TARROCO ISLAND; OPEN SEA: LAPRAS POD!

It's not surprising that even after defeating the Orange Crew Leader, both receiving the winner's trophy and being honoured in the Orange League Hall of Fame. ash and Alain have won it.

"Its amazing that both ash nee chan and big brother have won the Orange League Championship." Mairin smiled.

"So true!" Takato chirped in.

"Lapp!" Lapras suddenly turned and started to speed up.

"Pika!"

"Rai!"

Both electric mouse Pokémon yelped.

"Woah!" ash, Mairin and Takato held on tightly.

Shiny Gyarados, Alain and Volkner all stared blankly at the transport Pokémon speed.

"What's wrong with Lapras?" Alain asked.

"Don't know, but we better hurry after them." Volkner replied.

"Gyarados follow Lapras." Alain ordered.

"Grr." Shiny Gyarados swam after the transport Pokémon.

Light looked ahead and saw a familiar Pokémon in the distance, "Pikachu Pika! (There is a school of Lapras!)"

"Eh?" ash looked head and saw the school of Lapras as well, "Could it be? Lapras are those your family that you got separated from?" She asked her transport Pokémon.

"Lappp!" Lapras replied, nodding happily, he has found his family.

"I see." Yuna smiled, she remembered her promise to him and now she can fulfill it.

"How cool." Takato said.

"Lappp! Lappp!" Lapras' called out towards the pod.

The Lapras' pod heard ash's Lapras but ignored him.

Alain frowned, "Thats strange. Their ignoring him." He said.

There was two Lapras' cyan colour and a navy colour that slightly bigger than the cyan colour, they both heard the call and they wanted to call back to the young Lapras' but the pod made them ignore him.

"Lappp!" Lapras tried to follow them.

One of the Wild Lapras used Mist to cover their escape and the cyan Lapras' had tears in her eyes as she move with them away.

"Lapppp! Lappppp..." Lapras cried out as the pod of Lapras' disappeared.

"Lapras." ash frowned.

"That was weird." Alain said.

"Lappppppppp!" Lapras' cries out.

#Yes, that behaviour is unusual.# Professor Oak frowned, #But I suspect that the Lapras' acted that way because they are afraid of humans.#

"But Professor Oak what made the Lapras' afraid of people so badly?" Mairin asked.

#I don't know but my guess is that some humans has been attacking them.#

"What?!" Takato exclaimed out. "That's so mean! What kind of people would go attacking those Lapras'!?"

"It's probably those Pokémon Poachers Pirates." A woman voice spoke.

"Huh?" The gang turned around.

"Officer Jenny." ash said.

"Um, did you say pirates?" Mairin asked.

"That's right. You see this Island is suppose to be a Pokémon No Capture Zone but we've received reports that pirates has been poaching wild Pokémon just off shore." Officer Jenny explained.

"Pirates? As pirates I've read about in books, like Captain Cook?" Takato questioned.

"Yes, but this Pirate is different. We call the lead pirate Captain Crook and his crew go around areas where Pokémon are not allowed to be captured and then they catch that Pokémon to sell them at a tremendous price."

"Those-" ash held herself back from swearing. "It's no wonder those Lapras' were immediately trying to get away from us."

"How are we going to help them?" Mairin asked.

"Well for starters, you two are going to stay back." Volkner said, looking at the two kids.

"There is no way we're going to allow you two to be involved in this dangerous." Alain said, sternly to them.

"Okay..." Takato and Mairin nodded.

"We have to find the Lapras' pod before they do and if the pirates do show up then we'll take them out." ash said.

"Pikachu!" Light said, as her cheeks sparked.

Alain and Volkner had a small smirk on their faces, go ash to be blunt and straight forward when it comes to poachers and thieves.

With the Lapras Pod.

The cyan and navy Lapras both looked towards the Tarrcoco Island were the young Lapras was.

"Lapp." Cyan Lapras said.

The Navy Lapras nodded his head, "Lappp."

Both Lapras was about to turned around.

The leader of the Lapras stopped them and shook his head at them, "Lapp Lapp!" It was time to move again.

Both Lapras' looked at the Island one more time before looking down sadly and they swam with the pod.

Meanwhile with Team Rocket, they were out in the ocean, in their Magikarp submarine and they have heard about the Lapras' being around this area and they wanted to catch the whole Lapras Pod for themselves.

"Any sign of them James?" Jessie asked.

James was looking through the big periscope, looking around the ocean, "No, not yet anyway but my laptop says that we are not too far from them now."

"Just imagine, how much money we will get for catching those Lapras'." Meowth grinned.

