“Find the store owner and show him one of them. He’ll buy it as soon as he sees it.” Rebekah said firmly.

“Mister Shell your friend?”.

Rebekah shook her head, “He’s a friend of Henry’s, but I didn’t deal with him much in the past. I wore these bracelets at my wedding, he saw them and took a look at them. He joked that I could sell them to him when I didn’t want them.”

Rebekah’s voice was full of sorrow.

She had never thought such a day would actually come.

Hayden couldn’t refuse, so he took the bracelets. It was urgent to get money, so Hayden had to go to N-Town for the night.

Rebekah told him that Ted needed the money to deposit at a specific place in a week. It had been three days, so he couldn’t waste any time.

Hayden picked up the necklace and looked at it. The emerald necklace sparkled brightly in the sunlight, the diamonds were large and clear. It seemed more valuable than the bracelets Rebekah had given him and it was also the only souvenir he had used to find Joseph.

Hayden held it tightly in his hand.

He wanted to tell Joseph about it before the wedding, but now he had to use it for something else.

N City Treasures and Antiques was located on YH Street. It was surrounded by old-style buildings. The store used to be the largest pawn shop in the province, but now it had become an antique store.

Hayden took out the box containing the necklace and placed it on the table, “Please take a look at it and tell me how much it cost.”

It was the only idea Hayden could come up with. Hayden didn’t want to lose such a meaningful necklace, but she had no choice. Besides, Joseph couldn’t understand her when she was young, so now was one more chance for him to understand her thoughts.

Of course, she would buy it back, it wasn’t really her treasure. She also had a plan B if she didn’t have enough money after a year. She could sell the villa to raise money.
