Bella's pov

Never did I ever imagine riding on a bike, and that too with a person like Xander who is rich, famous, handsome, hot and what not. Honestly this isn't as bad as I thought it'll be, I am actually feeling really good, and in this time I forgot all about my problems and just focused on feeling the air upon my skin.

Though balancing myself is a little difficult thing because of the speed we are going at.

"You know that you can hold onto me for support right? I don't want you to fall down or die" Xander said. This made me smile, he isn't as bad as he shows himself to be, he does care about others but tries to hide it with his expressions .

When I placed my hands on his shoulder I felt a strange feeling, which I never experienced before. It was like sensation in my stomach when I got closer to him. I felt him getting a bit stiff but then he relaxed and we continued our silent but peaceful ride to school.

When we reached I started to wonder how people are gonna react. I am sure most of them have no idea who I am but I feel this was about to change.

When we entered the front gate, I instantly started feeling eyes upon me, and whispers like "who is she" "is she new" "why would they hangout with her" "she looks old" and many more which were even more harsh.

I wasn't surprised to be honest, although I didn't pay attention to such things I always knew that people here are always looking for opportunities to bring others down. Why, I failed to understand it.

"Are you guys sure with me coming with you, because you know people are already starting to say things" I said as I was concerned if my presence would bring any more drama or would hurt there image in some way.

"You'll get used to it, just don't pay much attention to them okay?" Said Jacob while putting his arm on my shoulder. I liked how he was so kind towards others.

"Whatever" said Xander and walked away from us, he was back to being moody, i don't know why he suddenly got so pissed and chose to walk away from us.

"Don't worry about him, Xander sometimes seems to be rude, but he isn't trust me. He has been through a lot too so don't mind if he comes off as rude sometimes." Explained Jacob.

"We'll see you at lunch?" He asked "Yeah sure" I smiled and walked towards my class.

I am sitting at my usual seat and the teacher was about to begin with her lecture, and then entered Xander into class.

I am surprised to see Xander in my English class. I guess I just never noticed other people. He is definitely the most good looking guy of our school, he is like 6,2ft tall, has the perfect lean body type and he can definitely pull anything off.

He caught me looking at him, and then noticed the empty seat beside me. Is he going to sit right next to me, isn't he supposed to be a bad boy who usually sits at the back of the class.

Making my assumption right, he came and sat right next to me. This little gesture made me smile. "Hey I didn't knew that you were in this class" I started out the conversation, to which he replied "well I mostly never attend classes I didn't have a reason to, but I guess now I do."

What did he mean by this? Am I the reason, or because he has to get good grades now. Obviously it's the second one. How stupid of me to actually consider myself as the reason being his attending this class.

I could tell that he was already bored of the lecture because he was looking at me from time to time during the entire lecture.

"Where are we going to study after school?" I asked at lunch.

"Xander's place as no one will be there" replied Cole. Why will it be vacant though I thought but decided not to ask or think much about it.

I got to admit sitting here at the popular side of the cafeteria was definitely a different feeling. But the eyes on me or me becoming famous because of them is not the reason behind my happiness. Actually talking to people, and not being alone throughout the entire day is the reason behind my newly found happiness.

Now I regret not making friends sooner. But I do know that wouldn't have been possible earlier because of my hectic schedule.

Surprisingly people were actually coming up to me all day, asking me questions like how did I know Xander, Cole and Jacob. Some of the conversations were actually funny because they thought that something was going on with me and one of the guys.

How stupid of them to assume that. I mean why would any of them want to date me. I am like a complete opposite. Being a friend doesn't mean that they have an interest in me.

"Elle what do you wanna have for lunch?" Asked Jacob cheerfully. His love for food doesn't fail to amuse me.

"Well I don't usually eat here" I replied quietly, it's true though I didn't want to spend my money on cafeteria's food. The only time I have actually bought something was for Jake my little brother.

"No wonder you are skinny" said Cole a bit too out loud. I didn't mind though, what he said was true but I couldn't do anything about it.

"You are going to eat lunch Daily from now on, consider it a part of our deal" said Xander. I didn't want to take any favors from them but he didn't exactly give me a choice here. "I'll have whatever you guys are having" I said politely. What I didn't expect was to see a whole pizza with soda just for me. But I didn't complain about it, I'll pack the remaining pizza for Jake.

"Thankyou so much guys for picking me up today, buying me lunch. You probably don't know this but I really needed this break. I really am happy today because of you all." All of this was really true. I needed this kind of a break from my routine life, and they unknowingly gave this break to me.

"It's okay, you'll be helping us pass this semester so this is the least we can do for you." Said Cole, which was surprising because he didn't say much usually. He said it like he really meant it.

Lunch got over with us talking and laughing.

I had total 3 classes with Xander, 2 with Cole and Jacob. During which all of them decided to sit next to me which made me feel really good.

Overall school for the first time was fun for me just because of those three not so bad anymore boys.

I never thought any of this will happen, but now I was looking forward to spending time with them.
