KANTO WATER-TYPE STARTER; HERE COMES THE SQUIRTLE SQUARD!

ash and her friends are now walking down the road thinking about their newly captured Pokémon they saved. They couldn't wait to see what they have.

[Break Scene]

Mairin had a huge smile on her face, still thinking what an amazing thing how happen.

brock looked at Mairin and shook his head, she might have that face for a while and who could blame her, she has new Pokémon to take care off.

ash was busy humming towards her Alola Vulpix  the Ice-type fox Pokémon decide to stay outside of her Pokéball and enjoy her new mother company. ash was thrilled to have two of the Kanto Starters Pokémon, including she got new Pokémon; she doesn't have any Psychic-type and she got three. She sent Charmander back to rest up some more and charizard has taken a protective nature for the little guy and will trained him soon, just like the rest of her Pokémon who trains and rest, helping each other out.

Zorua also appeared out of his Pokéball, he wanted to get some fresh air and stayed around since they left the Pokémon Centre, hanging around his father, he also got along with vulpix who was a newborn like him.

Alain kept thinking about the fully evolved Pokémon that Damian Daisuke had on him, most Pokémon that was fully evolved could Mega Evolve; Gallade, Gardevoir, Scizor and Loppuny. But then again, he highly doubts Damian can use it, he needed to have a bond with his Pokémon, which was also impossible.

Brock was amazed, what Pokémon he got and was glad to see that they alright with his family, who taken immediately care of them, hearing what happened.

Luxray stopped and scanned the ground, he growled, making the gang snap out of their happy thought or moments.

"Luxray? What's wrong?" ash asked, seeing how luxray stopped and started to growl.

luxray jesters his head towards the ground in front, "Luxray Ray Lux. (The ground is a trap.)" he said.

mairin blinked, "Seriously." He said.

"What's wrong?" alain asked.

"luxray said that the ground is a trap." mairin repeated.

"A trap, huh." Alain picked up a rock from the ground and tossed it towards the ground in front of them.

As soon as the rock hit the ground, it caved in immediately; it was a pitfall trap.

"Wha?" alain eyes widen.

"How?" Brock questioned.

"Squ Squirtle! (Its failed!)" A voice exclaimed, in shock.

"Look!" mairin pointed in front of them.

"Squirtle!" In front of them were five small blue turtle-like Pokémon, all of them were wearing circular dark blue sunglasses, expect one which looks and acts like the leader was wearing a black pointy sunglass instead.

"Those are Squirtle." ash said and scanned the Pokémon.

[Squirtle, the Tiny Turtle Pokémon. It shelters itself in its shell, then strike back with sprouts of water at every opportunity.]

'Wah~ How lucky can you get. First Bulbasaur, then Charmander and now Squirtle.' ash thought, happily.

"Hey, that wasn't nice to set traps!" Mairin shouted.

"Squ Squirtle! (Hush, shorty.)" The pointy glass Squirtle said.

ash and the Pokémon sweat dropped.

"how dare you!!!" mairin shout

"Ches Chespin. (I'm not saying.)" Chespie said.

"Ray Luxray. (You don't have too.)" luxray said.

"Pika!" pikachu said, staring off at the Squirtles.

The pointy sunglasses Squirtle, took a step forward, "Squirtle Squ! (Bring it on!)" It said, ready to fight.

"Vulpix? (A fight?)" vulpix questioned.

"Pikachu! (Bring it!)" pikachu challenged.

Just as they were about to attack, they all heard a siren coming their way.

"Squirtle! (Scatter!)" The leader of the Squirtle shouted.

All the Squirtles scattered very fast you might add, leaving a dust of trail in their tracks.

"How fast." Alain said, amused.

Officer Jenny appeared on her motorcycle, "Is everyone okay? Is anyone hurt?" She asked, quickly.

"No, we're all fine Officer Jenny, no ones hurt. Thank you." ash answered.

"That's good." Officer Jenny sighs in relief. "But did you see the Squirtle Squad?"

"Squirtle Squad?" Mairin questioned.

"Must be the group of Squirtles we saw. Yes and you just miss them." Brock answered.

"Officer Jenny, can you tell about about the Squirtle Squad?" Alain asked, curious about them.

"Sure, why don't you all come with me to the Police Station? I'll explain to you there." Officer Jenny answered.

"Okay." All the gang nodded, they too were curious about a group of Squirtles.

