Chapter 1352
Burning Passion: Love Never Die
âStephanieâs mother?â Debbie didnât know what the woman wanted, but she knew that she was up to
no good.
âIâm sorry, but I donât have time for a meet and greet. What do you want?â she asked.
Glendaâs expression changed; she felt offended.
âI need to talk to you face-to-face about my daughter and Carlos.â
Debbie chuckled and said casually, âI donât think we have anything to talk about, Mrs.Elliot.â
Glenda clenched her teeth and spat, âThis is the first time Iâve seen someone so shameless. Who do
you think you are? You are nothing but a mistress!â
âA mistress? Me?â Debbie scoffed.
âI think you are well aware who the mistress is between the two of us. That word suits you and your
daughter more than anyone else.â
âWhat did you say?â Glenda yelled at the top of her Lungs.
Debbie pulled her phone away from her ear. She smirked and thought, âI thought Glenda was more
scheming than Stephanie. Looks Like she can hardly retain her composure either.â âDidnât you hear
me? Fine, Iâll repeat it for you. You and your daughter are the mistresses here.â
âYou bitch!â Glenda cursed, unable to control her fury.
âTsk! Tsk! Mrs. Elliot, donât forget who you are. You are a Lady of the high society, and yet you are
acting Like an uncouth shrew.â
Debbieâs outright disdain only enraged Glenda even further. Gasping for air, she scoffed, âIâve never
seen a woman so bitchy like you. You not only seduce my daughterâs fiance, but even disrespect your
elders. Itâs really no wonder. Your parents havenât taught you any manners.â
The smile on Debbieâs face vanished.

âMrs. Elliot, do you know how the last person who had said those words ended up?â
Glenda froze.
âWhat do you mean?â
Debbie sneered into the phone, âDo you know Megan? She had once said those same words you did.
And you know what? Sheâs dead now.â Actually, it was Valerie who had said those words, and Megan
was just present at that time. But Glenda didnât need to know the details.
And of course, Glenda knew Megan.
Her daughter and Megan had acted as friends on the surface, but had always been enemies.
When Debbie mentioned Megan, Glenda felt shivers travel down her spine.
She turned around to look behind her. She was at a mall, and she heaved a sigh of relief when she saw
the crowd around her. No one could attack her at a public place like that.
âDonât you try to scare me! Itâs useless. Wait! The murderer hasnât been caught yet. Are you saying that
you were the one who killed her?â
Debbie Laughed at her response.
âMrs. Elliot, congratulations. Youâve successfully attracted my attention. Letâs meet. When and where?â
