Samaira's pov -

I woke up and went downstairs as I had to get his medicines and food and also help maa and Gayatri aunty for the shaadi preparations .

Aniket's pov ~

I had a nightmare in which something had happened to Samaria and I . Suddenly i woke up with a jolt because of that nightmare . When i woke up i couldn't find Samaria beside me which made me even more worried .

"Samaira ! Samaira ! Samaira !" I started to panic and shout her name in order to call her but she was nowhere to be found . I was panic - stricken because i couldn't find her anywhere.

I wanted to go and find her downstairs but i couldn't go because i was still injured which made it difficult for me to get up alone . I was trying to get up when i saw her entering the room and coming towards and when she looked at my face she got worried about me .

"What happened aniket ?" She asked worried while i just silently hugged her .

"What happened ?" She asked again getting more worried about me .

I was still silently hugging her so she remained quiet and also hugged me back . After a minute or so i left her .

"Are you fine ? What happened ?" She asked with concern .

"Just a nightmare . I am sorry I didn't mean to startle you ." I replied looking at her .

"It's okay ! You didn't !" She said .

"Get up and freshen up . You have to eat . You didn't eat last night too ." She said folding some clothes .

"Did you ?" I asked looking at her because I know she didn't .  I can tell just by taking a look at her that she didn't.

"Yes i did !" She replied still folding the clothes .

"At least Don't lie Samaira . I know you didn't eat . I can tell by just taking a look at you ." I said making her look at me .

"If you already knew then why ask ?" She asked keeping the clothes in the cupboard.

"General knowledge ." I replied shrugging my shoulders .

"Okay Mr Einstein . Go and get ready because we have a wedding to attend ." She said looking at me .

"Yeah yeah Going madam ." I said mocking her and trying to get up but before i could have gotten up . She came to me and helped me get up .

"Are you mad ? You are still hurt . What if the wound opened again . At least be careful Aniket ." She was scolding me but my whole attention was on her face and how her hairs moved rythmatically with the wind and perfectly covered her face . I was too lost in her when she looked at me with a confused look and i snapped out of my thoughts .

"What ? Why you looking at me like that ?" I asked her .

"I forgot to ask the doctors if the accident had left any effect on your mind because you are listening to me and obeying me . The Mr aniket Singh Rathore is obeying someone . I am very sure that the accident has left a effect on you ." She said looking at me in disbelief .

"I got hurt !" I said making her  look at me with a concerned look with softened eyes and started looking everywhere on my body to check for bruises .

"How ! When ! Where ?" She was asking a thousand questions when i suddenly said something that shook her or you can say made her angry .

"I got hurt while falling for you ." I said and she looked at me and sighed .

"You idiot man ! You know what If I had a heart attack and actually die -?" before she could say anything else i put my palm on her mouth .

"I owe you a favour ! You saved me once but i promise to protect you for the rest of my life."I said and she blushed and smiled both at the same time which made my breath halt .

"Well how about you first recover then protect me ?" She said smiling a little sarcastically .

"Come let me help you !" She said and helped me to the bathroom so that i could take a shower and get ready . I took a shower and went to the room to change cause i thought It would be easier than changing in there . When suddenly the door opened .

"I am sorry !" She said and turned back to leave when my mind suddenly thought of an idea .

"I will just leave ." She said and was about to leave when i spoke -

"Wait ! I need your help !" I said .

"Huh ? Wh-- how can how c-an i help you ?" She asked stuttering making me slightly chuckle .

I swear this girl and her dirty mind .

"I can't wear the kurta help me with that . Geez ! You dirty woman !" I said feeling a little offended .

"Ohh then how did you bath then huh ?" She said crossing her arms which was noticable from the back too .

"You are not going to help an injured man ? Stone cold woman !" I said .

"Ohh hello dramebaaz aadmi jaldi se tayar ho aur neeche chalo mujhe bhi taiyar hona hai ." She said and left the room.

( "Hey you drama-filled man get ready quickly and come down i have to get ready as well ." )

After getting ready i too went downstairs . Seeing me coming downstairs she came towards me and held out her hand .

"Couldn't you just have asked me ? You are not fully recovered yet . Be a little careful atleast Aniket ." She said scolding me but i ignored it just to irritate her .

"Ok mrs rabbit ." I said and walked away from there feeling proud of myself for calling her a rabbit even though i know that she doesn't like being called that while the whole family looked at us adoring us .

"Lizard !" I clearly heard her call me that but when i turned back she made the most innocent face possible and ran upstairs and she knew i can't catch her now so i just pouted a little in defeat . While the whole family just looked at us then each other and then started to laugh out loud holding their stomach .

"Bhai ko koi toh sudharne wala Mila ." Pragya said laughing while holding her stomach and tearing up due to laughing so much .

( "Finally ! Someone who can straighten brother in law up .")

"Woh chord do Pragya . Humare chikne chamkile chipkale ko toh dekho apni biwi se daat kha kar kaise baitha hai ." Divyank said looking at pragya and holding her so that she doesn't fall from laughing so much .

( "Leave that aside Pragya. Look at Our shining smooth sulking lizard man who just got scolded by his wife." )

"Welcome to our club beta ! Yaad rakhna biwi ke shabd lakshman rekha se bhi zyada mayne ke hai ." Papa said laughing while caressing his head .

( "Welcome to our club son ! Keep in mind your wife's words hold more weight than any sacred line." )

"Papa aap kuch mat boliye warna khargosh aur chipkale ka jooda naraaz na hojaye phir gutar gu kaise karenge ." Divya said laughing while i just gave her a death glare .

( "Dad don't say anything otherwise what if the bunny and lizard couple becomes upset and stops chit - chatting with each other." )

We both looked at each other embarrassed about it but looking at the whole family laughing and smiling we forgot everything and went to them and starting laughing with them too .

I looked over at her and found her tickling Divya and pragya tickling her . She was looking so cute . I hope that nothing in this world upsets her and make that gloomy smile of hers fade away .

Samaira's pov ~

After laughing with them all . I just went upstairs to get ready as it was already getting pretty late . When suddenly i bumped into Rahul . Shouldn't he be getting ready for his wedding rather than roaming around in the house .

"What are you doing here ? Shouldn't you be getting ready to leave for the venue ." I asked him  while fixing my duppata when he suddenly said something that caught me off guard .

"I won't get married as long as the bride isn't you and till now this was me being reasonable but now you have exhausted my patience ." He said making me a little angry as well as confused .

"Kya matlab hai tumhara ?" I asked him confused .

( "What do you mean?")

"Mere matlab hai ki koi bhi aadmi koi characterless ladki ke saath toh nahi rehna chahega na aur tum ho bhi itni sundar aur tum jaisi ladkiyo ka toh koi bharosa nhi kuch bhi kar skti hai ." He said whispering in my ear and this sent shivers across my body and he dragged me in a room and kept his hand on my mouth so that i wouldn't scream .

( "I mean that no man would like to stay with a characterless woman and cherry on top you are beautiful and girls like you can't be trusted also you can do anything .")

"If i can't have you then no one can baby !" He said throwing me on the bed and still keeping his hand on my mouth and i just cried not knowing what to do . I knew what his intentions were now and they definitely weren't pure .
