Pidgeotto nodded and lifted its wings pointing to ash's pocket dress where she kept her spare Pokéballs.

"Err..." ash pulled out a spare Pokéball and held it out, towards the bird Pokémon.

Pidgeotto jumped forward and tapped the Pokéball with its head, it was sucked into the Pokéball and without a struggle it was caught.

"Wha-" ash mouth opened.

ash sighs, " Come on."

"febb, meewww, pika"

As ash and her pokemon walked away from the forest area, they continued to walked the pathway towards the city

"-EECH...

SCREECH....

SCREECH!

Eh??"ash and Pikachu blinked and gulped hoping that screech was not a Spearow screech.

SCREECH!!

"Uso." ash and pikachu both looked at each other, as they slowly turned around.

"Ah!" "Pika!"

Behind them was a flock of Spearow and the worst part was that they were flying...

Upon arriving in Viridian City, a blue haired woman wearing a police uniform was sitting in the Police Officer.

This woman is Officer Jenny, one of the hundreds of Jenny's are spread throughout the Region's.

Viridian City Officer Jenny voice on an intercom

"Attention all citizens in Viridian City! Attention all citizens in Viridian City! The criminal organisation Team Rocket has been spotted, people are advised to kept their Pokémon in their Pokéballs and report any suspicious characters! I repeat, please keep your Pokémon inside their Pokéballs and report any suspicious characters!"

"Team Rocket, huh?" ash question.

"Pika?" Lightning titled her head.

"A criminal organisation. If Team Rocket is nearby we better found the Pokémon Centre and fast."ash said and look at pikachu.

"Wait! Hold it!" Officer Jenny appeared in front of ash

"Is there something wrong Officer Jenny?" ash asked.

"Yes, may I see your ID to prove that those Pokémon belong to you."

"Sure." ash pulled out her Pokédex and handed it over to Officer Jenny.

Officer Jenny notice that ash Pokédex was different to the previous one she came across, "Thank you." She said

"I am Dexter. A Pokédex programmed by Professor Oak and Professor Sycamore for Pokémon Trainer Ash  Mew Ketchum of Pallet Town. My function is to provide ash with information and advice regarding Pokémon and training. If I am lost or stolen I cannot be replace and I will teleport back to my owner." Dexter informed in a female mechanical voice and showed a picture of ash and the Pokémon she capture or obtain so far.

ash blinked, she didn't know that Professor Sycamore had anything to do with the Pokédex she got, but then again the Pokédex is give by oak

Officer Jenny nodded, "Okay, your are clear. Sorry about this, but there is a group of criminals called themselves Team Rocket on the loose somewhere in this area and you look suspicious with your Pokémon outside their Pokéballs." She explained.

"No problem Officer Jenny and to answer your question is that she hates being inside her Pokéballs, ." ash said.

pikachu looked sheepishly with a smile, "Pikachu? Pika Pikapi!" She huffs.

Officer Jenny chuckled, "Okay now, but careful. Team Rocket is out there somewhere." She warned.

"Of course and we well." ash said.

she continued to walked but they entered the Viridian City PokéMart to stock up some things.

ash had a basket in their hands; she walked through the aisles to see if anything caught her eyes or want they needed; Berries, drinks and other items that included food and machine that used to make Pokéblocks was already covered from her aunts recipe

ash picked up three thick hard covered journals to her notes on Pokémon types and abilities, self-recipes and battle codes/ combo moves she created. She went into the Electronic aisle where she picked up a charger that could either gather sunlight or use an electric Pokémon electricity to power up her devices.

After paying for everything, she headed to the Pokémon Centre to their get Pokémon checked up.

Upon entering the Pokémon Centre, ash was greeted by a woman at the front counter, she had pink hair tied into two large loop with blue eyes and wearing a pink dress with a white apron over the top, white nurse hat with a Red Cross in front and white buckled shoes.

The woman was Nurse Joy and like Officer Jenny, one of hundreds Joy's are spread throughout the Region's and they all look-alike.

"Welcome to the Pokémon Centre." Nurse Joy greeted with a smile, "How can I help you?"

"Yes, I like to have out Pokémon's for a checked up." ash said.

"Of course." Nurse Joy said and pressed a button on her desk.

A moment later, a pink ovoid-like Pokémon with a nurse top hat on its head came out from the back room, pushing a cart with several indentations for the Pokéballs and padded seat for a small Pokémon to sit on.

"Chansey." It said as it pushed the stretcher along.

"Chansey." ash scanned the nurse helper Pokémon.

[Chansey, the Egg Pokémon. Chansey is kind Pokémon who shares its egg with those who are sick or injured.]

