Camila took it with a curt nod. It was only a card, but it suddenly felt so heavy.

Isaac said he liked her, but she thought he was just playing with her. This however, changed things. He wouldn't give her so

She glanced again at Glenda and said, “Let’s go.”

In the car, she gave the address to the driver. Finally, they pulled up at the surgeon’s house.

Luckily, the surgeon was at home, so their trip wasn’t a wasted one. The man looked at Camila and went straight to the point.

The man was in his fifties. He had grey hair, but he Looked very energetic.

“Actually, my father has brain cancer. | came to ask if you could be his attending doctor.”
