Chapter 892
Mrs. Gibson, Your Identily Is Exposed
Chapter 892 Setting up
As for Arnoâs father, he was certain that when the time came, he would explain Arno and the boy would
listen.
The corner of Sileasâs mouth showed a smile, and she couldnât help laughing at the thought of his sonâs
bright future. After Arno was gone for a while, Sileas quickly found him after her quarrel with his father
was over.
âMom, whatâs the matter, you came to me in such a hurry?â Arno asked in surprise as she barged into
the foot without knocking.
He was surprised because he knew that his mother was a naturally calm person. Even when faced with
great distress, she never proved to be dramatic. Her countenance made Arno a little scared.
âItâs all right, Mom is just a little worried.â
The statement drove Arno into deep thought. He couldnât understand what Sileas meant by âworried.â
âMom, why did you come to see me? If I did something wrong, just say it already,â Arno said, smiling
nervously.
âYour fatherâs health is beginning to depreciate. After we discussed it, we just want to see you and the
Stark familyâs female heir marry. That way we can unite the two families,â Sileas said.
In truth, most of Sileasâs words were made up at that moment, well except for the obvious fact that her
husband was getting healthier by the day, which was a common symptom of ageing. Apart from that,
the decision for the two youths to marry was made by Sileas alone.
Arno was stunned for a moment.
âMom, Iâve said it time without a number that I donât like Ms. Stark. It would be great if you guys stop
forcing me into marriage with her.â
After Arno spoke, the room was silent. Arno doubted the credibility of what Sileas had just said. He
knew his father very well, and after several arguments with him, Arno knew his father wouldnât agree to
such an agreement. In fact, his father had said he had withdrawn all his involvement and that Arno
would be the one to choose whoever he decided to marry.
âI made this decision after discussing it with your father for a long time, you should still consider it.â
Sileas repeated, his eyes began to wet with tears threatening to pour. Her acting was so good that Arno
was beginning to buy it. âI came to you today, and itâs not for anything else. Donât you like Ms. Stark? I
arranged for the two of you to meet today..â
With that said, Sileas exited the room, asking the driver to bring the car around. She then got in and
beckoned Arno to come with her. Arno was so stunned by the quickness with which she acted, so
without further argument, he got in the car and followed Sileas to a high-end restaurant.
This restaurant was a serious five-star hotel. As soon as Arno went in, he knew something was wrong.
He was also well acquainted with Vivianâs character and knew she couldnât be so extravagant.
But Arno kept on going. He just wanted to see what Sileas brought him here for or who are you coming
to see. Soon they made a quick turn into the hallway and entered a private room which was empty
except for the two of them.
âMom. Who the hell are we here to meet?â Arno asked.
Sileas did not respond but sipped her coffee noisily.
A few minutes after the two of them sat down, the private room door was pushed open and in came
three persons Arno dreaded to see; the parents of the Stark family and Ms. Stark. He began to feel a
little uncomfortable when he saw that they were there. It was quite an interesting experience to have
oneâs mother trick him into a blind date.
âItâs very early.â The Stark family parents said in a calm voice when they saw that the two of them had
arrived.
Sileas smiled.
âI hope the Stark family is not still angry because of what happened to Arno before?â
The Stark family chose silence as a response.
âDonât be annoyed. I promise that after this, Arno will no longer be in a relationship with Vivian,â Sileas
appeased.
Only at this time did Arno realize that the purpose of the meeting was his marriage to Ms. Stark. But
why didnât his mother think about how he felt about the marriage?â
Arno was sad and angry but at the same time, he knew he had to choose between family and love.
After thinking about it carefully, Arno decided in his heart at that moment. But for the time being, he
knew he couldnât act cold towards the Stark family as the business would not be easy to develop in the
future. However, Sileas looked at Arno and seemed to already know what Arno was thinking, so she
simply brought it up directly.
âLet these two children be alone for a while. With us here, I think itâs stiffening their ability to
communicate,â Mrs. Sileas said, leaving the room with the brideâs mother and father, but not before
patting Arno on the shoulder.
Arno took in a deep breath and turned to Vivian. She hadnât even looked at him from the moment she
entered the door and seemed to still be harbouring anger over what had happened before.
âIâm sorry, Wang Vivian, I didnât know I was here to see you today,â Arno said, trying to settle any
possible dispute between them.
Vivian was stunned when he heard Arnoâs words.
âDidnât Mrs. Carlee tell you you were coming to see me?â Wang
Vivian asked with some surprise.
Arno shook his head in an awkward no. âI was deceived, and I only found out after I came.â
Wang Vivian frowned. She was annoyed but this time, her anger was with her parents.
âDad, Mom, come in.â
As soon as she spoke, the door was opened. In came to both parents, who bowed their heads in
embarrassment, not daring to speak.
