I headed upstairs and looked into my bag to pull out my off the shoulder beige sweater dress, with my nude heels.

Keenan pulled out a pair of khakis slacks , a white button up and a pair of brown dress shoes , with a brown belt.

"Alright we ready?" Lani asked. "Yup" we all said. I grabbed the keys and we headed outside and got into Yasmine's white Range Rover.

"Lani send me the address to the place" I told her. She sent me the address. I checked the time. It was 5:00. I checked the address and the place was thirty minutes away.

I put on an R&B playlist on our way to the viewing. Majority of the car ride was pretty silent. I guess everyone had a lot on their minds.

15 minutes later , the traffic finally started moving again. It was now 6:30.

I drove a little more faster to the funeral home. When we got there the parking lot was completely full. So I had to drive around 2/3 times to finally find a spot.

Once I parked the car. We all got out , checked ourselves and headed into the funeral home.

It was a little chatter going on but nothing too heavy. As soon as we walked in , we caught some people off guard , which makes sense since they've never seen us before.

We walked around looking for Anthony and there he was at the casket by himself.

We saw him just looking at her rest. We slowly approached him, "hey Anthony" Lani said. He picked his head up and turned around.

He looked at all of us and then smiled with tears brimming from his eyes.

He brought us all into hugs. Wiping his tears "I had no idea" he said "that was the point" Kendall smiled. "Wow this makes me so happy, wassup bro" Anthony said while dapping up Keenan. He then gave Cassie a hug , Kendall a hug, Lani a long hug and then he stopped and looked at me "Ti" he said and opened his arms. "Hi Ant" I said while wrapping my arms around his torso.

"This makes me so happy, we have to chill afterwards. I want you guys to meet my family" he told us "of course. We are here for you, and we'll be at the funeral tomorrow also. Our flight doesn't leave till like 1am tomorrow anyways" Cassie told him.

"That's great" he then turned around and looked back down at the casket. "This is my mom. She was my best friend. My world. My everything.. I wish you guys had the opportunity to meet her, she would've loved y'all" he told us.

"Yeah she's gorgeous. She looks so peaceful" I said. "She was sick for so long , but she was such a fighter. She refused to give up. But she knew her time was coming. Which is why she wanted all of us back home to say goodbye" he explained to us.

"Were you able to say your proper goodbye?" Keenan asked "yes. She didn't wanna die in the hospital, so we took her home to Puerto Rico, she was able to say goodbye to everyone. Even my dad. He was such an emotional mess. Even though they weren't together anymore. They were still the love of each other's lives. So she spent her last few days with him. And she finally passed , surrounded by the ones she loved. We brought her back to Atlanta because this is where she grew up. It was hard getting her here , but my father is in the military so he made a few phone calls" Anthony explained all of that to us.

I teared up while listening to him speak. We actually all did. "That's so beautiful , it makes sense now as to why you weren't talking that much in the chat. I'm just glad you're staying so strong" Lani said.