[Break Scene]

"As I said before, the group of Squirtles are called the Squirtle Squad. You see all those Squirtles has been deserted by their own Pokémon Trainers, so now they pull pranks and steal from everyone." Officer Jenny explained.

"Its really sad; the truth is if they had caring trainers they wouldn't be like this." The Kanto Officer finished with a sad expression.

The gang looked at each other.

[Break Scene]

Right now, the gang were taking a break in the town, thinking about what Officer Jenny said about the Squirtle Squad.

"You know, I feel bad for them." ash said, "They been abandoned by their trainers for who knows what." Reminds her of Bulbasaur and luxray who was abandoned by their trainer. "And I've decide to catch one of the Squirtles for myself."

"Ray Luxray Lux." Luxray nodded, understanding.

"Me too!" Mairin exclaimed as well, "I want another Water-type, Azumarill would like another type like her."

"And what are we going to do about the other three Squirtles?" Alain asked, handing some food to Zorua.

"We could give them to Officer Jenny, she is worried about them." Brock suggested.

"Um, excuse me." A voice interrupted them from behind.

The gang turned around, seeing a teen around Brock's age with short black hair and grey eyes, wearing a dark grey shirt with black shorts and carrying a backpack.

"Sorry, my names Michael and I couldn't help but hear that you're going to plan and catch the Squirtle Squad." Michael questioned.

"Yes, we are. Do you want to catch them too?" ash asked, petting vulpix's head.

"Vul~" vulpix purred.

Michael nodded, "Yes, the truth is. I know some of the Squirtle Squad, I actually saw two Pokémon Trainers deserted the Squirtle, they kept saying that Squirtle are no good, compared to their evolved forms." He explained.

ash twitched, "That's not true. Squirtle can be just as strong as a Wartortle and a Blastoise, depending on how the trainers trained them." She said.

"I know, but those trainers didn't think so." Michael frowned, "So, they tossed them away like trash."

"That's horrible, no wonder the Squirtles play pranks on humans." Brock said.

"I wanted to catch them since their trainers left. But after what their trainers did, I they didn't trust me and ran off." Michael explained, "I still wish to capture those three Squirtle and raise them well, so do you mind if I come with you?"

"Of course not. Your doing your best and trying to help those Squirtles." mairin beamed at him.

"That's true." Alain said.

Mairin got up and off her chair, "So off on a search mission! Operation; Capturing the Squirtle Squad!" She declared.

"Yay!" ash cheered.

Chespie sweat dropped, "Chespin. (Oh boy.)" He said.

Brock sweat dropped, "Okay..."

"Let's head to the forest then." Alain suggested.

"Okay." Everyone nodded and went off to the forest, to find the Squirtles.

[Break Scene]

As they searched through the forest, they found the Squirtle Squad having a swim in a pond.

"Oh, their all there." Mairin said.

Michael was about to step forward, when a net was suddenly thrown over the Squirtles.

But it wasn't a normal net, when the net caught the Squirtle Squad, its zapped them.

"SQUIRTLE!" All tiny turtle Pokémon cried out.

"HAA HAA HAHAHA!" Three familiar voice laughed, at their capture.

"Pika." pikachu sighs.

Alain frowned, "Just great. Its Team Rocket again." He whispered.

"Just what we need." mairin groaned.

"Who's that?" Michael asked, shocked and surprised what he witness.

"Nasty crooks, who steals Pokémon." Brock explained.

"But they never succeeded in stealing any Pokémon, when were around, you see. Its amazing." ash chimed in, happily.

Brock, and Mairin  anime fell, with a 'THUD!'

Alain just let out a small smirk.

Which was true though, Team Rocket has never succeeded when the gang is here.

"Hey, pretty nice work." Meowth complimented.

"These nets did the job well." Jessie said.

"The best thing is, these nets are electrical and electric beats water! Since we caught the Squirtle Squad with this net we should use this to capture Water-type Pokémon more often." James explained, with a proud smirk.

"Your right." Meowth and Jessie agreed.

Michael heard enough and ran out from behind the trees, "No, you won't!" He shouted, "If you think letting you get away with this, forget it!"

"Haa, you and what army?" Jessie smirked.

"How about this army?" ash questioned, with a small smirk.

"Hiya!" Mairin waved.

"Yo!" brock grinned.

Team Rocket was shocked to see them again.

"You again!" Meowth shouted, in annoyance.

"Luxray!" The lion Pokémon growled at Meowth who yelped.

