Chapter 387
Mistaken Marriage, Unexpected Love
Camila?
Seeing the look on Isaacâs face, Camila stretched out her head to see who it was. âWho is it?â
Despite the cold look he got from Isaac, the courier stepped forward for Camila to see him.
âI'm looking for Miss Haynes. Please sign here for this bouquet of flowers.â
âWho are they from?â Camila asked curiously.
âA Mr. Williams?â the courier replied.
Camila glanced at Isaac. She could only see one side of his face, but she could tell that he wasnât happy.
He must have guessed that it was a gift from Jaylen.
She knew that Isaac would only get angrier, but she still asked the courier to bring it in.
The man squeezed in from Isaac's side to give the bouquet of ninety-nine red roses to Camila. âSign here please.â
Camila nodded and took the pen and paper to sign.
As soon as she gave it back to him, the courier fled out of the room like a lightning bolt. This had to be his most unpleasant
delivery yet.
After a small moment of silence, Isaac tilted his head slightly and asked, âDo you like it?â
Camila opened the card, read it and then looked up at him indifferently.
âAny woman would like it
Isaac hissed and grabbed the card from her hand roughly.
He read the content of the card out loud with a sneer, âI want your heart. My heart is not that big for two people. It only wants
you. Mila, divorce Isaac as soon as possible and marry me. Miss you, love you. Yours, Jaylen.â
His words were rather clear. There was no misunderstanding there.
The veins at Isaacâs temple began to throb. His eyes were very red at this point. He clenched and unclenched his fists in an effort
to suppress his anger and asked, âSo, youâre ready to divorce me to wed Jaylen?â
Actually, Camila hadn't read the card.
But Isaacâs reaction was enough for her to understand that it was nothing good.
When she agreed to Jaylenâs suggestion earlier, she knew that it would provoke Isaac.
That was what she wanted after all, to irritate him and make him tire of her.
âYes,â she answered simply.
Jaw clenched, Isaac tore the card into pieces. When he looked at Camila and her injured leg though, his murderous look
softened.
