After dinner, Paige headed to Bayview Villa

Caroline was about to head out for a stroll with the children when she saw Paige driving into the

yard.

“Godmother is here!” Liora ran over to Paige’s car and raised her hands in joy when Paige opened the

During the walk, Paige chatted briefly with the children before she told Caroline, “Carol, will you

please help to reach out to Ms. Salvatore?”

Caroline was stunned. “Are you seeking my mentor’s help in designing clothes?”

Paige said, “Yes. Pug would like to get me custom–made clothing. Heh.”

Caroline smiled. “Is it for the engagement or the wedding?”

Paige blushed. “I don’t know about that, but Pug’s intention is pretty good.

“Sure! I’ll make the call for you now.” Caroline took the task with delight.

Joan had told Caroline not to bother her on usual days and to send a text message if she needed

something.

Joan called back a few minutes after the text message was sent.

Joan asked smilingly, “How can I help you, G? Keep it short because I’m on a date in Spania.”

Caroline knew that her mentor was fooling around with men again.

visit there yet.”

Joan laughed. “See you at the end of the month, my dear. Tell G that I’m going back to my date.”

Paige looked at Caroline, who nodded in turn. Thus, she said, “Sure, bye!”

After hanging up. Paige appeared emotional. “Rumor says that Joan is not easygoing and that it’s hard

to commission her. The people have no idea how nice Ms. Salvator is!”

Caroline kept her phone and teased Paige. “Isn’t that because of me?‘

gown designed by her mentor.

Alex promptly forwarded the number to Evan

Evan was surprised to get the text because he didn’t think the women knew Joan that well.

Alex then texted Joan with his thoughts on Paige’s clothing design He believed he had to do his

part correctly to avoid trouble.
