“I see,” Shayna replied. Her former distressed countenance seemed to have subsided a great deal.

Calvin bowed his head. Indeed, it was difficult for Shayna to forgive him for what he had done.

“I’m okay,” Jennifer replied and scratched her head. Since her controversial life experiences had been

revealed, her personality had become much more obvious than before.

“I have something I’ve been wanting to discuss with you,” Jennifer said, and handed the document in

her hands to Melissa.

“I want to hold a concert soon, but you have been away and the budget is rather huge. I couldn’t carry

on with it until you came back,” Jennifer explained.

“Mr. Gibson has never let me contact you, saying that it was because work matters would interfere with

your recuperation, so I never came to ask, the matter just dragged on until now,” she added.

Melissa took the document from Jennifer and started to go through it carefully.

This concert was mainly held in M City, where the per capita GDP was very high, so the entertainment

facilities are also very complete.
