Stepping outside, I was greeted by the dark night sky.
Stars, which I hadnât seen much of recently, were densely scattered across it.
But such beautiful reflections didnât last long. It was really freezing out here.
âI even wore a padded jacket, for crying out loud.â
Despite grumbling to myself, my steps continued forward.
This was the concert Choi Ye-Seo had been eagerly waiting for, and I didnât want to ruin the mood by whining about the cold.
The only silver lining was that it was indoors. The problem, of course, was getting there.
As we entered the concert hall, enduring the bitter cold of the winter night, warm air greeted us.
âUgh! I feel alive again.â
Next to me, Yoon shivered dramatically and laughed.
As my sister said, if this concert were being held outside, we wouldâve frozen to death.
âLetâs find our seats⦠Does anyone want something to eat?â
We came to the concert without adults. They were probably off somewhere enjoying a drink or two.
Looking around, I found some spacious seats. Judging by the not-so-crowded venue, it didnât seem like the performer was all that famous.@@novelbin@@
But you know how it goesâsome people might not be famous, but their fans hold them as their absolute favorites.
Choi Ye-Seo was one of those fans.
âIâll take, hmm, popcorn?â
âGrilled buttered potatoes for me.â
âIâll pick something myself!â
The others stayed in their seats while Choi Ye-Seo came over to my side.