"Lapras' are known as the rarest Water-type Pokémon to catch. So my guess would be millions." Jessie said.

"Hey guys, I spotted the Lapras' not far from here." James announced.

"Good, now lets go Lapras fishing." Jessie smirking.

"Let's." James and Meowth nodded, grinning.

✿ ---- ⇒ [Break Scene] ⇐ ---- ✿

Not far away from the island there was a ship on the ocean water and sailing.

"Lapras ahead and looks like a school." Scuz announced, as he saw through the telescope. "This should be a nice catch Captain."

The Captain smirked, "Alright. Get the Pokéballs ready to fire and we'll launch our secret weapons and so us a little Pokémon poaching." He ordered.

"Aye sir." Scuz saluted his Captain.

Meanwhile back with the Lapras Pod the Pirate Ship caught up to them.

The pirate ship, prepared its cannon.

"Fire Pokéballs when ready mate!" Captain Crook ordered.

"Aye sir!" Scuz saluted.

BANG! BANG! BANG! Three cannons went off.

There was Pokéballs inside the cannons and the Pokéball shot near the Lapras Pod, releasing three Tentacruels from within the Pokéballs.

"Tentacruel!" Three Tentacruel's said.

"Lapp!" Lapras said.

"Now attack those Lapras with your Poison Sting you no good jellyfish!" Captain Crook ordered.

"Tentacruel!" All three Tentacruel's fires poisonous needles towards the pod of transport Pokémon.

"Lappp!" The leader of the Lapras Pod launched a Water Gun attack, taking down the Poison Sting attacks.

The Lapras Pod swam to get away from them.

"Don't let them get away!" Captain Crook shouted.

"Aye Aye sir!" Scuz saluted.

BANG! BANG! BANG! The three cannons went off again.

Three Pokéballs came out of the cannons and landed in front of the Lapras Pod and releasing three more Tentacruel's.

"Lappp!" The Lapras Pod was worried and swam in another direction.

With ash, Alain and Volkner, they are now on the ocean water to find the pod of Lapras'.

BANG! BANG BANG!

"Lap!" Lapras was startled from the sudden sound.

"What was that?" ash gasped.

Volkner looked through the binoculars and saw a ship, "Bad news. The pirates found the Lapras Pod and is attacking them not only with cannons but with a school of Tentacruel as well." He explained.

"Lapras full speed ahead!" ash ordered.

"Lappp!" Lapras swam as fast as he could, towards the pirates ship.

"Gyarados!" Alain called out his shiny atrocious Pokémon.

"Grr!" Shiny Gyarados appeared.

"Greninja, Blastoise, Thalassa, Alizeh and Chrystal!" ash called out the ninja, shellfish, atrocious, feather breeze and crystal snake Pokémon.

"Greninja."

"Blast Blastoise."

"Grr!"

"Brezeon~"

"Roar!"

"Gyarados, Greninja, Blastoise, Thalassa and Chrystal, we need you to help those Lapras that the Tentacruel's are attacking them." ash said, "And Alizeh, I need you to fly to the Tarroco Island and give Officer Jenny this note."

"Here." Volkner handed Alizeh a piece of paper.

"Brezeon~" Alizeh took the note in her mouth and flew off towards the island.

"Go." Alain said.

All Water-type Pokémon nodded and drove into the ocean towards the Tentacruel's.

Back with the Lapras Pod they are surround by a school of Tentacruels.

"Tentacruel Tentacruel!" All seventeen Tentacruel surrounded the Lapras Pod.

"Lappp!" The Lapras were all crying out with sad expression on their faces.

"Wahahahaha! Now we got them surrounded." Captain Crook laughs. "Now Poison Sting!"

"Tentacruel! Tentacruel!" All jellyfish Pokémon, were all prepare to launched their poisonous needles.

BURST! BURST!

"Grrr!" Two Gyarados appeared in front of the Lapras.

"Lappp!" The Lapras' gasped, seeing two atrocious Pokémon in front of them.

"What's this!" Captain Crook exclaimed.

BURST!

"Greninja!" The ninja Pokémon appeared on the ship.

"Wha-!" Both Captain and crew mate gasped at the unknown Pokémon in front of them.

BURST! BURST!

"Blastoise!" The shellfish Pokémon appeared behind the Lapras Pod, facing the jellyfish Pokémon.

"Roar!" Chrystal appeared, on the other side of the Lapras Pod, also facing the jellyfish Pokémon.

Everyone including the Pokémon were all shocked to see an Onix made out crystals.

