A young boy was going shopping with his mother in a shopping centre.
The boy, age 10, went off to the public toilets.
When he didn't come back his mother began to get worried.
Seeing a policeman pass by, she explained what had happened and so the officer went into the toilets.
They boy was immediately found lying in a pool of blood with his penis cut off.
Eye witnesses said they saw a gang of young ethnics castrating him.
