CHAPTER : 5

She stood there trying to understand and process what pakhi just said. She smiled. She thought that what ever pakhi said was all a big fat lie to convince her to come back home.

Sai: Pakhi di, agar Virat sir saach mein mujhse pyaar karte toh vo uss din mujhe ghar se bahar jane se rokte. Or meine jo kiya uske baad waise bhi unhe pura hak hai mujhse naraz hone ka.

Pakhi could not believe her. She could not understand why sai was lying, she can read the truth in her eyes.

Pakhi: kyu jhoot bol rahi ho sai? Tum janti hona ki aaisa kuch nahi hai. Mein janti hu ki tum aisa kuch nahi kar sakti. Toh phir kyu jhoot bol rahi ho?

Sai was taken aback. She was stunned that pakhi believed in her and also believe that she could never cheat on him. Some what, she had expected this belief and behaviour from Virat. She wanted Virat to believe her not some stupid proof which Bhavani falsely created. She wanted Virat to trust her and she expected that he sould knows that she will never ever cheat on her.

Sai: pakhi di, mere karne se ya na krne se kya farak padta hai? Mr. Virat ko toh yahi lagta hai. Tabhi toh unhone mujhe bina sune ya samjhe ghar se jane ko keh diya. Ek baar bhi rokne ki koshish nahi ki. Mere character or self respect pe ungli uthai or mujhpe ek baar bhi believe nahi kiya ki mein kabhi bhi unpe cheat nahi kar sakti.

Pakhi knew that sai was right in her place. If it have happened with her then she would also have reacted the same way or might, even worse. She did not try to convince her anymore. Ashwini comes and looked at sai. She was crying and pain and how broken she is was clearly visible in her eyes. Ashwini understands that Virat has hurt sai in an inhumane way because she knows sai better then anyone. She thought that sai has every right to be angry on Virat. Ashwini said calmly.

Ashwini: toh tumne apna man bana liya ki tum wapas nahi chalogi.

Sai: aai, mein apko, pakhi didi or shivani bua, Mohit dada, sab ko bahut yaad karungi par mein aapke saath nahi chal sakti. Mera or Mr. Virat ka rishta khatam ho chuka hai. Or...

She was crying so much that her voice was coming breaking from her mouth. The pain of seperating from her loved one was so much that she can't even speak properly but her eyes can speak clearly. The pain was clearly visible in her eyes.

Sai: aai mein ab kabhi bhi aap log se nahi milungi.

Hearing this ashwini couldn't control her anger. Ashwini's eyes turns red. She could not believe that sai,who is like a daughter to her was saying this. Her eyes turned red and tear started falling from her eyes. She slapped sai.

Ashwini: agar tumhara rishta mere bete se khatam hua hai to tum hum sab se apna rishta kyu khatam kar rahi ho? Meine tumhe apni beti mana hai or ek maa or ek beti ka rishta kabhi khatam nahi ho sakta. Samjhi?

Sai could not speak anything, she can understand the why ashwini was so angry. She didn't want to hurt ashwini as she was like a mother figure to her. Pakhi has become like an elder sister to her and rest of the members in the family were like her own family. She got so much attached to them in the past year that she was experiencing the amount of pain which is more than any pain she has experienced in her life. But she can't tell them about the deal. And aslo she can't visite them or be in their life anymore as if she did then ashwini and devyani will face the consequences. So she is left with no other option but to leave them.

Sai: aai meine bhi aapko meri asli aai mana hai par mein ab aapke ya Chavan khandan ke kisi bhi sadasya ki zindagi mein nahi reh sakti. Mujhe jana hoga. Ho sake to please mujhe maaf kar dijiye ga. Or pakhi di , aap meri asli tai ki tarah hai,aap bhi mujhe please maaf kar dijiye ga or please meri aai apna or ghar mein baki sab ka khayal rakhiyega. Mujhe pata hai aap log mujhse bahut naraz hai par please mujhe maaf kar dijiye kyuki mere pass or koi option nahi hai. Agar kabhi kismat ne chaha toh aap log se fir mulakat zarur hogi. Or jab mulakat hogi tab shayad mere pass option ho or mein aap log ki zindagi mein wapas aa saku.sach kahu toh mujhe aap log se zayada dard ho raha hai, aap log mere liye mera sab kuch the par abhi mere pass or koi rasta nahi hai. Please mujhe maaf karna. Chalti hu.

Turning away from them and wipping her tears off her face sai walked away and disappeared in the crowed. Ashwini and Pakhi stood their watching her going away. Pakhi noticed that she was crying. The tears and pain was real. She has never thought that she will get sad and cry in the day when sai will leave her and everyone's life. But there she was crying and missing sai already.

Ashwini: patralekha kya tumhe pata hai ki sai kis baare mein baat kar rahi thi? Tumne baat ki thi na usse!? Vo kis option ke baare mein baat kar rahi thi?

Pakhi: nahi badi mami, mujhe nahi pata ki vo kis baare mein baat kar rahi thi par mein itna zarur janti hu ki kuch or baat hai jo hume se kisi ko nahi pata.

Ashwini: to sai hume batati kyu nahi hai? Vo humare saath vapas kyu nahi chal rahi hai?

Pakhi: ashwini mami, mein nahi janti ki sai hume kuch kyu nahi bata rahi par uske nahi batane ke peeche zarur koi na koi karad hoga. Or ab mujhe uska nahi aana sahi faisla lagta hai.

Ashwini: matlab kya hai tumhara?

Pakhi: badi mamai, sai ne humse rishta tod ke galat kiya, usne Virat ki saja hume di par badi mami, agar uske jagaha koi or hota toh shayad vo sai jaise iss situation ko nahi sambhal pata. Virat ne uske character pe or self respect pe jo keechad uchala hai vo sai kabhi nahi bhula paigi.

Ashwini: meri beti hai hi aaisi. Uske liye uski self respect or uski izzat baut zaruri hai.

Both ashwini and paki looked in the way thought which sai has gone. They both had tears in her eyes and a little smile on theri faces. They thought that even if sai has left the family and all the relations behind, she is moving forwards for ger future and for her own good. They both were happy for her.

But sai was in pain, she knew that she has to move on and forget about them but she can't. She wipped her tears and thought that she will try as hard as possible to forget about the family and to forget about the man she cared for, she was married to and the man who did not trust her.

Virat near the window looking outside, in his room, remembers all the moments he spent with sai. A small smile appeared on his face. He his still hurt and will not be able to forgive her but it's also true that he will not be able to forget and never be able to love any other women in his life. He will get habitual of living a life without sai and only with her sweet sweet memories.

Both sai and Virat thought that they will live with each other's memories and without looking at their faces ever again but little did they know that destiny has something else planned for them. It's the Sairat wala love, it's never less complicated and it never dies.