"Chansey Chansey Chan." Chansey pointed towards the stretcher.

ash nodded and place her Pokéballs, pikachu onto the stretcher cart.

"Chansey. " The Egg Pokémon pushed the cart away towards the treatment room.

"Is there anything else I can help you with?" Nurse Joy asked.

"Yes, can I please check for a room." ash replied.

"Of course." Nurse Joy handed a key which had the No.6 on it. "Here you go, Room 6 is just down the hall. Have a good day now." She said.

"Thank you, Nurse Joy." ash thanked and walked off.

[Break Scene]

As the sunset, she decide to call aunt with the Pokémon Centre video phone.

"Aunt, should be on her break." ash said.

"Hello, this is the shinno champian." cynthai's voice came from the other side of the line.

"Hello, anut." ash said happily.

"Ohhh." cynthai image came onto the screen, "Hi sweetie, is everything alright? Where are you?" She asked.

"The Pokémon Centre in Viridian City." ash replied.

"You are already made it to Viridian City, it took your father two days when he started his journey."

ash frowned, don't get her wrong she hasn't ever remember her father but she heard stories from her anut about him. But still ash has never meet him in person after he left

"I see."

"How was it? Did you capture anything new?"

"Nothing much in Route 1 but I got a Pidgeotto and two magikarps"

"I see. Be careful now." cynthai smiled and heard her alarm went off, "Oh dear, my break is over now. Be safe and take good care of each other."

"Of course aunt." ash said.

"I love you two."

"Love you too." ash said.

"Bye." cynthai waved as the screen turned black.

"Okay, Professor Oak." ash sighs and dialled up the Kanto Professor number.

"Ah, ash how are you there?" A image of Professor Oak appeared but his back was turned towards them.

ash laughed, "Hahaha, yes we are but your facing the wrong way." she said.

Professor Oak turned around and spotted her, "Oops, wrong camera." He quickly turned back to the computer and typed something onto the keyboard and the screen was fix, "There. Ahem, I just spoken with your aunt and she told me that you've made it to the Pokémon Centre in Viridian City, is that correct?"

ash raised an eyebrow, "I wouldn't be talking to now Professor Oak, if I wasn't here." She deadpanned.

"Ah, my bad." Professor Oak sweat dropped, "Gary arrived some time ago."

"Of course, he has a car and were walking." ash retorted.

"And he bet me a million Pokédollars that you wouldn't be able to capture a single Pokémon before you arrived in Viridian City."

ash snorted, "You've won that bet, but then again why are you even betting." She said.

Professor Oak grinned, "Ha! Gary now owns me a million Pokédollars." He cheered.

ash rolled her eyes, "Good to know." she muttered.

DING DONG!

"Oh! That must my pizza. Coming!" Professor Oak said as he got up from chair, "Talk to you later, bye now." The screen went blank immediately.

As  ash was getting ready to go and get dinner, she heard some noise coming from the entrance.

"Alain, come on your so slow." A little girl winced and she looked around seven, she had short brown hair and eyes, she wore long sleeve yellowish green shirt with a green vest over the top, green knee length pants with white shoes and green and orange sneakers. A green hat with orange triangles and small yellow fuzz on the top, a orange scarf around her neck and a bracelet of her left hand, she also had a green bag on her back.

"Chespin." A Chespin appeared, who sighs.

"Slow down Mairin." A boy voice said, he had messy black hair and blue eyes, he wore a purple and white sleeve shirt with a short length leather jacket, long grey pants and black boots. A pair of black fingerless gloves, a blue scarf around his neck, a black bracelet with a Mega Stone and a black leather poach around his waist.

[ As you can tell I sort of changed their clothes style a bit but still the same color.]

"Hey, a Chespin." ash said.

"Huh?" The girl identified as Mairin blinked.

"Chespin?" The girl Spiny Nut Pokémon blinked as well.

ash turned around seeing them, "Hello." She greeted.

"Ah,and sorry." ash quickly apologies.

"Hi!" Mairin greeted happily, seeing someone her type. "I'm Mairin Sycamore and this is my partner Chespie."

"Chespin. " Chespie waved.

ash grinned, "Hello, I'm ashley mew Ketchum from Pallet Town. Hey, are you related to Professor Sycamore?"

"Yes, I'm his adopted Granddaughter, while Alain is my older brother is his Grandson." Mairin pointed to the boy who looked older than his sister named Alain.

"Please, tell me that his not a stuck up jerk." ash whispered.

"Huh?" Mairin blinked confused what did she mean by that.

ash sighs and hit her  head gently with her fist.

"sorry" ash looked at her sister like small girl
