Chapter 133
Trapped in Love
Chapter 135 We Should Go
Caroline felt utterly ashamed.
Being occupied with work for the past five years, she hadnât paid much attention to her children.
As a result, she didnât even know they had social network accounts.
Rubbing her nose, Caroline asked, âKenny, are you friends with Ty?â
âYes,â Kenny replied, pulling out his phone and showing Tylerâs chat history before handing it to
Caroline.
Caroline sent a message: [Where are you, Ty? Reply âMommyâ if you see this!]
After sending the message, Caroline grabbed her car keys.
She looked at Lily, who seemed guilty and anxious, and said reassuringly, âIâm going to the police
station, Ms. Smith. Donât worry.â
Lilyâs eyes were red with tears. âItâs my fault for not watching the two children, Carol.â
âItâs not your fault, Ms. Smith,â Caroline said. âThe children have minds of their own. Iâll just check
on their location.â
Turning to Kenny, she added, âStay with Ms. Smith, Kenny.â
Kenny replied, âYou go. Iâll be here.â
At Villa Rosa.
Four people were standing in Axelâs room.
Evan and the two children exchanged glances before he asked Axel, âDid you invite them over?â
Axel nodded silently, pursing his lips.
As Evan observed Tyler, he couldnât shake the feeling that Tyler might be his son.
He had asked Paige about it in the past, and she had told him that Caroline was pregnant with his
triplets.
But there was a problem. If Carolyn or Caroline were their mother, where was the third child? Why
hadnât he seen them yet?
Evan scrutinized Tyler, realizing that getting information from him wouldnât be easy.
Turning to Liora, Evan asked gently, âWho is your mother?â
Fear filled Lioraâs eyes as she shook her head and replied, âI donât know.â
Evanâs expression turned solemn. âYou donât even know who your mother is?â

This angered Liora a bit. âWhy is he asking about Mommy? Weâre here to play with Axel!â
Despite her irritation, she was scared of Evanâs serious demeanor, so she puffed up her cheeks and
said, âWe donât tell strangers our mommyâs name!â
Evan lowered himself to her level and spoke firmly. âI wonât let you go home unless you tell me. If
you do, Iâll give you a ride home and cotton candy.â
Liora retorted disdainfully, âMy brother can get me boxes of chocolate. Your cotton candy is
worthless.â
Tyler had been worried that Liora might reveal the truth out of fear. He found her remark amusing
and realized that he had spoiled her.
Evanâs mouth twitched. âShe canât even be bribed with food?â he thought.
Meanwhile, Tyler stood up and politely asked, âSir, may I use your restroom?â
âSir? Do I look that old?â Evan wondered.
Evan coldly replied, âGo ahead.â
Tyler left the room, his gaze fixed on the other two rooms. He had a purpose today and wanted to
seize an opportunity.
Tylerâs eyes lit up as he opened the door to the first room, which was gloomy and dark. He
believed it belonged to the scumbag.
He stepped into the bathroom and discreetly took Evanâs toothbrush, putting it into his bag.
After finishing, he returned to Axelâs room and called out to Liora, who was still bickering with
Evan, âWe should go, Liora.â
