Isaac did not move to get it.
Camila blinked before Looking up and asking, âAre you going to eat my food?â
Before Isaac could even respond, she flatly refused, saying, âMy saliva is already mixed in it.â
âI donât mind,â Isaac said.
Camila stared at him in surprise.
Her mouth nearly dropped open
Was this the Isaac she knew?
When did he lose his sense of decency?
Camila tightened her hold on the bowl as if she were afraid Isaac would take it from her.
She had already eaten on it. It would be embarrassing to give it to him.
They did not know each other well enough to use the same bowl.
ANGELA'âsLIBRARY
âAre you blushing?â Isaac inquired with a chuckle.
It was endearing how Camila got shy easily
She was so innocent.
Camila brought a hand to her face.
âWho the hell is blushing? Iâm not, okay?â
Instead of arguing with her, he said in an adoring tone, âIf you say so.â
Camila felt her heart skip a beat, and she averted her gaze, not wanting to meet Isaacâs eyes
She could not understand why she was so nervous
There was something ambiguous about the way Isaac talked.
Isaac stopped teasing her and helped himself to the food on the table. He was not lying when he said he had not eaten yet since
he was saving room for lunch with Camila.
As expected, she still hated him.
âThe doctor said you can go home now. I'll have someone handle the discharge paperwork for you later,â Isaac stated.
âCan | not go home?â Camila asked cautiously.
