LOGAN

The men took us to where they kept Isabel hostage and I hoped that she was there when we got there.

“She’s in there,” “That’s where we took her to.” The man pointed at the entrance of the building they brought Isabel to.

“You better pray she’s there or else you won’t like what you’d get next. Now lead the way.” I said to him and he began to lead the way.

Some men were standing at the entrance as guards. The moment they saw us, they looked at us warily.

“Boss.” The men said to the man who brought us here before giving him some respect.

“You are discharge of your duties.” He told them. They stared at him with questioning looks on their face but eventually did as he ordered.

He continued to lead us into the building. I was starting to be skeptical about this new place because it was empty and dark. but I decided not to and let him keep leading.

“Are you sure you brought us to the right place?” Raymond asked

“Yes. I’m sure. Just keep coming,” the man replied.

If this turns out to be a plan then I promise you that you will regret it because you don’t want to mess with us,” Raymond, warned.

“It’s not. The man replied, sounding a little annoyed.

“Alright then, if you say so,” Raymond replied.

The further we kept walking, the more curious I was and suddenly I began to hear voices. I focused my attention towards the direction of the voice and then I heard sounds and cries. The voices were familiar and at that moment, I knew that it was Isabel

“She’s here,” I said to Raymond as I picked up my pace wanting to find and see her.

The further I got, the louder I heard the voices.

“You don’t know what it is that I can do or perhaps you know but you suddenly want to think you are better? I have warned you not to forget who you are Isabel. You are nothing but a sla ve My s lave.” Jade spoke and Isabel screamed.

Hearing the pain in Isabel’s voice made me open the door as soon as I could because I had to get in there and prevent her from getting any more damage from Jade and as for Jade I’d be sure to return all the favors to her.

Whatever pain she inflicted on my woman, she’d get twice of it.

“Don’t you dare touch her Jade? Let go of her this instance.” I roared, preventing her from doing any more harm.

Raymond and the men followed behind me as I walked towards her. I clenched my fist while glaring at her. Every step I took toward her, I thought of the damage I could do to her to repay the favor.

“How the hell did you find this place?” Jade asked, sounding surprised.

“How dare you? I warned you didn’t I?” 1 said to her.

“Logan.”I heard Isabel’s soft voice and I looked towards her direction, my eyes softening when I saw her.

She had bruses on her lips and she looked weak and tired being tied to a chair.

“How dare you put your hands on her?” I snarled.

“And who are you to tell me who to put my hands on? How did you find this place?” She questioned before looking around.

She glared at the men she hired as they were standing behind him.

“What are you useless buffalo doing? Why don’t you take care of them? I paid you didn’t I so what’s going on? Why did you let them in?” She questioned and I laughed.

“You must be a fool to not know how to read. Release her.” I said,

Jade went and stood in front of Isabel.

“She won’t be leaving this place. You better forget it because I won’t let her leave this place. She’s my prisoner and I already made it clear to you before didn’t I? If I can’t have you then no one else can!” She shouted.

“Release her.” He warned.

“Or what! Do you think I think about anything else? I have nothing to lose but you on the other hand have something to lose. I will ruin her and if you push me too much, I will ruin you too and I’m not kidding. You can test me if you want to know if I can do that.”

“Stop being stu pid!” Raymond interjected.

“Did you just speak to me! Are you mad? Do you think you can just speak to me as you want? I am not someone you can randomly speak to and have you forgotten where you stand?” Jade shouted.

She went to stand behind Isabel and she pulled Isabel to hide making Isabel wince in pain.

“Let go of her!” I raised my voice before moving in her direction I forcefully took her hands off Isabel’s hair and twisted them behind her back.

She screamed. She tried to fight me. She wanted me to let go of her so she could attack Isabel more but I didn’t allow her to do that. I held her firmly as Raymond released Isabel.

“You won’t her away with this! I promise that you will pay for this! You are messing with the wrong person and you know that! Let me go!” She should shouted again and again as she watched Raymond release Isabel.

“Let me go! Let me go!” She kept on shouting

“I warned you, didn’t I? If you think it would go your way then you are wrong because it can’t and won’t ever. I told you that I’d make you cry for touching my woman and this is just the start. By the time I’m done with you and your father, you would Pray to be dead and that’s if I don’t kill you both.

“You wouldn’t dare.” She replied.

“How are you?” I asked Isabel, my voice softening as I spoke to her.

Raymond held onto her firmly in her arms so she lost her balance and fell.

“Ask her where the twins are,” Isabel said to me.

“Where are my kids?” I asked.

Jade let out a hilarious taugh

“Your children? They are dead.” She replied.

“What? Are you joking?” I asked because there was no way she’d fill them. She might be st upid but she wouldn’t be that fast to get rid of them and this better not be true.

She let out a sarcastic laugh. “You think you are the only smart ones right? Guess what? You are not smart at all and if you want to ever see your kids again then you won’t get on my nerves neither will you make me want to pluck out those yeses of that woman. I will be the one to decide at the end of the day.”

“You are sick! Where are my children?”

“If you ever want to see them again then you’d let me go and let me decide if I want to give them back or not. Those b astard. kids of you!”

She shouted.

“Shut up!” Isabel shouted as she approached Jade to hit her in the face.

“Bit ch!” Jade screamed at Isabel.

Raymond came and held Isabel back, preventing her from doing anything again so she didn’t fall as she didn’t look too well.

“Search the entire place for my kids,” I ordered the men and they went
