John’s voice was cold. “Zac, don’t you feel bad for doing this to her?”

“I’ve signed the divorce papers. If I were you, I would take this opportunity to take her away.”

With that said, Zac hung up.

Wes happened to walk in. John tossed his phone aside and asked with a grim expression, “Does Quinton Group have any issues lately?”

Wes shook his head. “No, it’s been pretty calm lately. Aside from Dorothy’s car accident, nothing happened.”

“A car accident?”

“Yeah. Someone might have tampered with the brakes and caused her to hit a utility pole, but she seemed to have only gotten a minor injury. It’s nothing serious.”

John narrowed his narrow eyes. “Could you look into Quinton Group and find out who Olivia met the other day?”

‘They’re good at counter-reconnaissance. I looked through all the surveillance footage and found only a blurry picture.”

Wes found a screenshot of the surveillance footage and handed it over as he spoke.

John took it and looked at it for a long time. The picture was too blurry. He could only make out a man, but he could not see his face. Even his age was hard to tell.

“Okay, I’ll take care of that.” John looked down at the dark figure again. ’ Are you sure Xavier didn’t come to Ocean City?”
