Chapter 110
Mistaken Marriage, Unexpected Love
Debora was overjoyed. She might have screamed in delight if Isaac was not next to her. But despite trying her best to stay calm,
joy and excitement were evident on her face.
âAre you going to marry me for the sake of our baby?â she happily asked.
âNo, | won't,â Isaac replied without a second thought.
The smile on Deboraâs face froze.
âWhat... what do you mean?â
âIt's very simple. | just want the baby,â Isaac briefly explained with his last bit of patience.
Debora could not stay calm anymore. A sinking feeling emerged in the pit of her stomach as it dawned on her where they were
going.
âW-where are you taking me?â she stammered.
âTo the hospital,â Willie replied on Isaacâs behalf. He looked at Debora from the rearview mirror and continued, âYou can give
birth to the baby, but the mother doesnât necessarily have to be you.â
Just a while ago she was anxious and on edge. But now, she was terrified out of her wits. âW-why are we going to the hospital?â
she asked in horror.
âYou will be examined there,â Willie explained.
Deboraâs face went white as a sheet. She thought that the paternity test was enough to make Isaac believe that she was carrying
his child and make him divorce Camila.
And once he and Debora got married, she would find an opportunity to make it seem Like she had miscarried.
Becoming Isaacâs wife was the trickiest part. Getting pregnant with his child, not so much. After all, they would be a married
couple by that time.
But what the hell should Debora do now?
She was not pregnant at all!
âIsaacââ
âStop calling me by my name.â Isaac interrupted her coldly, and he caught the Look of panic flash across her face. The only
person he had slept with was her. So if anyone was pregnant with his child, it would only be her.
Logically speaking, he had no reason to doubt it. However, his intuition told him that something was not right.
He could not bring himself to believe that Debora was pregnant with his child.
He needed to find a doctor he trusted and watch him examine Debora with his own eyes. Only then would he believe her.
And judging from the Look on Deboraâs face, something was fishy.
She was so anxious she could not meet his gaze. Nevertheless, she tried her best to stay calm and composed. âI-I canât go to
the hospital today. | have to go back to work.â
âI'm afraid thatâs not up to you.â Isaac leaned back and crossed his legs leisurely.
âWhy do you keep backing out? Youâre making me think that youâre not telling the truth.â
