Chapter 17

Chapter 17: Giovanni stared down at the list in his hands given to him by one of his men. His fists were clenched with the rage that pulsed through his veins in hot rushes. Nicholas had done what he had asked and had gotten him the list of Rebecca's boyfriends. He just hadn't expected it to be two pages long. Natalie had told him about one man in particular that was bad to her...that had done things to her. Now out of all the people on this list how in the fuck would he know who was the man Natalie had been talking about? He didn't even know why he wanted to know, he just needed to know for some reason, though, he didn't know what he was going to do once and if he found out about which one had done the worst-the one she had been talking about.

"Sir?" A voice roused him out of his hungry-but never satisfied thoughts.

"Yes?" Giovanni inquired irritably, even though he was glad he was no longer left for his thoughts to consume.

"We are here." His driver said.

Giovanni looked out of the tinted car window and found that they were back at the house. He got out of the car and noticed how excited he was to see Natalie.

It was odd.

He made his way into the house and heard voices coming from the kitchen.

Giovanni sighed.

Nicholas's wife Ana-Marie, and their children Louisa and Marco were here. Probably meeting Natalie. He was instantly weary and somewhat angry, because he had told Nicholas to keep a close eye on Natalie since the information they had learned last night. She may not have wished to entertain people after finding out news like that.

He unbuttoned his suit jacket and let it hang open as he tucked the papers away and made his way into the kitchen.

Natalie was sitting-looking as beautiful as ever-next to Ana-Marie in deep conversation. They turned as they heard him approach. Ana-Marie smiled and got up from her spot to run over and hug him. He bent down from his tall height to hug her small frame, his gaze still intense and hot on Natalie. She smiled shyly and looked down at her hands in her lap and with no doubt Giovanni knew she was thinking about the kiss they had shared from the light pink blush that covered her cheeks.

He pulled away from Ana-Marie as Natalie stood.

"I approve!" Ana-Marie said and nodded towards Natalie.

Natalie blushed and ducked her head and Giovanni smiled with appreciation.

"I am glad you approve, though I still would have her even if you hated her." He rumbled and Ana-Marie punched him in the arm even as a smile curled at her lips.

"I will go get the children. They will be excited to see you." Ana-Marie said with a twinkle in her eye and turned to walk out.

He was finally left alone with Natalie.

Giovanni grinned slowly at her, enjoying how her neck and cheeks flushed. He took a step forward and she swallowed hard as she took a step back. He grinned wider, taking a step forward and her back until she once hit the wall.

With a small gasp from Natalie, Giovanni caged her in and ran his nose down her long neck, inhaling her scent and enjoying the way she shivered, all of his worries fading away until all he knew was the woman crushed to him.

"I missed you." Natalie murmured weakly, her voice husky with desire.

Giovanni only rumbled in response as he pulled her tighter to him, pulling his head back as he set his sights on her delectable lips.

She bit her lip and he let out a low growl.

"Do not tease me, mi amour." He whispered and her brows furrowed as she released her lip from her teeth.

"What?" she asked, truly confused.

"If you bite your lip... I will not be able to control myself. I am the only one who should be biting that lip." He said and rubbed his thumb over it.

She shuddered with desire and he dipped his head to kiss her when-

"Uncle GIO!!!" Louisa and Marco screamed as they came barreling inside.

"Get back here right now!" Ana-Marie was shouting at them to no avail.

"I need to put your shoes on!! We will be leaving them alone in a minute!" Giovanni let out a deep chuckle as he bent down to catch the kids in his arms.

"We missed you!" Marco said and Louisa nodded her head in agreement as she burrowed into his shoulder.

"We like her too!" Louisa said after a moment and pointed to Natalie.

Giovanni turned and caught the admiration in her gaze. He felt his cheeks heat and couldn't believe he was blushing again. The kids told him about how much they liked Natalie and how they wanted to come visit them again and by the time they were done talking and eating some more of the delicious strawberry mousse pie his Natalie had made it was around 7 PM.

"It was nice meeting you. Let us do lunch tomorrow!" Ana-Marie said to Natalie as they hugged goodbye.

"It was nice to meet you too! I would love that." Natalie said with a smile and then bent down to hug and kiss the children goodbye. Giovanni couldn't help but feel his chest tighten as he watched her embrace the children, hug and kiss them goodbye, and think about their children they would have in the future. Her stomach round and full with his children. The thought made his blood pulse hotter and faster. The door closed behind them and Natalie walked back into the kitchen, Giovanni close behind her as she began to wash the plates clean.

"Did you enjoy them?" he asked as he leaned against the counter.

Natalie smiled slowly and nodded.

"I really did. I would like to see them again soon." She murmured.

"What was the name of the man that did all of that stuff to you?" He asked suddenly and Natalie stiffened as her face drained from color with the memories that came back to her. Giovanni instantly felt bad for asking, but he needed her to answer.

"J-Johnny. Why?" she asked in a low whisper.

He shrugged. "Just curious." It was quiet for a moment after that and Giovanni smiled as he walked up behind her, hoping to free the air of the dark cloud that had suddenly weighed heavily on them. She stilled as he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her hard and close into his chest, burying his face into her hair and growling with approval.

"You...smell mouthwatering." He rumbled and she let out a soft sigh as she relaxed in his arms.

"It's-It's the...um... soap." She murmured weakly and moaned as he caught her ear between his teeth. She bit her lip and in two seconds flat her had her spun around, her hands covered with bubbles and soap as he pushed her against the wall, her hands high above her head in his grasp as he growled out a breath.

"I told you..." he whispered before he covered her mouth with his own and took it with a terrifying beautiful cruelty that Natalie couldn't help but moan from.

Her skin felt hot and her blood was warm, pulsing through her body in delightful throbs as she kissed him back. He bit down on her lower lip and pulled at it with his teeth as he pulled back before releasing it with a groan. They were both breathing heavy and their forehead's rested against each other's. She sighed with pleasure, her warm breath fanning over his wet lips.

"R-remind me to bite my-my lip more often." She mumbled and he laughed, a deep rich sound that had her lips, along with her toes curling.

He kissed her nose and she blinked at the tenderness in the gesture, but smiled a moment later.

"I guess I should go get ready for bed." She said as he released her.

He nodded and she turned to leave, but he caught her wrist and pulled her back to him.

"By the way... you are moving into my bedroom with me." He said and she stood in shock, her mouth agape. He laughed again, the sound harsher, before dropping his lips down to hers and taking them hard before he released her.

"Mia...Mine" he whispered and walked from the room.

"Bossy possessive jerk!" Natalie shouted after him, her lips curling at the sound of his deep booming laughter that followed soon after...
