This week has been fucking chaotic.
I've been going to the base everyday after school with Soldier and I tell the guys that I'm either gonna meet with Williams or practice for the race. They've just been stuck in meetings after meetings which I really didn't mind, since I'd be gone anyway. So we all usually see each other either in school or at dinner which I didn't really mind, I just hoped it wouldn't be like this forever.
Kai has been sleeping in my room with me since he claims he's missed me during the day, and I'm not gonna lie I kind of enjoy it. Who am I kidding, I love it. Kai and I haven't really had special moments with each other lately so I'm pretty glad that he chooses to sleep in my room to be as close to me as possible, it's so cute for a big bad gang leader like him.
I still haven't told him about the Shattered Jewels yet, I just think that he has a lot on his plate right now already with the gang and all, I just don't want to add anymore stress than he already has.
I've been talking with a construction company and we've already come up with an amazing design plan that will totally knock the gang's socks off. Instead of keeping it on the South outskirts of the city, we're going to have it deep in the woods instead. It's far from the city and it has enough area around it to do weaponry tests, so it'll be the perfect place to get everything set up.
And I've thankfully already found my disguise for when I'm around my gang: A silver mask and a grey jacket. It's not that much but it's something, and all that matters is that they can't identify who I am or those who are betraying their gang might spread it around and those gang leaders might target me. It'll be world war three between the gangs and I'm pretty that we'd be fucked.
Richard and Joe have been assisting me in buying different companies and making a profit off of them as well. We have even bought a construction company and they're currently building a new hotel as we speak, and the hotel will be owned by me. Business is going really well actually and we've been making a profit quicker than when my brother had been running the gang, so that has to mean I'm doing something good, right?
I've even been organizing the prostitution business and human trafficking business we had, I let them all choose what they wanted to do; join our gang and become a Shattered Jewel, go home to your families, or willingly become a prostitute and already have somewhere to stay if you have no where else to go. A majority had surprisingly become a prostitute which meant I had already bought an apartment complex and given them places to stay. A few went home to their families and a couple joined the gang, which I was more than happy to accept. All have their fair share in what they do for me and they all do it willingly, no force needed.
Richards had been searching for drug breeders and found a lot that are in foreign countries and a couple in the states, so we have been selling our drugs like hot cakes out and about the state. And I'm not gonna lie, I didn't know there could be so many fucking drugs on this Earth.
I've had some men deal with gun trafficking as well. And I've even had some men train the new recruits some fighting skills and gun training, they're going to have to use it eventually.
So that leaves me here, counting the money I had earned from the race from Williams and saying my goodbye to him.
"$10,000 all there sweetheart," he chuckles in victory.
"Yeah, call me when there's anything else yeah?" I asked as I gave him a hug.
"Of course, go have fun," he said as he pulled away.
I gave him a small smile and walked back over to Robin where Kai, Liam, and Blake were leaning against my car with Soldier looking around the area. Once he had spotted me he barked which made the guys' attention avert to me and big grins grew onto their faces.
"You did amazing Gold!" Liam exclaimed as he picked me up and spun me around.
"How did you learn to drive like that Dia?" Blake looked at me in astonishment.
"I don't know, it's a natural skill I guess," I said shrugging my shoulders and helping Soldier into the car. They all hopped into their cars as well and we drove home.
Once we had gotten home I let Soldier out so he could use the bathroom and I went to the kitchen for a little snack. After I shut the fridge door I jumped back in surprise as Kai was just standing there watching me.
"Holy son of a garbanzobean Kai Finnels," I blurted out as I placed my hand over my heart to control my breathing.
"Son of a what now?" He teased as he leaned on the counter next to me.
"Oh shut up," I said as I nudged his shoulder.
We sat there in a comforting silence until I felt a pair of eyes looking at me. I turned my head and sure enough, those steel blue eyes of wonder were already on me.
"What?" I chuckled nervously.
"You're so beautiful," he whispered. It was so quiet I was surprised I even heard it.
