When faced with insults from influential figures, the doctors struggled to remain composed. They may not have been as skilled as Rudolph, but they found it hard to tolerate the harsh remarks.

Meanwhile, Lily noticed her husband’s vital signs had stabilized but wondered why he remained unconscious. “Mr. Saunders, when will my husband wake up?”

“Don’t worry. Your husband will wake up once I remove these silver needles,” Rudolph reassured her before removing the needles. Suddenly, Caden’s body trembled, and his bloodshot eyes shot open.

“He’s awake!” Everyone was relieved.

“Thank you, Mr. Saunders! You’re amazing!” Jayden praised. “You’re much better than the doctors in Dragonmarsh!” Vivian and others chimed in.

“Thank you so much, Mr. Saunders. I’m so grateful,” Lily exclaimed with joy.

“I specialize in treating unusual diseases, so this was easy for me,” Rudolph boasted. But nobody noticed Caden’s eyes were bloodshot, and he was writhing in pain. He suddenly screamed and jumped out of bed.

His veins were bulging, and his expression was terrifying. Black blood dripped from his mouth and nose.

“What?” Everyone in the room was shocked. “Mr. Saunders, what’s happening? My husband seemed fine just a moment ago,” Lily said anxiously.

“Could it be the side effect of your treatment?” Others exchanged puzzled looks. “Stay calm, everyone. This is a normal reaction, and Mr. Caden is fine,” Rudolph reassured them. But he worried his treatment might have triggered Caden’s sudden aggression.

“What should we do now, Mr. Saunders? My husband doesn’t seem right,” Lily grew more worried.

“Don’t worry. Look how I’ll use this needle to stabilize Mr. Caden.” Rudolph then took a silver needle and aimed it at Caden’s brow. Caden screamed again, grabbed Rudolph’s neck, and slammed him against the wall.

“Wait! Let’s talk-!” Rudolph gasped for air as he attempted to plead for his life. But Caden gripped Rudolph’s neck tightly, and his neck snapped. Rudolph died on the spot.
