Chapter 900
Mrs. Gibson, Your Identily Is Exposed
Chapter 900 Itâs too much
Soon, Melissa came to the Dewar family with Vivianâs parents. After knocking on the door, Sileas came
and opened up.
As soon as she saw that it was Melissa, and that brought Vivianâs parents over, she was a little
surprised for a while, but let them in and offered them seats.
As soon as Melissa settled down, she wasted no time getting straight to the point.
âI think you may have wronged Vivian,â Melissa began calmly.
Sileas smiled and said nothing.
âDonât you think that what you did interfered with Vivianâs private life?â
As soon as Sileas heard this, she knew what they were here for. But she had also discussed it with
Arnoâs father and they had both agreed not to interfere in the affairs between the two children anymore.
So she did not refute what Melissa said and even expressed her remorse.
Melissa looked at Sileasâs reaction, a little surprised. If this were under normal circumstances, Sileas
would have brought the roof down a long while ago. Why was she talking so peacefully this time?
âWell, letâs sign an agreement and promise not to interfere in Vivianâs private life in the future, okay?â
Melissa said.
Hearing the proposal, Sileas then called Father Kim out. Arnoâs father did not show any dissatisfaction
after he understood what he was there for, and did as Melissa said. Vivianâs parents also agreed with
this approach.
But Melissa felt more and more strange about the behaviour of the Dewar familyâs parents. From the
way they cooperated without hesitation, Melissa couldnât pick out a single mistake, and she was even a
little curious as to whether the people in front of her were sincere.
âSince everyone is now peaceful, I think I need to go,â Melissa stood up and was about to leave. After
all, it was not a good thing to be involved too much in other peopleâs family affairs.
But Vivian followed her out the door. âMelissa, wait a minute.â
âWhat else are you worried about?â Melissa said, holding her hand.
âAlthough the agreement has been signed, I donât want to live with his parents, Iâm afraidâ¦â
Vivian sighed. She knew there was no need to worry. Arnoâs parents may have been wicked in times
past, but now, they were restrained with an agreement.
Melissa also fell into contemplation, thinking for a long time before following her back into the house.
When the Dewar familyâs parents saw Melissa coming back, their expressions changed, and Sileas
immediately got up and asked, âWhat else are you worried about?â
Melissa chuckled and shook his head, âNo need to worry. I just
think that since the two of them have finally reunited, they should be given more personal space.â
Vivianâs mother was also enthralled by this idea.
âThe children are all grown up, and they should have their own space. Not to mention that they are so
busy with work that it is not good to come over to disturb you often.â
âThat wonât work. Arno is my son and Iâm still counting on him to provide for us in our old age. Thereâs
enough space here, isnât the room big enough for the two of them?â Sileas immediately disagreed, the
smile disappearing from her face.
Silence reigned and they all sat in their various positions staring at each other until Melissa was willing
to break the silence.
âYou are not that old, Mrs. Sileas and you still have a lot of years to live. They have finally reconciled,
so why should you restrict them from having their own personal space,â Melissa still had a smile,
suppressing her anger.
âMom and dad, I want to move out and live with Vivian!â Arno took his stand, much to Vivianâs relief.
Melissa smiled.
âItâs impossible, donât even think about it. You are my son and must live in this house!â Sileas snapped.
Arnoâs expression changed. âMom, why are you doing this!â
âMelissa, I respect you. But donât forget that you have no right meddle in our familyâs affairs! We also
agreed to sign the agreement, but now you are making another suggestion which I canât tell if these are
Vivianâs ideas or yours. Where do you get so many stupid ideas?â Sileas scolded Melissa.
âWhat are you talking about? I asked Melissa for help. You have no right to speak rudely to her!â Vivian
said, standing in front of Melissa to defend her.
Even Arno defended Melissa by saying, âMom, donât speak to her like that!â
Melissa sighed softly and touched the child in her stomach. She
knew she didnât need to be so violent so she put on a fake smile and
turned to Sileas.
âAre you blaming me for being meddlesome?â
Sileas scoffed. âMust I answer that? You know yourself.â
This completely annoyed Melissa.
âOkay, since itâs your Dewar familyâs business, then I wonât have a say in it anymore. After all, Iâm an
outsider and I donât have any right to do that, right?â
Melissa said the last part rhetorically. Noticing her change in countenance, Arno and Vivian both
stepped forward and held her hands.
âDonât stress yourself too much, Melissa,â Vivian advised. âBe careful of the child in your belly!â
Melissa smiled and waved, âItâs okay!â
The Swanson familyâs parents just sat aside and watched the excitement.
âIn that case, I find the Dewar family to be so ignorant, and I also
see that you guys lack respect. How can I trust my entertainer in your hands?â Melissa turned to Vivian.
âLetâs go back to my place, you are worth way more than this family!â
Saying that she pulled Vivian away.
As soon as he finished speaking, Murray pushed open the door and roared, âWho looks down on my
wifeâs friend?â His eyes swept to Sileas.
Sileas was so frightened by him that she froze where she sat, too scared to move or even speak.
Murray came over and put his arms around Melissaâs shoulders.
Seeing this, Arno quickly apologized. But Murray dragged Arno aside and spoke to the Dewar familyâs
parents.
âVivian is the entertainer of our company, which means she is like
family to me. Naturally, she asked her boss to come out and help solve this dispute. But instead of you
appreciating and listening to her, you look down on her. Today I am being lenient, but next time, donât
blame me for being ruthless.â Murray left with his arms around Melissa.
