Bonus Chapter: Playful Valentine's Push

A/N: So I know I'm behind on a story like this one, but I had planned it some time ago and got busy. But might as well share it with you all anyway. So enjoy another of my holiday themed bonus chapters as I finally bring Vol. 2 to a close!

The hotel suite was filled with the warm glow of ambient lights, and the distant hum of the city outside provided a soothing backdrop to the night. It was Valentine's Day weekend, and four friends—Alexis, Alicia, Scott, and Wyatt—had decided to take a mini getaway, treating themselves to a weekend of relaxation with good food, good drinks, and endless laughter.

Alexis, dressed in a stunning red dress, lounged in one of the sleek white chairs near the coffee table. Her bare feet were propped up lazily as she swirled a small bottle of liquor in her hand. Across from her, Alicia and Scott were stretched out on the bed, playfully nudging each other while half-watching something on their phones. Wyatt, sitting on the couch, looked slightly stiff, his eyes flickering toward Alexis every so often, his nerves evident.

Alicia smirked while watching Wyatt. She slyly made her over to lean in and whisper to him. "Are you gonna actually talk to her, or just admire her feet all night?"

Wyatt nearly choked on his drink. "What? I'm not... I wasn't..."

Scott, overhearing, chuckled. "Dude, you're so obvious it hurts. You need to make a move or Alexis is gonna leave this weekend thinking you're mute."

Alexis, having caught bits of their conversation, arched an eyebrow and smirked. "What are you guys whispering about over there?"

Wyatt felt the heat rise to his face. Before he could come up with an excuse, Alicia jumped in. "We were just saying Wyatt should stop being so shy and actually, you know, interact with you."

Scott, always ready to instigate, grinned. "Actually, I think he should do something bold. Give him a challenge, Alexis."

Alexis tilted her head, amused. She stretched her leg out slightly, dangling her foot toward Wyatt. "Okay, how about this? Sit next to me." She insisted. "I swear, I don't bite."

Wyatt swallowed hard but, not wanting to back down, scooted forward to the edge of the couch, now sitting closer to Alexis. The closer he got, the more his nerves sparked. Then, in a bold, impulsive move—perhaps due to the lingering effects of the drinks they had shared earlier—he reached out and lightly traced his fingers along the arch of her foot.

Alexis jolted, her body twitching at the unexpected sensation. "Wyatt!" she laughed, her foot instinctively flinching back. "Did you just tickle me?"

Scott and Alicia burst into laughter. "Dude, that was not the move I was expecting, but I respect it!" Scott said, shaking his head.

Alexis, still recovering, narrowed her eyes at Wyatt, who was now looking both amused and horrified at his own actions. "Oh, so you wanna play that game?" she asked, grinning.

Feeling more confident, Wyatt grinned back. "Seemed like a good icebreaker."

Alexis playfully lifted her foot again, wiggling her toes. "So, think you can handle round two, then?"

Wyatt, feeling a rare surge of bravery, reached out again, this time dancing his fingers along her sole with more intent. Alexis's laughter filled the room as she twisted slightly in her chair, trying to suppress her giggles.

"Alright, alright! You've got guts, I'll give you that!" she gasped, still grinning as she pulled her feet back.

But this time, Wyatt didn't let up. Instead, his confidence grew. "Oh no, you challenged me," he teased, grabbing her ankle lightly before she could fully escape. "Now I gotta see how ticklish you really are."

Alexis's eyes widened, and a surprised laugh escaped her. "Wait... Wyatt, hold on..."

But it was too late. He dragged his fingers from her heel to the ball of her foot, then back down, watching her reaction with amusement. Alexis erupted into full, uninhibited laughter, her body squirming as she tried to pull away, but Wyatt held firm.

Scott and Alicia were now fully invested, grinning as they watched. "Dude finally woke up!" Scott cheered.

Alexis, between giggles, managed to gasp, "Okay, okay! Truce, truce..."

Wyatt smirked. "You sure? Because I think you kinda like this."

Alexis caught her breath, brushing her hair out of her face, a mischievous twinkle in her eye. "You're enjoying this way too much," she accused playfully.

Wyatt shrugged, still grinning. "Maybe. But you're not exactly fighting that hard."

Alexis tilted her head, pretending to consider. Then she stretched her leg out again, deliberately placing her foot back within his reach. "Okay, fine. I'll admit this is kinda fun," she confessed. "But if you're gonna do it, you better do it right."

Wyatt raised an eyebrow. "Oh? And what's the 'right' way?"

Alexis smirked. "Try using both hands. Oh, and get under my toes... if you dare."

Alicia gasped dramatically. "Oh my gosh, she's enabling him."

Scott laughed. "I'm actually kinda loving this for them."

Wyatt, encouraged by Alexis's playful challenge, went all in, using both hands to tickle along the arch of her foot, then teasing beneath her toes as she had instructed. Alexis let out another burst of laughter, half-kicking, half-wiggling in protest, but clearly enjoying herself.

"Okay, okay, okay!" she finally surrendered through giggles, breathless but smiling. "You win, alright? I admit it... you got me."

Wyatt grinned triumphantly. "Glad we settled that."

Alexis, still catching her breath, looked at him with something different now—a hint of curiosity, maybe even a little intrigue.

"Guess that means I win?" Wyatt asked.

Alexis tilted her head, considering. Then she leaned forward slightly, her tone playful yet challenging. "Maybe. But now you owe me a drink for revenge."

Wyatt laughed, nodding. "Fair deal."

As the night carried on, the group continued their playful banter, but something had shifted between Alexis and Wyatt. What started as an impulsive moment had cracked open something new, and for the first time, Wyatt wasn't just admiring from afar—he was in the moment, right where he wanted to be.
