Chapter I think youâre a good coach,â Mikayla . âIf your schedule allows for it, I would to sign up for private lessons!â
Michael quickly said, âThereâs no need for you to pay me. I can teach you for free.â
âWhat are you saying I chose you as my coach because I think youâve good skills.
âIf you teach well, then Iâll find another person to be my coach. Thereâs no need for you to teach me for free.â
Michael was persuaded by her words. âI will definitely try my best!â he said.
âThatâs more like it.â
It was getting late when Mikayla finished paying for her class fees. She took a shower and prepared to leave.
Suddenly, a muscular man rushed out and threw a punch at someone ahead of her âYou bastard! How dare you steal my clients again!â
Mikayla looked up and saw that Jim, the muscular coach she had practiced with before, was attacking Michael.
Michael swiftly evaded the attack.
Jim grabbed a doubleâended staff from somewhere and started to hit Michael with it.
If he ended up hurting Michaelâs face, then Michael would never be able to realize his dreams of becoming an idol.
Mikayla wanted to call for help, but before she could, she saw Michael reach out into the air and grab the doubleâended staff!
Jim was embarrassed and tried to throw Michael to the ground.
Michael wasnât one to be trifled with, either. In the instant he fell, he hooked his legs around the manâs neck and flipped him onto the ground with a loud thud.
The two were entangled in a scuffle. They exchanged moves, each one seemingly lethal and dangerous.
âWhat are you two doing?â The manager of the training hall rushed over and scolded them, Chapter Did two forget the rules of the dojo?â
reluctantly let go of Michael. He angrily, âThis bastard keeps stealing my , especially the goodâlooking and wealthy ones!
âI was just coaching this lady and he took her away from me! How could I let him get away with this?â
Michaelâs face was noticeably flushed, but he kept his mouth shut and didnât say anything.
âSee, he knows heâs guilty!â Jim sneered.
âWhat are you saying?â
Mikayla couldnât help but step forward and speak up for Michael.
âWhen was I ever your client? It just so happened that you are the coach that led the practice session today. I have the right to choose my private coach!â
Jim snorted. âI think you need to be more vigilant.
âDonât be fooled by this bastardâs gentle appearance. Heâs a very cunning person! He hangs out at bars all day, mixing with all kinds of shady people!â
Michael was furious but felt that explaining himself would only make things worse, so he remained silent.
Mikayla couldnât stand seeing Michael being treated unfairly.
Youâre really horrible. How dare you defame Michael? Why canât he hang out with friends at the bars? Itâs his freedom to do so.
âInstead of being jealous, why donât you focus on improving yourself and think about why people donât like you as their coach!â
Mikayla raised her head and spoke with conviction.
She didnât notice the presence of a man staring at her inside a black car parked not far .
