A short and slender man in a flowered shirt stood there with his hands on his waist looked like heâs trying to pick a dejected fight.

Everyone glanced sympathetically at the woman who was being cursed out by Pete. It really was a sore sight to see. A pity really, they thought, as Pete had always enjoyed finding faults in You Qiuqiu.
But even so, it was just hard for You Qiuqiu go unnoticed. It didnât matter if she hid in a corner, sheâd still glow with her own halo.
She had exceptionally unique looks. Even in the ranked beauties of the entertainment industry, her appearance was considered top-notch.
She wore a mid-length gooseberry yellow Chinese bellflower skirt. Her long black hair was in an updo, looking soft and curly like sheepâs wool, with her hair was thick and dense enough to make a group of bald girls shed tears of admiration.
With all that said, she let down her thick black hair. She had a heart-shaped face, creamy skin, with a healthy blush on the sides of her cheeks, beautiful nose, and round eyes. At first glance, she had a modest and angelic look, her charm increasing with every smile.
In short, her looks were considered the best of both worlds: sweet and salty. Her beauty was innately flexible, a very rare trait, so it could be claimed as a unique kind of beauty. If the team were a bit more ambitious, it wouldnât be impossible to match her with rich people.
Suddenly hearing her name, You Qiuqiuâs red lips opened slightly as she glanced at Pete. She looked at the people around her to confirm if Pete had actually called out only her. It mustâve been just now, from everyoneâs reactions.
Everyone was staring at her. Even if You Qiuqiu didnât want to talk, he still demanded her to.
You Qiuqiu cleared her throat, and when Pete asked if she was ashamed of the companyâs bankruptcy, she seemed to ponder for a while before speaking.
