Chapter 3 : Jeon Constructions and Industry?

Taehyung couldn't help but ask San's mom, who was supposedly Jung Aera as mentioned in San's wallet. "Soâ¦Jungkook is your brother?" He asked, unable to gulp the pizza, the most favourite meal of his, down the throat.
"And where is he now, may I ask?" His questions kept growing with every single answer that he was getting for every question of his. "He just recovered from an accident and is now resting in Manchester, United Kingdom. He will be returning to Korea tomorrow."
Taehyung coughed hard. As if something got stuck in his throat. Not the food though. It was the news which got stuck in his throat which seemed completely unable to be digested anytime soon. Not to forget that the part of Jungkook's accident went unnoticed by him, as his entire focus went to the second part of Aera's sentence about Jungkook returning back.
Jeon Jungkook. That b!tch again. Taehyung couldn't help but curse under his breath every single time the thought and the name crossed his mind. You'd get to know why. Well, it was a long time grudge, if it could be said that way.
"O-oh. Good to know. So Sannie was missing him?" Taehyung emphasized on the word 'him', making Aera scrunch her brows in confusion. "Yeah. He is missing him as he has been really close with Jungkook. Andâ¦.do you perhaps know Jungkook by any chance?" She asked, making Taehyung almost choke on his food. He was a good controller though.
"W-what? No! What made you think so?" Taehyung awkwardly chuckled, wiping his mouth and getting off the dining table. "Seems so. The inquisition. Anyways, leave it. Stay here for a while?" She asked sweetly, but as Taehyung had some work related to office documentation at home, and it was already afternoon until he was in San's house, he excused himself, still receiving an invitation from San for the following day, which was obviously irresistible again. So, he ended up agreeing to go to that house the next day as well.
He reached home by three in the afternoon, which seemed too late for him to start working. Yet he chose to start making documents, being the workaholic he was. Anything and everything could wait for Kim Taehyung. But work couldn't. More like he never wanted the work to wait for him. That was what he believed in. To never let the work wait. And he was quite strict with his principles.
He was supposed to go to the office today, but he chose to rather work from home in order to give rest to his continuously-working arms and legs. He had to constantly call his manager to check the progress of the work at the office. Being a CEO was never easy and would never be easy.
Sighing, he sat on the working table and opened his laptop to start doing the important work which was necessarily to be done within the day itself. He rechecked all the files once again and reassured his secretary that everything was fine.
Once everything was done, he turned his face towards the room's door and got up from his place to go to the living room. His house was quite spacious which took him a span of at least two minutes to reach his living room.
When he reached there, he saw a newspaper kept folded on the side-table of the living room. That was the time when he suddenly realised that he didn't take a look at news for the whole day, which made him instantly grab the newspaper with a cup of coffee.
Sitting down on the couch, he took a look at all the main headlines. As he reached the economic and business section of the newspaper, the main highlight read by him wasâ¦â¦
"The 'Min Industrial Corporation' has finally been renamed as 'Jeon Constructions and Industry' alongside the new aims that it has brought up in its new start-up plan."
Taehyung almost choked on his coffee.
"It has been strongly planning not to leave the first spot of theirs in Asia's Top 20 Best Businesses and Start-ups, inaugurating and coming up with new plans for the company."
