Michael was getting his hair cut in the kitchen while I was in the bedroom placing tissue paper in his anniversary gift bags. Today he had something planned but of course he didn't tell me. He just told me I needed to be ready by 7:30. So once I was done with doing his gifts he apparently flew Chloe out here to do my hair and makeup so I was getting my hair done once I was finished. Once I was finished fixing his gifts I placed his things in the guest room closet, closing the door then walked out the room closing that door as well. I then went back in our room being nosey looking around for my gift but didn't even find even a shopping bag. I then got on my knees looking under the bed on my side then I went to his side of the bed looking under it. I know I told him I didn't want a gift but Michael always gave me a little something whether it's a bracelet some earrings SOMETHING. I ain't find shit.

I felt a smack on my butt as I hurried and looked back at Michael laughing. "You're not going to find anything" he said as I got up. "Go get your hair done, Chloe's here" he said I made a stank face looking him up and down. "Go" he said smacking my butt again as I smiled. "keep on" I said as he chuckled "or what?" He questioned as I just smiled and he grabbed my arms making me laugh as he then picked me up. "So annoying" I squealed as he just squeezed my butt while walking us downstairs. "She upstairs trying to find her gifts" Michael said "so it more than one?" I asked sitting up some as Chloe laughed. "Let that man surprise you with your impatient ass" Chloe joked as I giggled and Michael placed me on my feet. "Be ready by 7:30" he reminded. "Where you going?" I asked. "I have to do some running around" Michael informed. "I'll be ready" I assured. "Okay baby. I love you " he said before we shared a kiss. "Love you too. Be safe honeybun" I said before he walked out the door and I turned around to a smiling Chloe.

"What?" I asked through a small laugh "You are glowing girl" she expressed as I laughed. "Well I'm not pregnant so let's stop there" I assured as we shared a laugh. I sat at the island as she took my scrunchie out of my head preparing to blow out my natural hair. "You are so happy" she expressed as I giggled. "I am" I honestly said. "I'm so happy for you two and happy one year anniversary" Chloe said as I smiled. "Thank you" I thanked as she begun getting me ready for whatever Michael had planned for tonight.

I started getting dressed around 7:20 as I heard Michael's voice from downstairs. "Munchie I'm back!" He shouted. "You ready?" He questioned as I was jumping into my dress trying to zip up the back of it by myself. "Babe I need help!" I shouted back as I walked out the room to the top of the stairs seeing him dressed in something he wasn't wearing earlier. "You straight?!" He questioned "um you ain't look like that when you left" I brought up. "Yeah I stopped over to see Brandon, Ayana and Amari to drop off the wedding invitation and changed while over there" he informed. "I could've gotten my hair and make done earlier so I could go with you over there to see them" I brought up. "Bae" he started off as I turned around and he zipped up my dress. "We can go see them tomorrow for lunch or something" he assured as I turned back around as he pulled something out of his pocket. "Happy anniversary" he started off as I seen a red Cartier box in his hand.

I just smiled at him and took the box from him opening it as it was a pair of diamond earrings. "Thank you" I thanked smiling big as I went to put them in my ears. I then looked at them in the hallway mirror that's on the wall and smiled.

Michael soon came behind me as I fixed my hair as well.

"Since you think I forgot about you" he jokingly said as I giggled. "I was just playing baby. You really didn't have to give me one I be happy just being around you" I said as we hugged each other. "Let me finish getting dressed" I said pulling away. "Aight" he said as I went and finished getting dressed grabbing my purse to match.

I stepped out the room as Michael smiled "you look beautiful" he complimented. "Thank you baby" I thanked smiling big while grabbing his hand as we walked downstairs with each other. He opened the house door for me as I seen a rolls Royce waiting for us in the driveway. I just looked back at him as he chuckled "I told you, I got you for our anniversary" he reminded as I just smiled. We started walking towards the car as the chauffeur opened the door for us and we thanked him. I was about to get in but I was greeted by yellow roses.

"Ooooo" I squealed excitedly hearing Michael laugh some. "You like them?" He questioned. "You know I love my flowers" I said finally looking back at him as I noticed he was recording. I just smiled up at him"thank you baby" I thanked. "You're welcome" he said as we got into the back of the car and he placed his phone in his pocket. The chauffeur closed the door as I realized there was a note on the flowers. I took the card out and begun reading it.

he wrote as I smiled placing the card into my purse then looked over at Michael and placed a kiss on his cheek. "What's that for?" He asked with a small smile. "Being my Superman" I joked as he chuckled and we shared a kiss. I then wiped my lip gloss off his lips.

After getting through Atlanta's BS traffic we pulled up to a restaurant in the city which was called Nikolai's Roof. The chauffeur let Michael and I put as Michael grabbed my hand helping me out of the car. I held onto my roses in one arm while linking my arms with Michaels and holding onto his  forearm. I looked over at Michael and licked my lips some.

We seen a couple of people pull their phones out as I smiled and waved to them before Michael opened the door for us and we walked in. "Thank you" I thanked as he grabbed my hand and started talking to the host about a private room. The host then started taking us to where the private room was.  We walked into an elevator as michael and I started taking pictures with each other. He pulled his phone out beginning to record me. "Okay, okay" he said showing off my outfit as I just smiled when he placed the camera on my face. "My best friend's better than yours" he added as I laughed.

We soon walked out of the elevator as there was a room decorated with all of our close family and friends in it.

"HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!" They all shouted excitedly as I smiled seeing my mother, will, Laila and her "guy" best friend Spence, Michael's parents, Michael's siblings, Dani, steelo, Dream, Ayana, Brandon, Amari, my grandmother, Chloe, Chloe's husband, Ryan, Ryan's wife, and Jonathan which was Michael's co star for creed 3 he's gotten close with. My aunt and uncle along with my younger cousins Isaiah, Donovan and diamond.

I just smiled over at Michael as he smiled and kissed my head. We then went off and begun Greeting everyone. "You pregnant?" Donovan immediately asked. "Hi, hello" I said then laughed. "Hey. You pregnant?" He questioned as I just rolled my eyes.  "No Donovan why?" I questioned. "I wouldn't have to fuck Michael up" Donovan said looking over at Michael as I laughed. "Bye" I said playfully pushing him away.

"Auntie" Amari said as I smiled and wrapped my arms around her tightly. "Hi baby" I expressed. "TT!" I heard Dream say as she came up to me as well and I picked her up. "Can I sit with you?" Amari asked. "You can sit across from me baby" I assured as she smiled and grabbed her hand.

We finished greeting everyone and sat down as I sat Amari in front of me and went to my seat sitting next to Michael and Dani. Dream was in my lap playing with my hair as Dani was recording us for her instagram story. "TT" Dream called out. "Yes baby?" I asked kissing her cheek. "You got a baby?" She asked as Dani immediately looked over at Dream and I beginning to laugh and stopped the video. "What?" I questioned Dream. "TT I SAID do you got a baby?" She questioned as I started laughing. "Babe" I called out as Michael looked at me. "What's up?" He asked placing his arm over my chair resting it there. "Ask your uncle what you just asked me" I said looking down at her as she just placed her hand on her head and sighed making Michael and I laugh.

"Does TT got a baby?" She asked "What?!" Steelo questioned overhearing Dream's question while looking over at her crazy. Michael just looked from Dream over at steelo and laughed.

"She's a whole character" I said shaking my head. "She ain't getting that from nobody but Dani" steelo said as Dani leaned over to look at steelo. "Don't start" she warned him as he mocked her. Michael just chuckled and took Dream from out of my lap. "No baby, TT isn't pregnant" he assured before kissing her head and continuing his conversation with steelo and Jonathan.

We were all sitting there talking as I seen Will stand up and all the attention was placed on him. "I just wanted to wish you two a happy anniversary. And that I owe not only my daughter an apology but her husband one as well for how I reacted when I first found out you two eloped" will started off as I faintly smiled. "Baby girl It's hard letting you go." He honestly said looking down as if he was about to cry. "Aww" a couple of people said at the table as I smiled. "You might not be biologically mines but I love you like you are my own. whatever you needed or wanted I got it and now you don't need me anymore because you have Michael" he admitted as I felt a tear roll down my cheek. "But I know you're going to be fine with him because he truly loves you and I know the type of man that he is and I am grateful for you Michael" he expressed as Michael smiled and nodded his head.

"You prove time and time again that you can take care of her so I thank you" he thanked. "I love you both and this is my gift to you two for your FIRST anniversary being MARRIED" he said as Michael and I smiled. Will then came over handing us a Michael a green Rolex box as I opened the box and there sat matching Rolex's.

Michael and I smiled as he sapped Will up. Will then kissed my cheek "thank you" Michael thanked. "Thank you daddy" I thanked as Will smiled going back to his seat. "Oh one more thing" Michael said as we all looked at him. "The invitations to the wedding is on that table" he informed pointing over in the direction of the table where they were sitting. I then stood up placing my jacket back on as Michael did the same. I grabbed my flowers along with one of the bouquets on the table that was used for decorations before heading out with Michael back to the house.

We finally made it back to the house as I smiled to myself. "Let me go upstairs and get your gifts" I said to michael as I went upstairs and kicked off my heels along with taking my jacket off. I then went into the guest bedroom and grabbed the bags out of the closet before rushing back downstairs. I heard commotion in the kitchen so I walked in seeing roses on the island reading out " I love you" along with two glasses of wine along with a pandora bag and a Tiffany and co box.

I just smiled as he smiled and kissed my head. He then pulled his shirt over his head leaving him in his slacks and a white wife beater. I then gave him his gifts "I ain't even worried about the gifts" Michael said as I agreed "thank you for tonight" I thanked wrapping my arms around his neck. "I know you're family oriented and you love being around family so I thought you'd like it" he explained as I smiled "I loved it. That was the best gift you could've given me" I honestly admitted as we shared a kiss.

I pulled my arms away from his neck as he grabbed both wine glasses and handed me one. "Cheers to making it past one year now for the rest of our lives" Michael started "because we're stuck together it don't get no better than us" he added as I giggled clanking my glass with his. My phone then vibrated on the counter as I looked over at it seeing Chloe and Halle tagged me in a tweet. I went on Twitter to look at it seeing the invitations were starting to reach our guests. I read the tweets and smiled showing Michael as he smiled.

"You know who about to come out the woodworks right?" Michael asked. "I ain't worried about Lori" I said waving him off. "I'm not talking about her" he said as I placed my phone back on the counter and placed my glass to my lips. "Who?" I asked confused. "Your father and your brother" he answered as I just looked at him. "Well let's just enjoy our night. I'll cross that bridge when I get there" I simply said beginning to drink my wine.
