Caroline wept as Axel recalled the pain of his bone marrow extraction and treatment.

Tyler and Liora also shed tears as they witnessed the emotional scene.

Liora wanted to join the hug, but Tyler stopped her. She said through her tears, “Don’t stop me from

“Don’t touch Axel with your dirty hands,” Tyler reminded Liora after drying his own tears.

Liora retorted, “My hands are perfectly clean!”

Tyler looked at her skeptically, “I doubt it.”

While Axel continued to cry, Liora and Tyler bickered with each other.

Evan reflected on the distinct personalities of his triplets.

Upon learning of Axel’s release from protective isolation, Alex and Paige rushed to the hospital.

Paige cried tears of joy when she saw Axel in bed. “You’re amazing, Axel! You beat the illness!”

Axel wasn’t used to Paige’s enthusiasm, but he greeted her with a smile. “Hello, Godmother.”

Paige pulled Alex over and handed Axel some gifts, “I brought you lots of delicious food and toys. You

must work hard to regain your strength!”

Caroline teased, “Are you treating Alex like a delivery service?”

“I’m more than happy to do it! Palge is my boss, and I’ll do whatever she says!” Alex replied excitedly,

Alex scratched his head and grinned. “What can I say? I have a strict wife…”

“Who are you calling a strict wife? Paige glared at Alex.

Alex cowered and said, “Sorry, I don’t have the guts to complain about you. Please don’t be mad at me,

Paige. Stress isn’t good for the baby.”

“Baby?” Evan looked at Paige, puzzled. ‘Are you pregnant?”

Paige nodded. ‘Yes. I found out yesterday during a check–up with Carol.”

Evan said casually, “I’ll grant you paid leave after Mardi Gras.”

Paige protested, “No need, Mr. Jordan. I can still work. I don’t want my job to be affected by something.
