Jordan would like to invite you to go to a place with him.”

Caroline looked at the handsome but aloof man in the back seat before she refused.

“No, the kids will be out of the kindergarten soon. I need to pick them up.”

Evan looked up. “I asked someone else to do that. Just get into the car and go with me.”

Caroline frowned and asked, “Where are you taking me to?”

“I’m taking you to see Lily,” Evan answered directly.

you.

Evan said, “Go on if you think you can still see Lily at Angelbay Hospital.”

“Did you transfer her to another hospital without my permission? Caroline hurriedly asked.

you tell me about the doctors working here?”

Evan gave her a quick glance but didn’t explain. He simply headed toward the hospital entrance.

Reuben offered an explanation, “Ms. Shenton, Mr. Jordan established this hospital, but he didn’t

make it public.

“He carefully selected all the doctors, recruiting the best ones from around the world. You can

trust their medical expertise.”

Caroline was taken aback. “He wasn’t involved in this industry before, right?”

Reuben replied gloomily, “After hearing about your passing, he decided to build a hospital

because he felt that all doctors in Angelbay City were useless.”
