Tessa never expected that Zayn would bring her to the Ford Group’s director’s house. It

was unexpected she would have such an honor. However, what was even more

unexpected for Tessa was that the little queen of the Ford Group would not like her.

Tessa smiled awkwardly. “Hello, little princess. My name is Tessa Caven. I am your uncle’s

girlfriend.”

Aino rolled her eyes. “Come in then!”

Zayn felt very awkward at first, then he could not help but scold Aino. “Aino, don’t be rude!”

Aino nodded obediently. “I know!”

After that, she forced a smile at Tessa. “Hello, Miss Tessa.”

Tessa forced a laugh. She followed Zayn into the hallway. This was a large apartment. The

living was shockingly large, and it made Tessa feel dazzled, she could not help but feel a

little intimidated. However, upon entering the living room, Tessa felt relieved when she saw

the two people were sitting in there.

Tessa took the initiative and greeted them gracefully. “Hi, nice to meet you.”

Zayn also saw both Nigel and also Minerva. Nigel immediately stood up. “Zayn! You came!”

Zayn smiled gently. “Nigel, it’s been a long time since I’ve met you. It’s been a few months,

right? What have you been up to?”

Nigel felt emotional. “Zayn, I never expected that you would still call me Nigel. I thought

you were not willing to be friends with me anymore. Even when I wanted to know what

you’ve been up to, I had to hear it from Sebastian. I never expected that I could even bump

into you here at Sebastian’s place today.”

Nigel usually did not have much opportunity to come to Sabrina and Sebastian’s place. It

was mainly because it would be awkward for him to see Sabrina. Actually, there had long

been nothing between him and Sabrina anymore, not to mention that Sabrina became his

lifesaver. He was extremely grateful for her. However, Nigel simply just did not come often.

It was the weekend and because Aino had suddenly wanted to play with Minerva, she had

asked her father to call Nigel. Aino liked playing with Minerva the most. Also, she was very

obedient to Minerva. Aino was playing a little game with Minerva when she went to open

the door for Zayn.

As they approached, Minerva greeted them politely. “Hello...you’re very pretty.”

Minerva would say this to every girl she met, and in all honesty, the average girls were all

prettier than Minerva.

“What’s that nonsense? You’re the prettiest, Miss Minerva, she is not as pretty as you!”

Aino immediately corrected her. Both Minerva and Tessa were speechless, the remark

made them feel awkward. In fact, anybody with eyes could tell that Tessa was prettier than

Minerva. However, it was fortunate that Tessa was graceful. She did not mind at all, and

she just smiled. “Mm-hmm, she is very pretty.”

In a blink of an eye, the three girls then got along. Aino just kept calling for Miss Minerva

for one moment, and then Miss Tessa the next.
