Chapter 389
Mistaken Marriage, Unexpected Love
Soon enough, they were well packed and ready to leave. Willie pushed a wheelchair over for Camila.
With the help of Glenda, she sat on it without too much trouble.
Not surprisingly, Willie had come with his men because he was scared that Camila would run away.
Seeing them, Glenda realized that something had gone wrong again. She looked at Camila and asked in a low voice, âMrs.
Johnston, did you make your husband angry again?â
Camila didnât say anything, but her silence was an answer in itself.
âWhy?â Glenda sighed. She couldnât understand why Camila wasnât getting along with Isaac right now.
As long as she wanted, she would be Mrs. Johnston.
The enviable wife of the young master of the Johnston family.
So why did she keep challenging Isaac?
No matter how much Glenda thought it through, she just couldnât understand.
She really hated to see Camila acting this way.
âWell... Because. Camila trailed off as Willie threw the bouquet of red roses to the floor and stepped on it until it was ruined. He
looked at Camila and said awkwardly, âI was just following orders.â
Camilaâs face remained indifferent.
It wasnât as though she really liked roses. So it was fine.
âFine.â She nodded at him.
Glenda raised an eyebrow and asked, âWas it from the man who came to see you earlier?â
âYes,â replied Camila.
Glenda shook her head in disappointment. âYou more than anyone else know Mr. Johnstonâs temper. Why would you accept
flowers from another man?â
â| want a divorce.â Her answer was so plain and straightforward. Glenda was speechless.
Willie too was taken by surprise.
âUngrateful!â He almost snapped out loud. Yes, he found Camilaâs attitude to be ungrateful.
Camila knew how they felt, but she brushed it off with a smile and stayed quiet.
As Willie pushed her out of the hospital, they met with Trudy and Marvin who were walking into the hospital arm in arm.
Marvin didnât Look too well.
When Marvin's eyes fell on Camila, he rushed over as though he had been dying to see her.
