“Sure,” Caroline agreed with a happy smile.

After chatting with the three children, Caroline stood up and left the hospital.

Someone suddenly collided with her as she approached the exit and was about to hail a cab.

Caroline chuckled warmly. “If you’re comfortable with it, you can come home with me. We need to

tend to your leg injuries to prevent infection.”

Jamie was stunned before she nodded repeatedly. “Okay, take me with you. Let’s go!”
