Chapter Forty Three

That next morning. The sad news catches everyone.

At home. In the news. At school. Such a death unseen. Such a death. So heartbreaking. And the one it catches the most. Is Amber William. She feels guilty. Though she was never the one who did it.

She should have listened to his last words. She should have given him a chance. If only she knew!

And that whole day. She is silent. There are no tears. No more tears left to cry. She cried her last drop. And now only her heart cries.

All the smiles she had. They are gone with the wind.

And when  the two see it. Elisabeth and Lukas. They go to comfort her. For she was once their friend. And they can see how bad it has hurt her.