James notice two

Pokémon in Alain's and ash's arm, "Hey! Check it out!" He pointed, "New Pokémon and I've never seen them before."

Jessie smirked, "Excellent, we'll capture them as well." She said. "Along with the Squirtles."

ash and Alain glared at them, "Like in Arceus name you are." They both said.

luxray growled at Team Rocket.

vulpix and Zorua growled at Team Rocket as well, trying to steal them away from their parents.

"Let the Squirtles go!" Brock exclaimed.

"Sorry! Not happening twerpette! Go, Ekans!" Jessie called out her poisonous snake Pokémon.

"Eeekkannnssssssss!" Its hissed.

"You said it. Go, Koffing!" James called out his poison gas Pokémon.

Mairin were about to fight back.

"Wait!" Michael stopped them, "Leave this to me!"

The  kid nodded, "Okay."

"Go, Psyduck and Sandshrew!" Michael called out his Pokémon into battle.

"Psy Psyduck." A yellow platypus, duck-like Pokémon appeared.

"Sandshrew!" The ground mouse Pokémon appeared.

ash scanned the yellow platypus, duck-like Pokémon.

[Psyduck, the Duck Pokémon. The pre-evolved form of Golduck. When Psyduck's headache gets severe, it starts to exhibit odd powers.]

"Ekans use Posion Sting!" Jessie commanded.

Use Sludge, Koffing." James ordered.

"Ekannsssss..." Ekans fired needles from its mouth.

"Koffing!" Koffing fired a mud-like blob from its mouth.

"Psyduck, use Water Gun and Sandshrew, use Swift!" Michael countered.

While Michael was battling against Team Rocket Pokémon, the Squirtles were watching what was happening.

Three Squirtles with the round circular sunglasses, were looking at Michael, they remember seeing him and seeing him try to rescue them brought waterfall of tears to their eyes, 'This human is so nice.' They thought.

Brock notice the tears, "Hey, look." He pointed out.

The gang looked at the Squirtle Squad, three Squirtles were in tears.

"Oh, they finally understood what Michael is trying to do." ash said.

"That's great." Mairin said.

"Psyduck, use Psychic and freeze them!" Michael ordered.

"pikachu." ash looked at her partner.

"Pika!" pikachu nodded and jumped off her shoulder, "PPPIIIIKKKKAAAAAA... CCHHUUUUU!" She launched a Thunderbolt attack at Team Rocket who was frozen for a minute, thanks to Psyduck.

"AHHHHHHH!" Are now toast and crispy.

Michael smiled, "Toss them away." He commanded.

"Psyduck." Psyduck tossed Team Rocket and their Pokémon in the sky.

"TEAM ROCKET IS BLASTING OFF AGAIN!" Team Rocket exclaimed in the distance.

"Sandshrew, cut the net with Swift!" Michael pointed towards the trapped Squirtle Squad.

"Sanshrew!" The ground mouse Pokémon launched stars at the net and it was cut.

"Squirtle! (Yay!)" The Squirtle Squad smiled as they were free.

The three Squirtles that had their eyes on Michael immediately walked up to him, "Squirtle Squ! (Thank you.)" They said.

Michael saw them and bent down onto his knees, "I take it, you three remember me huh?" He asked.

"Squirtle." The three Squirtles nodded.

"Listen Squirtles, I know that your trainers did was absolutely wrong, but I will never betray you or leave you." Michael said, "Come with me and let's become strong together and forever." He held out his arms to them.

The three Squirtles hesitated for a moment, they took of their sunglasses, revealing bit teary red-eyes and jumped into their new trainer arms happily.

"I've finally caught you!" Michael laughed.

That gang smiled.

"That's great." Brock said.

"Yeah." ash looked at the leader of the Squirtle Squad, "Would you like to come with me and become strong?" She asked.

After seeing his friends with other human, the leader decided it was time for the Squirtle Squad to be disband and be with humans again.

"Squirtle." Squirtle nodded, taking of his glasses.

"Hey, do you want to come with me?" Mairin asked, simultaneously towards the one reminding Squirtles.

"Squirtle!" The one Squirtle nodded.

So all was okay, in the end, it worked out. Michael, ash and Mairin  capture the Squirtle Squad.

[Break Scene]

And so, after capture the Squirtle Squad, helping Michael and helping he Squirtles from Team Rocket. Bidding farewell to Michael and Officer Jenny, now our heroes head off in the direction of Vermillion City as the journey continues.