"You don't look too bad yourself handsome," I said as I saw Soldier making his way in. I locked the back door behind him but when I turned around I was met with a firm chest.
I looked up to see Kai already looking at me with lust in his eyes, "I still owe you that kiss huh?"
I stood there dumbfounded for a second before I remembered him promising the best kiss I'd ever receive in my life. Butterflies swarmed my stomach at the thought of it and I immediately knew what he was going to do.
He softly pulled my waist in and I placed my hands flat on his chest, never leaving each other's eyes. He started to lean in and just when he thought he was going to kiss me, he brushed our lips together instead.
I was growing too impatient and I crashed my lips into his without a warning. His lips started molding with mine and the sensation filled my body like a thousand fireworks being set off. His tongue trailed my bottom lip for access and I gladly let him in, exploring my mouth with his tongue.
I pulled away for a second to breathe and he leaned his forehead against mine, catching his breath.
"That, Diamonds, was amazing," he said breathlessly.
"All you prince charming," I said pulling away, "All you."
I walked up the stairs with Soldier slowly following behind me. We made our way to my bedroom and I flew onto my bed and kicked my feet in the air in happiness.
I squeeled into my pillow at how amazing that kiss was but immediately calmed down when I heard a knock on my door, "Come in," I said clearing my throat.
Kai peeked his head in and gave me a smirk, "I'm afraid I can't make it to bed tonight until late. I'll be in my office if you need anything."
I nodded my head as if his beautiful smirk didn't affect me and cleared my throat, "Yeah yeah, of course. By all means go ahead," I rambled.
He chuckled and walked into my room and stood in between my legs. I looked into his eyes adoringly as he did mine while the blue fairy lights added a nice mood to the moment. He leaned in and gave me quick and small pecks on my lips which made me smile.
I pulled away after one more and giggled as I laid back down on my bed.
"Come here," he laughed as he tried to pull me back up.
"No, go do your gang business thingy," I laughed as I hit him with my pillow.
"Fine, but one more kiss please," he pouted and gave me puppy dog eyes.
I rolled my eyes at him and leaned on my elbows for support. He leaned down on top of me and pulled me in for a deep kiss. Our tongues danced with each other as the room suddenly started to get hot. I wrapped my legs around his waist and pulled his hips into my core which made a low growl come from the back of his throat.
I started deepening the kiss once his member started to grow and I pulled away teasingly. He looked at me with lustful eyes while I bit my lip and looked up at him adoringly.
"Go finish your work baby," I whispered quietly. He groaned but reluctantly pulled away and headed out the door. He turned around one last time to look at me with a big grin on his face and I sent a small wave towards him. He chuckled and shook his head and disappeared into the hallway.
I once again sank into my bed and kicked my feet up in the air. I heard a small whimper which made me shoot up and see a pouting Soldier.
"Awe, does the wittle guard dog want a big kiss?" I cooed in a baby face as I hopped of my bed and planted kisses on Soldier's face. He started panting happily and it almost made it look like he was smiling.
"Cmon honey, let's go to bed."

During the night I heard one of my phone's ring somewhere in my room. See, when I had bought my new IPhone, I had switched it to my everyday phone. Now, I use my old phone as my gang phone for when Richard and Joe need to contact me or any other gang member. I use the IPad as a gang IPad and use it to look through security cameras on our properties.
Right now, the ringtone from the gang phone was ringing and I realized it was coming from my school bag that was sitting on my window seat. I rolled off of the bed with a thud and turned my lamp on so I could see.
I walked over to my bag tiredly and fished out my phone to see Joe calling.
"Yo," I greeted in a hoarse voice. I looked around the room for Kai but he wasn't in sight, he must still be in his office.
"Silver, there has been a complication with our drug business and someone is trying to ambush our shipments," He said panicking into the phone.
"Having a taste of your own medicine now are you?" I teased as I searched for the iPad.
"Fuck now I regret it," he sighed into the phone.
