Chapter 31: Giggles Gone Viral

The golden hour sunlight filtered through the large windows of Alexa's cozy yet stylish living room studio. A ring light stood tall beside her couch, casting a soft glow over the space. Behind her, the shelves were adorned with trendy decor, plants, and a few quirky knick-knacks—perfect for a social media influencer's livestream setup.

Alexa, wearing a bright orange romper and her signature confident smile, adjusted her phone on the tripod before settling into her chair. Her bare feet rested playfully on the wooden table in front of her as she greeted her audience.

Alexa squinted at her phone, her lips twitching into a smirk. "Oh, you guys are really on one today, huh? Writing on my feet? You just wanted an excuse to see them, didn't you?" She leaned closer to the camera. "Well, congrats—it's your lucky day!"

She laughed, her energy infectious, and called out, "Kelsie! Get in here, I need your artistic expertise!"

From the hallway emerged Kelsie, Alexa's roommate and behind-the-scenes helper, wearing a casual T-shirt and shorts. "Oh no... what did you promise them this time?"

"They dared me to write something on my feet," Alexa explained dramatically. "You're my appointed foot artist now. Don't mess this up."

Kelsie grabbed a red marker from a nearby drawer. "Alright, what's the message?"

Alexa thought for a moment, glancing at the camera. "Let's go with... 'Hi TikTok.' Short, sweet, and very on-brand."

Alexa shifted in her seat, her bare feet propped up on the table in front of Kelsie. "Okay, chat, behave yourselves," she joked.

Kelsie crouched down and held Alexa's left foot steady. "Alright, stay still. This is serious business."

But as soon as the tip of the marker touched Alexa's arch, she squealed and flinched. "AHH! No! That tickles!"

The live chat exploded.

"Alexa!" Kelsie groaned, stifling her laughter. "You have one job! Stay still!"

"I can't! Your marker is evil!" Alexa said through giggles, her toes curling instinctively.

Kelsie sighed dramatically. "Fine. We'll go slow."

Despite Alexa's occasional flinching and fits of giggles, Kelsie managed to carefully write the message across both of Alexa's soles.

"Ta-da!" Kelsie said triumphantly, holding up Alexa's feet to the camera. "Behold!" She said, showing the message "Hi TikTok" written on her soles in bold, slightly wobbly letters.

Alexa held her feet up proudly, flashing her brightest smile at the camera. "See, guys? Dare completed. You're welcome!"

Just as Alexa began lowering her feet, Kelsie smirked and said, "Wait, wait! I need to check if the marker dried properly."

Alexa raised an eyebrow, immediately suspicious. "What... why?."

But Kelsie was already wiggling her fingers mischievously. "I mean, we wouldn't want your followers to see smudged letters, right?"

Before Alexa could protest, Kelsie lightly skittered her fingertips along Alexa's left sole.

"AHHH! Kelsie!" Alexa burst into uncontrollable laughter, throwing her head back as her feet jerked reflexively.

The live chat went wild.

Alexa squirmed in her chair, tears of laughter forming in her eyes. "KELSIE!"

The playful tickling continued for a few more seconds before Kelsie finally let up, holding her hands in surrender.

"There," Kelsie said with a triumphant nod. "Officially dry. And... you're welcome, TikTok."

Alexa took a deep breath, still smiling as she wiped a tear from her eye. "Kelsie, you are the worst. But admit it, guys—that was hilarious."

The comments continued rolling in with nonstop laughing emojis and jokes.
