âAsh raining from the blood orange sky. I let everybody know that you're mineâ
_____________
In the streets of Mumbai, where the sun never set on the shadows of power and crime.
Shubman Gill ruled as an underworld kingpin.
Yet, behind his hardened exterior was a man scarred by betrayal and loss.
S/m : Beta, bas ek baat maan le. Mujhe apna ghar basa hua dekhna hai.
Shubman : Maa, yeh sab bekar baatein mat karo. Meri duniya alag hai. Main shaadi ke liye nahi bana.
But his mother was adamant. She handed him a photo of Ishaan.
S/m : Yeh ladka achha hai. Bas ek mulaqat kar le.
Shubman stared at the picture, irritation bubbling in him.
Shubman : Maa, yeh koi shaadi ke liye ladka lagta hai? Yeh toh ekdam seedha-saadha bachcha hai.
S/m : Bas ek baar mil le, Shubman. Mera mann hai.
Days later, Ishaan found himself standing in a grand hall, dressed in a sherwani.
The wedding was grand, but the atmosphere was tense.
Shubmanâs men ensured that Ishaan had no choice but to agree.
After the wedding, Ishaan moved into Shubmanâs mansion, where he felt like a bird trapped in a golden cage.
At their first night. Ishan jumped him the bed as he was Hella tired.
Ishan : Main sirf ek simple zindagi jeena chahta hoon. Iski duniya meri zindagi barbaad kar degi..
Ishan muttered, shubman enters in room.
Shubman : Main jo kar raha hoon, woh apni maa ke liye kar raha hoon. Aur tujhe meri duniya se door rakhne ki koshish bhi karunga.
Despite their rocky start, Ishaanâs kindness began to chip away at Shubmanâs walls.
Ishaan would often bring flowers to brighten up the dark mansion.
Slowly, Shubman found himself drawn to Ishaanâs innocence.
One evening, as Shubman returned from a dangerous deal, he found Ishaan waiting with food.
Ishan : Khana thanda ho jayega.
Shubman : Tu itna kyun karta hai? Main tere saath zabardasti shaadi ki hai.
Ishan : Shaadi toh ho gayi na? Ab main bas insaaniyat nibha raha hoon.
Shubman stared at him, realizing for the first time what it felt like to be cared for.
Just as their bond began to grow, Narang struck.
As days passed, Ishaan tried to adjust to his new life, but Shubmanâs cold behavior made it difficult.
He spent most of his time alone, tending to the garden or reading.
One evening, while Shubman was away handling business.
Ishaan was abducted by a rival gang led by Rana, who wanted to teach Shubman a lesson.
When Shubman returned and found Ishaan missing, his fury was unmatched.
Shubman : Raghav! Mujhe Rana ke log chahiye. Zinda ya murda, mujhe fark nahi padta
he roared.
Raghav : Bhai, woh Ishan ko le gaye hain.
Shubmanâs jaw tightened.
âMera Ishaan unki maut ka reason banega.â
Shubman tracked Ranaâs hideout to an abandoned factory on the outskirts of the city.
He arrived with his men, guns blazing.
The sound of gunshots echoed as Shubmanâs enemies fell one by one.
Inside, Ishaan was tied to a chair, tears streaming down his face. He flinched with every gunshot, his childhood trauma resurfacing.
When Shubman finally reached him, Ishaan was trembling uncontrollably.
Ishan : s-shubman....
Shubman untied him, pulling him into his chest.
Shubman : Tu theek hai?
Ishaan clung to him, sobbing.
Ishan : Mujhe bohot darr lag raha hai⦠woh log mujhe maarna chahte the
Shubman : Ab koi tujhe haath bhi nahi lagaayega
Outside, the remaining gang members were rounded up.
Shubmanâs rage was at its peak as he doused them in gasoline.
Back at the mansion, Ishaan couldnât stop shaking.
Shubman sat beside him, placing a hand on his shoulder.
Shubman : Ab tu safe hai ishu.
Over time, Shubmanâs demeanor softened around Ishaan.
The once-ruthless gangster began to protect and cherish his innocent husband, their unlikely bond growing stronger with each passing day.
Though their story began with shadows and fear, Ishaan became the light in Shubmanâs dark world.
a reminder that even the coldest hearts could find warmth.