"Now, that's why you have me. Where?" I demanded into the phone.
"West docks," I heard a car door slam and an engine starting on the other line.
"Meet you there," I said as I rushed to put my white vans on and hung up the phone. I stuffed both phones and the iPad into my go-to back pack for situations like these. Ever since we've been growing this past week a lot of gangs have tried sabotaging our businesses, and it fucking sucks.
So now I've been prepared with everything with a go-to back pack, my mask and hoodie in the car, and an escape plan. And now, all I have to do is press a button and Kai's security footage shows recorded footage of a peaceful night and his silent alarms don't pick up any movement anymore. And he doesn't even know...
I open the door and peek my head out in the hallway to see it completely empty. "Let's go," I whisper to Soldier who has been coming with me on these little expeditions. He's really good at what he does too, it's incredible how good my doggo listens.
We run down the stairs as quietly but quickly as possible, and I'm surprised to see Kai's office light off as well as the other parts of the house. I ignore it and instead rush out the front door and into Robin.
I pull the iPad out as I drive and start playing the security footage of the West Docks. Many men in leather jackets are shooting at each other but I know which is which. My guys have outlines of jewels on their leather jackets while the others, I couldn't tell.
I continue to watch the fight until I get to the docks and that's when I finally recognize the opposing team's leather jackets: Decks of Cards.
I turn to Soldier and pull my hoodie on along with my silver mask. "You have to stay here boy," I say petting him. He barks in protest but I shake my head, "No leaving," I order.
I park my car in a more discreet area so they don't recognize my car. I pull out my gun from my bag and give Soldier a quick kiss on his nose and hop out of Robin.
I take the safety off and immediately start shooting the men with decks of cards, only injuring them so they can no longer fight back. I find my way next to Joe who passes me another handgun when mine ran out. I continue shooting, only leaving their leader to be helpless.
"Are you gonna surrender?" Richard yelled in a deep voice.
Kai laughs humorlessly and puts his hands up in surrender as he realizes he has no choice, "Where are you gonna take me shatters?"
That's what they call us? Really? 'Shatters'? I actually like the sound of that.
"Boss?" Joe asks as he turns to me.
I turn to Kai who's looking at me smugly, as if he already has an escape plan in his mind. I slowly approach him, but stop far enough where he can't recognize my figure. I examine his body and come to the point where I can only do one thing for him.
I turn around and back to Joe and whisper in his ear, "Knock him out and leave him in his car," I demanded.
"What? Why?" He whisper yelled.
"Don't you dare question me," I snapped back harshly.
He pulled away and smirked at me, "Jewels would be so proud," he beamed. I shrugged my shoulders and stepped to the side to let Richard knock him out with a sedative.
Once Kai saw the needle he started backing away but some of our men had to hold him down until he was finally knocked out. He was bigger than some of our gunmen, so they struggled holding him down because he was a fighter.
"Where do you want us to place the vehicle?" He asked as Kai's body started to grow limp.
"Leave it wherever it's placed. Take the injured men and bring them to a hospital, they'll deal with them," I ordered and I walked off to my car calmly.
I heard footsteps rush up from behind me and Joe stopped in front of me, blocking my way, "Why are we helping them?" He asked confused.
"Because they'll take this as a warning," I said calmly and moved around him.
I slipped back into Robin and started heading back home. I wanted to stay back and take care of Kai but A, he can't know I was part of the Shattered Jewels, and B, my gang would think I would grow a liking for the Deck of Cards leader, and we can't have that right now.
I was not only giving Kai a warning about trying to steal from my gang, but also a chance to push him away so he doesn't find out it's me behind the mask. I didn't want him finding out it was me yet until I felt as if I was ready, I didn't want to tell any one of those boys yet. I just wanted to give myself a chance first, that's all.
"Fuck Soldier," I sighed as I slipped my mask off, "Do you think it'll get better?" I asked at the silent dog.
"Me neither," I mumbled.
