JADE

For the past week, all I did was do the necessary research to be able to carry out my revenge against Tubel and Logan but most especially Tabel

In the course of my research. I heard of a man named Tim who had an interest in fcabel but ended up not having her.

I decided to meet up with him to see if I could get something useful from him. For the past thirty minutes. I’ve been waiting for him.

“Who the hell does he think he is for him to make me wait this long? I’ve been disrespected. A lot of people keep disrespecting me and it doesn’t make me happy at all.” I uttered through my teeth.

“It’s fine Jade. Five more minutes and if he doesn’t come then you’d leave,” I said to myself while glancing at my wristwatch to start counting in advance.

Hopefully, he comes and when he does, he better have some useful information for me, or else he wouldn’t like what it is that I’d do to him I’d make sure to eat off his car because I do not appreciate being disrespected and having to wait for someone a useless as he is.

I looked towards the direction of the door and saw a tall young man looking around. Could he be Tim? I thought to myself before deciding to wave my hand to see if he was indeed looking for me or if he came for someone else.

He noticed my arms and began to walk towards me. The minute he stood in front of the table I sat, he sighed deeply. “Jade night?”

“Yes. Jade is the name. I’m guessing you must be Tim. I replied, trying not to speak rudely to him because he had yet to apologize for making me wait instead of asking my name.

“Good.” He said before pulling back a seat to sit.

The audacity. No apologies for making someone as important aq me wait. He even had the effrontery to sit without asking me if he could. He does have no manners and he’s fit for someone as that wretched Isabel.

I tried not to go off on him because I was close to that but I reminded myself of my purpose and that was more important for me than having issues with him

“So I got a message from you that you want to speak to me concerning Isabel. That’s the reason I’m here. Why don’t we get into it so we can end this meeting fast?” He said.

I wanted to shout at him at that moment. How could he be so ignorant? I still kept my cool refusing to lose it over one man.

“Who is Isabel to you?” I asked.

“And why do you want to know that? Who is she to you?” He asked back.

He doesn’t seem to beat around the bush and that made me angry. I’d been boiling since he came but now he was making it worse my main purpose was more important to me so I didn’t bother to say anything.

“Alright. Since you don’t want us to go the easy way then I’d just say it as it is 1 cleared my throat, clasped my finger, adjusted my seat, and leaned close to him.

“I heard you had a thing or two with Isabel but now she’s no longer with you as it seems she has gotten back with her baby daddies. Well to cut a long story short, that baby daddy turned out to be my husband and while we were married, he was still with Isabel, got her pregnant, had babies with her in secret, and divorced me just so he could be with her.” I paused to take in

“I’m guessing Isabel used you too just to make my husband jealous and to have him back. And now that she got him back. she decided to leave you just like my husband left me for her leaving just me and you to suffer. Now, is that fair?”

1 scrutinized Tim as I spoke wanting to see how he’d react while spoke and after I spoke but to my surprise he didn’t react. He had a bland facial expression on his face all the while I spoke

He’s one of a kind human being and I must give that to him. What mattered wasn’t how he reacted anyway but his response because he was either for me or against me and if he was against me then I’d have to get rid of him as I wouldn’t want anyone knowing of my plan and sabotaging it.

“So what do you plan to do and why have you told me all of this He questioned,

“Are you seriously asking? Do you have no interest in dealing with the man who took your woman?” I asked and just after 1 spit out the words I realized how I had implicated myself.

“So you mean that you don’t mind us getting rid of your husband for me to have the girl? I’m confused. Am I twisting it? Or you don’t know what it is you are saying?” He questioned.

“No. That’s not what I meant. I’m saying we can help each other get the people we want by working together.” I rephrased.

“And how do you plan to do that?” He inquired.

“Do you want Isabel?” I asked.

I had to because I needed to know his thoughts on this so it didn’t end up that I had shot myself in the leg without knowing that I was working with the enemy.

I needed to be sure of his allegiance towards me. I needed to know he wouldn’t betray me and want me to work with me because I wouldn’t tolerate betrayal.

“You approached me for a reason so tell me.” He replied making me angry.

“Hey!” 1 slammed the table but not in a loud way. I had lost my cool because he decided to act st upid instead of replying to me like a man with sense.

“I called you here to talk and get to know your intentions not for you to come here and speak to me like a di ck!” I spat out.

“Also, you came late, you didn’t apologize and just sat down on the chair as if you owned it. I ignore all of th at and I ask you a question and instead of giving me a good reply, you decide to be stu pid.” I paused to catch my breath.

“I can tolerate everything but you see disrespect, I don’t. I thought I was going to help the both of us but it doesn’t seem like you care and that makes me a fool for trying. F uck you very much for wasting my like and I’d love to never come across you again I complete my statement.

I have had a lot of it and I’m done. I’d handle the whole deal myself. Even if he didn’t accept I’d still do the needful regardless and even if you accepted, I’d still make sure to get rid of Isabel because as long as she’s alive, Logan would never

be mine.

“Wait.” 1 heard Tim say just as I was about to leave.

“Can you please come back to sit so we can talk?”

I turned to look at him and J scoffed in disbelief. Is he asking for me to come back and sit? If he doesn’t know me then he’d know me today because I’m not one to be told what to do.

“Please. I’m pleading and I’m sorry for coming late and keeping you waiting. Now, will that do?” He remarked.

I nodded my head in response. He better be useful.

“Waited!” He called for the attention of the waiter. The waiter came to our table shortly and took our orders. Some minutes later, the waiter came back with our order and left.

I took a sip of my iced tea, I needed it because I was feeling hot.

“Why don’t we start the conversation all over again?” He curled his lips to the side.

“Alright. So why don’t you tell me about your relationship with Isabel and how it ended? I mean that would be a good start so we know how to go from there,” I suggested.

“Isabel used me.” He stated.

I furrowed my brows. “Used you? And you allowed her or you didn’t resize it until she was done using you?”

“I didn’t realize it until she was done using me. After using me for her purpose and getting what she wanted, she decided to let go of me and I’ve not been happy ever since.” He answered.

“That’s so much like her. Acts like a good person who is weak but is wicked and manipulative. I know her because she was once my maid and that’s how she got to steal Logan from me.” I ted but how would he know the truth? He won’t ever know the truth.