"Captain! Are you seeing what I'm seeing?! It's a real live Crystal Onix!" Scuz shouted out.

Captain Crook than got another idea and he smile with a glee, "Excellent, we'll also capture that Crystal Onix and we'll be even more rich than before! Ahahahaha!" He declared. "Attack them all!"

Greninja eyes narrowed at the Captain.

"Ten!?" The Tentacruel's we're hesitating to attack the Pokémon's before they sense that they are all much stronger then them all.

"ATTACK THEM NOW!" Captain Crook ordered them, angrily.

"Tentacruel!" All Tentacruel's launched a Poison Sting attack.

Blastoise and Chrystal brought up a Protect attack all around the Lapras Pod, protecting them from the poisonous needles.

"Grrr!" Shiny Gyarados fires a three Dragon Pulse onto each jellyfish Pokémon, knocking three out.

3/17 The amount of Tentacruel are left.

"Grr!" Thalassa tailed glowed greenish colour and slammed it down onto two Tentacruels, knocking them out.

"Gren Greninja!" Greninja tossed three Ice Shuriken attack towards the Three Tentacruels and he took out three.

"Blastoiseeee!" Blastoise use Hydro Pump and sent two Tentacruel into the air.

"Piiikaacchhuuuuuu!" Light appeared and fired a Thunderbolt attack, knocking the jellyfish Pokémon out.

The shellfish Pokémon did the same thing to the other two.

"Raiiichuuuuu!" Raichu appeared and fired a Thunderbolt attack as well, knocking the Tentacruel out.

Both electric mouse landed on the back of the shellfish Pokémon.

ash, dropped of Alain and Volkner beside the ship, before she continued to stay with Lapras to help the others out.

Alain and Volkner climbed onto the ship's deck and saw the ship, they raised an questioning eyebrow.

"There are only two of them on this ship." Volkner said.

"Surprising enough, I though they'll more." Alain said.

"Let's just knock them out."

"I agree."

"Lapras, Ice Beam!" ash commanded.

"Lapppp!" Lapras fires a icy beam towards the two Tentacruel about to attack the Lapras Pod, freezing them.

"Lapppp." The Lapras Pod saw the young Lapras with the human and they were surprise, not all humans are bad.

"Roar!" Chrystal slammed an Iron Tail, deflecting the Poison Sting attack away from the Lapras Pod and he launched a blueish white flames from his mouth, hitting one of the Tentacruel.

Meanwhile with Team Rocket, they were watching what is happening on the ocean water.

"Shall we attack now Jessie?" James asked.

"No, not yet. We'll wait till the fight is finished and then we'll take over and catch all those Lapras' in one go." Jessie responses.

"Roger that." Meowth said.

Unfortunately for Team Rocket, that plan is not going to happen.

While they were waiting and watching from the right moment, one of Captain Crook's Tentacruel saw a Magikarp submarine.

"Tentacruel!" The jellyfish Pokémon attack the submarine with a Water Pulse attack.

...

Team Rocket saw the attack heading their way, they couldn't avoid it because it was too late.

"Uh oh..." James paled.

"Oh no..." Jessie said, sweating.

"Meouch..." Meowth groaned.

BOOM! And poor Team Rocket was blasted off in the submarine.

Captain Crook was annoyed, "Noooooo!! Attack them! Attack the girl with them!" He shouted out.

Alain and Volkner knew who the Captain was speaking off and immediately ran towards them.

Scuz turned around and gasped, "Wha-!" He was knocked out.

"Hey! Don-!" Captain Crook was knocked out as well.

Alain and Volkner had knocked them both out.

"We really don't appreciate anyone going after our girlfriend." Alain said.

"I'll look for a rope to tie them up." Volkner said, he looked around and spotted a rope.

Alain grabbed the Captain by the leg and dragged him towards the pole and he grabbed the crew mate, dragging him also towards the pole.

Volkner walked back towards the two pirates, with the rope in his hands and tied them together and tightly making sure that when they wake up they won't be able to escape.

"Three more left." ash said, "Get ready Lapras."

"Lapp!" Lapras nodded.

"Tentacruel!" The three reminding Tentacruel were about to attack when they were all the sudden frozen.

"Ice Beam." ash gasped, surprised.

"Lapppp!" The wild Lapras Pod appeared, surrounding the young Lapras.

"Lapp!" Lapras smiled.

"They trust us now." ash said, happily.

The Lapras Pod swam up to ash's Lapras and thanked them all for saving them.

"Lapp..." Cyan and Navy Colour Lapras' swam up to ash's Lapras and they all nuzzled each other. "Lapp."

