-You're the only one who can cure her He didn't even know David's real name.

He had never even seen David's face that did not cover anything.

But he still fell in love.

He accompanied David through that difficult period of time, and when David walked out, he was left with a black box.

Alice looked at Lambert. She felt that it was a little sad, and didn't know what to say.

Lambert stood in front of the bookshelf for a good while, then suddenly turned his head towards Alice. He said weakly and coldly, "Alright, now that you know everything, state your conditions."

"Condition?"

Alice was startled, unable to understand what he was saying.

"There's no need to use these moves. Just a bit more direct. Or do you think that knowing my secret without exposing anything will soften my heart and thus help you treat your illness?"

Alice looked at him speechlessly. He was so guarded and haughty; no wonder he left himself an inch of leeway. He didn't even choose to confess to others when they were awake.

"Go ahead."

He looked at her.

"We're leaving." Alice said lightly.

"What?"

Lambert was stunned for a moment.

"Dr. Lambert, we sincerely came to ask for medical treatment. If we didn't know that you have been favored by the Lancaster family, we wouldn't have come up with this idea to play with you. We didn't mean to deceive you, and we wouldn't use any means to cure you." Alice said indifferently.

"That's just you, right?" Lambert said coldly, "I think your family member would be able to do anything."

A dignified Cullen family, the CEO of the N.E., in order to cure her sickness and change his clothes, he was willing to associate with a man. Even her injuries were caused by William.

Hearing this, Alice couldn't help but laugh bitterly, and then said honestly, "Dr. Lambert, it has not been easy for William and I. He is different from you. He might not want his life, and he might not want his face."

Lambert stood in place and looked at Alice, only to see her say these words with a kind of indifferent tone.

His life was fine, but so was his face.

Some were funny words of meaning, but for some reason, Lambert's heart trembled. Some courage was not something that anyone could do.

"But William and I are different." Alice looked at the black box and said, "That is only your personal matter, and I will not threaten others just because of my own illness."

"You really don't need me to cure you? I think you should know that there are very few doctors who specialize in this as I do. Others may not be able to make the right medicine."

Even though he had misjudged her this time.

However, he did not believe that there was someone stronger than him in this area.

Didn't she say so much that she didn't want him to cure her?

"Lancaster has done you a favor, but we are not enemies, are we? Actually, the reason that I came to ask you all these questions was to have you be brave and forget about it; nothing much, just pretend I didn't say anything. "Alice smiled faintly and retreated, "Dr. Lambert, although we have been a little unhappy for the past six days, I am still very happy to meet you. Goodbye."

Alice nodded at him and turned to leave.

Lambert stood on the spot, his eyes filled with astonishment. She really left? You really don't need treatment?

When Alice returned to the room, William was looking for her. When he saw her, he immediately pulled her to his side and stared at her with his eyes lowered, "Where did you run off to? Do you know that I'm worried?"

He was afraid that she would faint again.

"I'm fine. I just went out to see if there's anything else I need to clean up."

Alice said, and did not reveal Lambert's secret.

"I'm not warning you, you're not allowed to clean up! You just stay in my line of sight!" William said tyrannically.

Alice looked at his nervous appearance and laughed. She stood to the right, then to the left, and blinked her large eyes clear black and white, "How's this line of sight? Or is the line of sight better?"

William stood in front of her, his gaze following her as she moved back and forth, and then extended a hand and pointed at his own eyes, "If you have the ability, then stand here!"

"Then your eyeballs will explode."

She's such a big girl.

"I'm not afraid of being blind!" William said, and then pulled Alice into her embrace, and stared down at her, her gaze extremely deep, as if he was going to swallow her whole. His face neared her face, and her warm breath sprayed onto her face.

"Yes."

"You're pregnant now. Don't disappear from my sight; do you hear me?" William said, his slender hand pressing down on the back of her head and pressing into his chest, and a low voice came out from his chest and entered her ears, "I see that you fainted, I truly regret it, and I regret letting you have this child."

Alice leaned on his chest, listening to his heart beat after beat, and she reached out her hands to grab his back, "William, this is just an accident, there won't be a next time."

"You want another one?"

