I appreciate it, but right now the less you know, the safer you are” I said and she sighed softly.

“Come here” I said and pulled me into my arms in a hug.

I continued with the pack duty, after which I had a very important meeting with the pack elders who were very angry about the whole Emerald saga.

“She betrayed you and the pack, that woman should be dead by now!” one of them bursted angrily and I just stared at them calmly.

“I still think she has every right to hold grudges towards the pack after all, she was treated unfairly and sent away for a crime she did not commit another elder said and the whole place is filled with tension.

“A crime she did not commit? How sure are you that she did not commit the crime? You can’t just sit there and say trash” the other elder bursted furiously.

“Untill proven guilty, the accused is innocent. Carlos had a mysterious death and this have been my stand from the beginning, we called this upon ourselves” he said and for

some reason, what he was saying was beginning to make a lot of sense to me.

“Emerald was the Luna of this pack, a person we all knew as a naive and innocent. How then could she have murdered a man as strong as Carlos. Everything is not adding up!” he said and the other elder looked piss ed off.

“What are you? An advocate for emerald?” He asked angrily.

“I still see no reason why you are taking this personal” the man said and I raised my hand.

“That is enough !” I bursted angrily and everyone stared at me due to the anger radiating out of me..

“I don’t care what you all have to say” I said and they bowed their head in fear.

“I will do exactly what I want to do, irrespective of what you all think about it” I said and none of them have the guts to question me again.”

“Nonesense!” I bursted angrily, as I made my way out of the conference room.

The words from the elder made me thinking through out the day. Their was no evidence to prove that Emerald killed my father, how could I even believe Lina’s words?

Speaking of Lina, I needed to talk to her and find out what was going on because everything happening around me was pushing me towards my limits.

She accused Emerald of killing father five years ago, what was her motive? Was it to take Emeralds place or there was something else behind the scene? I need to find out the truth now matter how much I need to sacrifice to get to the truth.

“Please aahhhn” she cried as I pinned her to the bed and rammed into her with force.

“Please sir please” she cried as she tried to get off my grip.

“Shhhhhhh…” I said as I pointed my pocket knife at her stomach and she sucked under her breath.

“Good girl, now all I want you to do is moan my name like your life depends on it” Elrory said and she give a nod as she cried. He raised her legs and pounded into her recklessly without a care of whether or not he was hurting her.

Chapter 74

“My name !” he growled and she wet his chest with her tears

“Elroy!” She cried as he poured my seeds into her. Someone had to carry his heirs and he believe she is pure enough to do that. She shifted away from him as she cried like a baby.

His eyes moved over to her delicate skin, which was now bruised with the blood stains on the bed.

“What is your name?” he asked with blood shot eyes and she stared at him in fear

“What is your f ucking name!” he bursted angrily and she cried.

“Sapphire” she said and he pinched the bridge of his nose as he got down from the bed.

“Go wash up and suck it up with the tears, you are not the first girl to get disvirgined” he said and she gave a nod while controlling her tears.

He made his way out of the room after wearing his short, just to bump into his mom in the sitting room.

“What are you doing here mother?” Elroy asked and she sighed.

“Is that what you are supposed to say to me son?” She asked and he sat on the couch with a thud.

I’ve been busy. I just didn’t expect to see you here it’s late” he said and she stared at him

“You reack of S*x” she said Elroy smirked.

“There is this hot maid you sent here” he said smiling.

“Sapphire” Maggie asked in shock.

“Yeah, Sapphire she was so tight mother I could not believe I was her first” he said and aunt Maggie felt sick in the stomach.

“You raped your maid?” She asked in shock.

“You wanted me to have an heir desperately. Now that am on it, you are suddenly mad that I did that he asked annoyed.

“What happened to consent Elroy?” She asked and he stared at her angrily.

“I should seek consent from a maid, are you serious right now mother?” he asked and his mom stared at him in disbelief.
