Chapter 30
Mrs. Gibson, Your Identily Is Exposed
Chapter 30 Apology
Tears brimming in her eyes, the salesperson froze for a moment.
The vale family was wealthy and influential in Aldness. They had extraordinary power and Adela
was the most beloved granddaughter of Archer. She could not afford to offend the Yale family.
She didnât know Melissaâs family background, but she felt that it had less harm to offend Melissa than to
offend Adela.
With this in mind, the salesperson walked in front of Melissa and said nervously, âMiss, someone has
bought the dress you are wearing. Please take it off.â
Melissa smiled mockingly. âDidnât I just say that I bought it?â
âButâ¦â
Just then Julie walked over in high heels. She arrogantly said to Melissa, âAdela has bought this dress.
You country bumpkin, take it off!â
Melissa glanced at her casually, âIs that so? I liked the dress first, and I said I wanted to buy it first. Ms.
Yale, donât you know what âfirst come, first servedâ means?â
âDo you have money to buy it? Country bumpkin! Do you know how much this dress costs? Can you
afford it?â Julie glared at Melissa.
âThat neednât concern you.â Melissa ignored Julie, picked up a black card, and said to the salesperson,
âHelp me swipe my card.â
Adela looked at the familiar card in Melissaâs hand.
She remembered that Murray had such a card.
This card was limited worldwide, and she didnât have it. How could Melissa have such a distinguished
card?
Murray must have given it to her!
At the thought that Murray was so good to Melissa, Adela just wanted to kill her.
The jealousy inside burned fiercely. Adela pressed down on the salesperson who wanted to take the
black card. âIâll pay double the price!â
Melissa crossed her arms around her chest and looked at Adela with a frown.
She thought Adela was so annoying.
It truly was a small world!
She raised her eyebrows. âMs. Yale, donât you hear me? I said I bought the dress, so itâs mine. No matter
how much you offer, I wonât give it to you.â
âYou donât deserve this!â Adela stared at Melissa rigidly.
Adela thought Melissa didnât deserve such a dress.
She thought if she wore it, it would be way better than Melissa!
When Murray saw it, he would like her.
Melissa smiled mockingly. âDonât I deserve this? At least Iâm better than some people who canât even
differentiate genuine and fake goods.â
âYou!â After being mocked in public by Melissa, Adela was furious, and she almost fainted from anger.
She wondered, How dared you? You bumpkin!
I was the young miss of the Yale family!
Even though she is Murrayâs fiancée, Sarah doesnât acknowledge her at all. Murray must have been
interested in her only for a while.
How can Murray marry a country bumpkin into the family!
With this thought, Adela felt much more at ease.
Today, she was going to take this dress anyway!
âMelissa, youâd better take off the dress right now!â Julie reached out to take off Melissaâs dress.
âWhat are you doing?â Melissa grabbed Julieâs hand and pushed it hard.
âDo they want to snatch clothes?â
Melissa was irritated.
This was insane!
When Julie was pushed by Melissa, she staggered and almost fell.
âYou bumpkin! Donât get on my bad side!â Julie was the young miss of the White family. Although the
White family had gradually declined over the past few years, they were still rich. Also, she
became bossier following Adela around.
Now she was almost pushed down by Melissa. She couldnât live with this.
âWhat are you waiting for? Hurry up and get someone to take off the dress!â Julie shouted at the
salesperson.

âMs. White, Ms. Yale, I will go and ask the manager.â Seeing that the situation was getting worse, the
salesperson could only ask the manager to settle it.
Adela snorted and urged, âHurry up and call the manager over!â
Adela believed that with the Yale familyâs power, the manager would drive Melissa away
At the thought that Melissa would be ejected, Adela felt so happy.
Seeing Melissa leisurely sitting on the sofa, Adela angrily rushed over and looked down at her.
She said arrogantly, âMelissa, Iâll give you a chance. Take off the dress! Otherwise, when the manager
comes later and asks you to leave, arenât you afraid of losing face?â
Melissa ignored Adelaâs provocation and sent a message to Nina.
Melissaâs action made her angrier. Adela gritted her teeth, unable to vent her anger.
Adela thought, This bitch must be asking for help.
Could she be sending a message to Murray? Asking Murray to stand up for her?
At the thought of Murray, Adela had mixed feelings.
She wouldnât let Melissa off!
Ten minutes later, the manager of Red rushed over.
âMr. Zamora.â Adela was about to ask Dashawn to drive Melissa out, but he directly passed her.
Dashawn walked straight to Melissa and said respectfully, âHello, Ms. Eugen.â
Melissa looked up faintly. âMr. Zamora? Is this how your store does business?â
Hearing this, Dashawn became anxious. He kept apologizing, âIâm sorry, Ms. Eugen. Itâs all our fault.
Sorry about that. I apologize to you on her behalf.â
