I recommend people to read the manhwa instead of reading the novel. I feel that without the facial expression of the MC in the manhwa, the story would be 99% less funny. I've been reading this mahnwa since few days it's hilarious i was laughing so hard . Thats why i've been looking for this novel, but i agree without His Expressions which are really awesome, it's just OK. To be honest, I haven't read the novel at all. And I usually wouldn't comment on something I haven't read. But... the freaking manwha is like One—Nope... The Best manwha I ever read.I dunno about the novel, but I can say that the manwha is something that one shouldn't miss for its art.I never laughed so much reading a fantasy story, and this is probably the most adorable Evil MC that I know of.Honestly, it is truly a regrettable Miss-Out-At-Your-Certain-Loss type of manwha, and very well mix of scifi and fantasy.Almost everything in this manwha is on-point: 1) Humor: Funniest reading ever. The Humor is simply A-MA-Zing. The self-depreciation that the MC has for himself, the funny characters and side-characters. Just one word: AWESOME.2) Moder+Ancient: A most excellent mix of techno in a fantasy story.3) The Art: The Face of the MC... The Sad Face, the Evil Face... omFg... Simply hilarious!4) Tragedy: It's amazing how this manwha can sometimes turn Tragic and soon become Comedic, and all that, without giving the readers the impression of something wrong.5) The System: The System is remarkable as it is, without any kind of scringiness. 6) The Story: The plotting is PERFECT. Neither too short nor too long. The way the author/artist chose their scenes and the timings... Simply Masters.7) Characterization: The MC is simply too... Formidable! The most praise-worthy of this manwha, is that they took the overused MC pattern: MC starts as a trash poor noble... but total evolve it perfectly in the funniest Good-Evil MC that I've ever read. All other characters are very distinct, and the whole thing is simply masterfully done.If I really, truly want to find some tiny little minuscule thing to nitpick, is that the lack of female characters and the overly-muscular side-characters might give the manwha a slightly gayish feel... But don't get me wrong, the whole thing is not overly done, and is rather stylishly presented.Overall: It is an absolutely Must-Read Manwha. The Best manwha I ever read. The damn whole thing is simply a Mas-Ter-Piece.
