Eevonne’s younger cousin sneered. “You’re still going to put on an act here? You’re truly quite bold.

You’re about to be doomed, but you’re still so calm.”

“Of course!” Kingston replied.

The police officer interjected. “What exactly is going on?”

“Listen to me, officer, this man is a laborer who is from another place. He has a wife and a child, but he

still fooled around with my cousin. Both of them owed the bank money. This man had been here once a

few days ago in an attempt to take my cousin away. He did not succeed a few days ago, so he

forcefully barged into our house today. All the villagers in the entire village could not stop him. Just ten

minutes ago, before all of you were here, this man kept pounding and smashing the gate. Officer, tell

me, should he be detained or not? You have to conduct a thorough check on him. This man seems like

he is a contractor. He seems like the kind of man who doesn’t care about his family and only cares

Both her other two cousins, who were behind her, praised her by nodding their heads. One of her

cousins even directly put his thumbs up to praise his younger cousin.” You’re amazing! If this is the

case, I’ll see if this man is still able to get away today!”

Even the neighbors and onlookers outside the gate nodded their heads and praised her, let alone her

cousin.

“This younger cousin of Eevonne’s, who was her maternal aunt’s daughter, indeed is quite capable.

When they were discussing and whispering outside the gate, the people inside were verifying the

“Is what this lady said true? Are you a contractor on the run who had built poor-quality constructions?

Have you committed the crime of bigamy?” The police officer looked at Kingston with a sharp gaze.

Kingston smiled very calmly, and then he unhurriedly took out his identity document and handed it to

the police. “This is my ID. As for whether I’m married or not, since our country has great network

service, you certainly can find the answer online. You can take a picture now and let your colleagues

look into it. I’ll just wait here.”

The police had to deal with the matter according to the standard procedure , so one of them