William glared at her fiercely. He hugged her with one hand and pulled a suitcase with the other as he walked out, "Let's go. I have already told Daniel to gather all the information on famous doctors.

"Is it going to be a big fight again?"

Alice asked.

"What's the big deal about treating patients? Alice, I will say this one last time; if there's a next time to what you did last night, I don't want this child!"

William said calmly. He would not allow a single pregnancy to torture her for close to ten months.

"But I want it."

Alice frowned, and she had returned back to the topic at hand. The child had not even fully formed in her stomach, yet she and William were already fighting endlessly over whether or not to have a child.

"I don't want to!"

"You clearly want it. You want the whole process of being a father." Alice said.

"I didn't think so! I hate children the most.

William decisively swallowed all his thoughts.

Alice helplessly looked at William and followed him. William started to nag at her again, saying, "Go downstairs and be careful! Walk carefully! You have to be more careful when you take the boat! Anyway, you have to be careful of everything;do you hear?"

"William, don't talk like that."

"Why?"

"I keep having the feeling that you're going to hit me the next second." You were the one who warned her about everything.

The two talked as they went down the stairs. William took care of Alice carefully, treating her like a fragile glass.

From the bedroom opposite the door, Lambert slowly walked out and stood at the door. He watched the two of them leaving with a dazed look in his eyes. He touched the corner of his lips, which had a tinge of blood on them.

When Alice and William walked out of the Lambert Mansion, David and the MR Robot was already waiting outside. When they came out, the Mr.Robot immediately helped them to take the boxes.

"Let's go."

David said, and walked towards the boat by the shore.

William climbed onto the yacht in a cool manner and extended his hand to hold Alice's hand. His black eyes stared straight at her, "Be careful, don't use too much strength.

She was not that weak.

Alright, the moment she fainted, he found it even more unbelievable.

Alice secretly sighed and passed her hand over to William, asking him to pull herself. A voice came from a distance behind her, "Mr. Cullen, Madam, our young master asks for you to wait a moment."

Alice turned her head in astonishment. Standing on the boat, her black eyes instantly turned cold and serene as she looked at Lambert Mansion. Lambert said slowly from within the Lambert Mansion. Her body was a little weak, as he walked past the two lion statues towards them. Alice subconsciously looked at David.

Do you want to bid farewell to David?

David stood behind William and looked towards Lambert with a normal expression. He naturally could not feel the raging waves in Lambert's heart.

'Madam." Lambert stood beside Alice.

William shot a cold glance at her, pulled Alice to his side, and looked at Lambert gloomily. "You should get lost in your own house before I change my mind; don't ever appear in front of me, William!"

"Mr. Cullen, I really can't cure your Madam's illness. In fact, no doctor can cure your Madam."

Alice's eyes froze; what does that mean?

William stood on the yacht as the hands by his side immediately tightened into fists. He glared at Lambert's high and almost -pretentious face, and almost said while clenching his teeth. "I see that you really don't want to continue your profession! Rest assured; I will definitely help you!"

He promised that from now on; he, Lambert, would not treat any of the patients.

"Mr. Cullen, believe it or not, your Madam's reason is you. I have never misjudged this point." Lambert said.

William's pupils contracted instantly as he glared at him. The thin lip pursed its lips but didn't refute him.

It was only then that Alice realized that Lambert was giving them professional advice.

'Other than Mr. Cullen, there is no other doctor who can treat the illness." He lowered his head to them.

"Take care, you three."

After saying that, Lambert turned around and left. His hand was placed on the injured part of his chest as he frowned.

She looked at William. William glared at the direction where Lambert left with a dark expression, and pulled her up to the cockpit of the yacht without saying a word.

He was silent.

The silence made Alice panic.

"William, are you alright?"

Alice followed behind William. William walked into the driver's seat, poured her a cup of hot water and passed it over to her. Then, he walked to the control panel to start operating it, and drove the boat out.

The yacht cut through the calm surface of the lake, creating a spray of white water.

"William, what are you thinking about?"

Alice asked softly as she reached out to tug on his sleeves. She was not suitable for William who was silent.

"Think about something."

William said these three words in a low voice.