"Lapp! Lapp! (Mother! Father!)" ash's Lapras said.

"So you two are the parents of Lapras." ash said, she figures much seeing them cry when Lapras was separated from the pod again.

"Lapp!" Cyan and Navy Lapras nodded.

"Brezeon!" Alizeh appeared on the scene.

"ash!" Alain called out.

"Officer Jenny is here!" Volkner called out.

"That's great!" ash smiled.

"Lappppp!" Lapras called out, happily.

And Officer Jenny and her men's had arrived at the scene on a ship as well and arrested Captain Crook and his crew, Scuz.

Mairin and Takato were also on the ship, ashand Alain and return back all their Pokémon's back to their Pokéball, thanking them for protecting the Lapras Pod.

"I really can't thank you all enough for helping me catch Captain Crook. I've been after him a long time and he always manages to escape." Officer Jenny said.

"It was our pleasure, at least now they won't be able to poach any more Water-type Pokémon's." ash said.

Alain released all Captain Crook's Tentacruel as wild Pokémon, "Your all free from begin the Captain's Pokémon now, go and do whatever you all want." He said.

"Also be careful and not let any evil people capturing you or you'll be stuck do bad things again." Volkner warned.

"Tentacruel!" All the Tentacruel's nodded and took the warning seriously.

The Tentacruel's jumped into the ocean and swam away happily, to live a new life.

"I guess this is it." ash said, trying not to cry. "My promise to you since the beginning of your capture, it fulfilled and now it's time for you to return back to your family."

"Lappp..." Lapras knew that and was trying not to cry himself.

"Thanks Lapras." ash hugged her transport Pokémon head, one last time, "For everything and I hope that you and your parents will be together forever." She said.

Mairin has tears in her eyes, "I-I... I hate goodbyes to long time friends." Knowing that they won't be seeing Lapras for a long time.

Takato was trying not to cry himself.

"Pikachu." Light smiled, sadly at her friend.

ash began to have flashback memories of their times with Lapras, when she caught him, travelling through the Orange Islands, battling with him and teaching him some new attacks and last having fun together.

"Lapp!" Lapras nodded, sadly and jumped, holding onto the ship side.

ash jumped off Lapras and turned around immediately.

Lapras landed back on the ocean water and swam towards his parents.

Alain nodded towards Volkner, the Sunyshore Gym Leader went up to ash and hugged his girlfriend from behind, calming her down.

ash nodded, "Thanks." She croaked out and took a deep breath and was about to shout out.

"Hmm?" Volkner blinked.

ash saw Lapras and his parents coming towards them, "Huh? What's wrong?" She asked the family.

"We would like you to capture my mate and I." The Navy Lapras spoke in telepathy.

Everyone who was there was shocked and flabbergasted.

"Huh! You can talk?! Well telepathically." Takato added.

Cyan Lapras giggled, "Of course. Lapras' can develop Psychic attacks and telepathy is one of them, but we don't use it due to human trying to capture us." She explained.

"Makes sense." Alain said. "Lapras' are very intelligent Pokémon that can understand human speeches."

"But wait who do you mean you want me to capture you both and are you sure?" ash asked.

[ This is a made up story.]

"Our son doesn't want to be separated from you and we can see that the bond you two form is strong." The Navy Lapras explained, "Originally I was the leader of the Pod, but when we lost our son during the storm months ago and couldn't find him I became depressed and weak so I had another Lapras take over as the leader."

"Eventually we were about to leave to search for our son but with my mate depression it was a risk we couldn't take." The Cyan Lapras continued. "So we found out son, thanks to you for taking care of him and we decide to give up living with the pod and allow you to capture us both to be with our son."

"Wow." Mairin awed.

"Lappp!" Lapras nodded, happily to stay with his friend and parents altogether.

ash turned to Officer Jenny who was listening, "Is it okay for me to capture the Lapras'?" She asked the officer permission, since they are in a No Capturing Zone.

"You have my permission to capture the Lapras', since they trust you so much." Officer Jenny have permission to ash.

"LAPPPP!" Lapras Pod called out towards the three Lapras, saying goodbye!

The Lapras' called back out towards the pod.

ash returned back her Lapras and captures the two parents of Lapras' and sent all three of them to the Professor Oak's lab.

"Professor Oak is going to be in for a surprise." Volkner commented.

ash giggled, "He sure is."

All was well in the end, the evil Captain Crook and his crew mate Scuz are going to jail, the Lapras Pod were free from being attacked by poachers and ash has gain two more Lapras'. It was now time to head back to the Pallet Town, as the journey in the Orange Islands were all over.
