Chapter 1217
Burning Passion: Love Never Die
Debbie looked at her, her eyes full of scorn.
âWhen did I admit anything? Are you hearing voices?â
âYouâ¦â She thought about it and then realized Debbie hadnât admitted to killing Megan.
Carlos shook Stephanieâs hands off and told her coldly, âIâve already had my men look into it. Debbie
didnât kill Megan. Quit saying that.â
Stephanie gritted her teeth as Carlos scolded her. That wasnât in the plan at all. She turned to look at
the other woman and saw her wrap herself in a clean towel and leave.
Carlos tagged along as if they were a couple. He requested an iced coconut from a waiter, inserted a
straw in it and handed it to Debbie.
âWhat are you doing?â she asked.
He said impatiently, âI canât stand sweet foods
âSo heâs giving his coconut drink to me? Not his fiancee?â
Debbie looked at Stephanie and their eyes met. With a smug smile, she took the coconut from Carlos
and took a huge mouthful of the coconut water through the straw.
âWow! So good!â she said, settling herself into a deck chair.

âSweeter than the previous one, â she thought. âHe gave his coconut drink to me. So he didnât care if he
pissed Stephanie off?â
Carlos lay down in another deck chair next to hers and said abruptly,
âDonât wear a bikini again.â
Debbie was shocked speechless. âIs he talking to me?â
She Looked around and found they were the only ones close by. Stephanie still stood where they left
her, sulking.
âYour fiancee is wearing one too. Go talk to her.â âHeâs so bossy, and
I hate that!â she cursed in her mind.
Carlos, whose eyes were shut, suddenly opened his eyes and sat up.
Staring at her with his dark eyes, he said through gritted teeth, âIf you talk back to me, Iâll bang you right
here and now!â
Debbieâs jaw dropped.
Her face was as red as a tomato.
She tightened her towel by instinct and cursed, âYou jerk!â
Meanwhile, Blair rushed in Debbieâs direction, shrieking. She finally managed to get away from Wesley.
Carlos lay back, acting as if nothing had happened.
Blair stood before Debbie, gasping for air. She grabbed a clean towel to dry her wet hair and pointed at
Wesley, who was approaching them leisurely.
